I definitely enjoyed Pizza Hut pizza. I still enjoy their salad bar just as much as I did when I was a kid. Unfortunately, the tables are usually kind of gross. I have mentioned this to management before, and for some reason the tables are still gross. They could do a better job of cleaning up the bathroom as well. I do not know why restaurants in Albuquerque have such a hard time cleaning tables, and keeping the bathrooms at least somewhat up to par. The food was good, and the stats were okay enough. They did not like to be informed by a blind individual set their tables are gross, and that their bathrooms are gross. Other than that I would say it is definitely a good place for takeout. I still prefer there supreme pizza. I always get the same thing every time, and I still enjoy their Pizza. As I said just do takeout. Do not sit at the tables unless you have somebody wipe it down first. I do not understand why people in Albuquerque have a hard time keeping the tables in the restaurant clean.

Manager got order wrong, even after I confirmed the order three times on the phone. I get the order delivered and realize immediately that the order was wrong. I call and speak with the lady manager who took my order and says she remembers the order and states that she isn't aware of the menu on the internet and that I misunderstood when ordering. Really? It's my fault... even after I confirmed with you on the phone (3x). (Needless to say I've ordered the same order for years.)Then she says "I'm sorry, we been busy. I'll send you the rest of your order...". I rather have it now while eating the rest of my food. Then she says "I'll give you a credit." Then I say well that's really not the reason for my call. But anyway how much is the credit? She says "$5". After waiting 57 minutes, and receiving the order wrong, I kindly said thanks anyways! It's one thing to get an order wrong, but at least be accountable for it. Geez!

At this point, i am done with this place. Over the last few months, we have made 4 different orders. Each order had one or two personal pan pizzas; and every time we get the order, they did not make the personal pans. Instead, they made a substitution (breadsticks, medium pizza, etc) that may or may not match the order, and do so without letting us know. Their excuse - "The dough is frozen, and they only unfreeze a certain amount per day. We should be grateful at the substitution for free!". If we wanted a bigger pizza or breadsticks, we would have ordered them in the first place. As it is, they have the dough, and are just too lazy to cook it. Given 4 times of incorrect orders, we are done with the place. There are better places just as close, that have never messed up our order. I suggest sticking with them.

Pizza Hut blows ungodly parts. They were happy enough to take my money off my credit card, but after two hours with no soda I called to find out they had cancelled my order. When I asked why, they said "You live in a s**tty neighborhood and we don't want to get robbed. " They had been delivering to my house for three years. Yes, I ordered a ton of soda, no pizza. But still. They took my money. They brought me a 20 oz then stood there looking at me like "Why are you upset?" So I ended up having to make a claim with my bank to get my money back. This trash pizza joint tried to charge me for the same order THREE TIMES. Beware, there are much better places out there that won't screw you when you're hungry. To heck with Pizza Hut.

Horrible customer service. I called them after waiting for my pizza for over an HR to see how much longer it would be. First I was told my pizza was out for delivery and would still not get to me for another hr, then she she said oh sorry your order has not been made when I questioned that and asked for the manager he told me my order was made but would not receive it for yet another hr. I asked why it was taking so long he was short and said well your receipt says a delivery time of 802 pm I can just cancel your order. I said no I'll still take it but can I get some coupons or something and he said sorry no we don't do that. That's why Domino's is way better for delivery

They messed up our order by not giving us our wings with our big dinner box. We went all the way back to the store to get the food after we gave them a $10 tip for a $40 order. We asked if we could get a blue cheese dressing but we forgot our wallet so we couldn't get it for $0.72. They refused to give it to us and were so rude. Even though we have them a tip and they messed up our order. Customer service at this place is non existence. He even thought we were lying about the order being messed up. I've been coming here for years and never had such bad service. We weren't rude to them or anything!

App orders are super easy. They offer car drop off but I ended up going in to get it. The lobby is spacious and far from the cooks. If you pre pay you have minimal contact or exposure to people and can get in and out in less than 2 minutes. I am comfortable running in to grab my pizza. The only bad thing is that the business next door is a tattoo parlor. Every time I have picked up pizza the tattoo employees stand near pizza hut door smoking. I don't think this is controllable by pizza hut, but it is still annoying. I have family with asthma, so they cannot pick up the pizza.

This Pizza Hut location over charges and does not give you the discounts that are posted or advertised. When you call back and complain they switch you from one employee to another. They do not give out names of the so called manager. I have purchased pizza from this location for 20 years and the last four times we ordered they over charged us even though we tip the drivers 10 dollars. There is no recourse and they never offered a refund or credit on our next order. Total BS business. NEVER again. I am done with Pizza hut.

We order from this Pizza Hut at least once a month. It's usually a large order with more than 15 pizzas and usually some sides and desserts. I try to order more than 24 hours in advance but a lot of the time I order same day and there isn't ever any issue. And there's only 2 guys running the store when I order! Our order is always correct and fresh and we haven't ever had any issues. Will definitely continue to order from this location and would highly recommend others to order from here as well!

ridiculously priced, no offers provided when I called and orders a medium Pizza in order of breadsticks for $28! I mean come on. and then I walked in to the store in the nice lady tells me oh we have enlarge three topping for $10.00 . that after I just placed an order and pay $18 for one medium Pizza . I mean come on pizza hut, shame on you.

I ordered 1 pizza and an order of 10 mini cinnamon buns. This was $31 and some change. That was quite literally a half of a days pay. I simply do not understand this price. The pizza was overcooked, had a big bubble in it and did not taste any better than a frozen pizza which would have saved us $25. Never again.

Played the game of who delivers to my address coots referred me to montano Montano refused to deliver even tho they have been delivering for 12 years to the same address due to new changes explained coots sent me to montano manager still would not deliver. Will NOT be ordering from Pizza Hut again

Good prices, crappy customer service. One time they argue with you about special offers, even when you can PROVE you're right. The next time they tell you it will take 25 minutes, it takes an hour. The ONLY good thing about this place is the food. The only reason I come here? It's on the way home

It would be nice if they would remind you to get your drink on way out also 19 wings and no ranch dressing offered. Ive noticed a lot of fast food forgetting drinks or condiments. Its better to not give them your business. Will not eat out again. They nickle and dime you or its just bad service

My wife and I visited this pizza hut twice and haven't been disappointed. The pizzas we ordered weren't burnt. The cheese and toppings were about the right amount. The cheesy bread, chicken wings, and sauces are very tasty. The price is good. I recommend this pizza hut for your pizza orders.

There's not a Pizza Hut that delivers to my house so I have to carry out. That being said the pizza was fresh and hot and delicious.. got the new Spicy pepperoni pizza I thought it was pretty good and it has a little bit of a burn

This location never has any of Pizza hut's promo items. I've have tried 3 spereate times to order something advertise by this company only to be told "item is not available". So much for "No one out pizzas the Hut." What a joke.

Pizza was great and the driver went to extra steps to find my delivery address since I had put in the wrong house number. He called my cell phone to verify the right address and our pizza was then delivered to the right place!!

A great place to have worked and to have met special /genuine workers! The pizza crust makes you wanna come back for more. Learning how to prepare pizza crust is also fun. The process and smell of it all is to live for :)

Take the Albuquerque Montana store off. We ordered from there, and the order went through. But when we arrived at the store it was completely closed....so I want my money back and my reward points...

Staff is nice and Pizza hut has really picked up its pizza game to compete with domino's and the likes. Their wings are also excellent. Been going there a little to often recently.

The food was excellent. I just moved to this area and where I had previously lived I was very disappointed in the quality. I am so glad that is not the case with this location.

Went in for a pizza the other day. It took 5min for the guy at the counter laughing with his friends to help me (the only customer in the place).

I just didn’t enjoy my pizza. The crust had no flavor and the sauce was bitter. Otherwise Ordering was easy and the delivery drive was friendly.
