The worse customer service ever!! I called in for a delivery, for my husband to be able to eat.. considering I always order for him and pay with my CC. Just a week before they took my order with no problem.. this time not even the manager wanted to help me out. Both managers made me get out of bed and made me stress out, after I informed them I'm having heart problems and can't drive. Made me get out of bed drive to the store so that I could pay with my card, and turn around and deliver the pizza myself! I could have had a heart attack and still allowed the workers at the store laugh at me, as if it were a joke. shay wouldn't even address me, Patricia sat there and told me that if she did take my order she would be fired. Wow! They could have told me that before hand, I buy pizza for my military family in NC and never have an issue, so sad for military family that love to send pizza to our loved ones! They will lose this military family business. But like the mangers made it clear they don't care to lose my family as a customer! Sorry but Good bye Pizza Hut!! Dominos is our new pizza place. Because i can order over the phone and have no issues if I'm not there, and pay with my card!
NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Every time I order there is some sort of issue. Smashed pizzas, missing items, wrong order all together. The last time I ordered I kept asking to give my payment info and she said she already had it but when the driver showed up he was expecting cash then when I called to tell them the messed up my order and failed to do my debit card payment over the phone they put me on hold for 10 minutes to wait for the manager who I heard say "she's on the phone right now?" Then got hung up on. This time when I called to tell them I had a salad missing the girl actually told me that they had to see if they could send it out?! I had already paid!!! And to boot she tells me it will be an hour wait when I've already waited an hour and my order was messed up and cold by the time it got here. Enough is enough. The excuse given by the manager of "they're very young and inexperienced" is a crock! I don't care how old they are if they can't do the job they shouldn't work there. The only decent thing from that place is the purple heart recipient Vietnam veteran who delivers pizza sometimes.
I ordered online and pizza arrived exactly as stated within 30 minutes and driver was very Kind however the pizza makers clearly don’t know how to read. When I called to speak to a manager it took them 20 minutes to answer phone. I specifically stated no pork and Italian sausages were scattered all over pizza. I asked for garlic butter crust and it arrived extremely dry. Also my pepperoni lovers pizza barley had pepperoni’s and cheese. Manager apologized and tried to explain the new recipe is now cheese pepperoni and cheese then pepperoni. I explain to him the whole pizza was missing the first layer of cheese. He offered to remake pizza’s and pick up my old pizza. I told him okay but to be honest i’d rather have a refund but he told me I had to drive to store to get that since drivers are not allowed to carry cash. However I just paid my driver 45.00 cash. Also the wing sauce was very sour. I told him that also and again he continued to explain his policies on refunds. I will never order from this place again. Also I never received my cinnamon bread till 1hour and a half after my pizza.
I had a 2 for 1 coupon for evening salad bar/pizza buffet. So 2 buffets and 2 sodas w/ the coupon came to $14 The salad bar was your the basic salad bar-plenty of expected choices, but nothing compared to Urban Bricks or even Peter Piper Pizza. Several typical veggies, including broccoli, olives, and tomatoes; shredded cheeses, croutons, and sunflower seeds were additional toppings; Romain and Iceburg lettuce are you base greens choices; complete your creation with assorted salad dressing options. Everything on the salad bar was fresh and well stocked. The pizza choices that were presented on the buffet were slim. Pepperoni, cheese, Veggie, and sausage. HOWEVER, whatever pizza you are craving, all you simply do is ask for it. The server at the pizza buffet area was happy to make whatever pizza requested. I ordered a Veggie Lovers and added Italian sausage and my friend had a Pepperoni Lovers on the other half. I liked their method of making "half pizzas" per order as to reduce waste. Dine-In service was excellent.
Worst Pizza Hut ever. I have ordered here at least 10 times and they have yet to get one order right. I always ask for marinara sauce and PAY for extra and have NEVER received it. I assume that when you order bread sticks you get a least 1 marinara sauce but not only do I not get that but I don't get the ones I paid extra for which is stealing. The pizza is also always dry and I order extra sauce on the pizza too, again I pay for it, and it's still made with very little sauce. I called the manager to inform them, politely, and he could care less. I work in retail too and this is not how you run a business properly or provide good customer service. I love Pizza Hut especially compared to competitors but I will never go to this place again. They need new management before they lose all their customers. If my regional team (corporate) saw me provide this type of service or ran my team in such a manner I'd be fired. Obviously they don't care about their establishment, customers, or doing a good job.
We order from Pizza Hut ar least once a week. I ordered a salad, sandwich and quepapas easily via the app and even received a call from the store to let us know that they were out of an ingredient and ask us how we want to proceed. We were told the order would be out shortly. I waited an additional 45 minutes, even though I live literally less than 2 miles from the store, before I called. Rang for 4 mins, no answer, tried again, tried again, tried again, no answer. Finally the phone is answered, I ask about our delivery and was told that the driver JUST left the store for deliveries. My husband's phone rings and its the driver. Our delivery won't be made tonight after all. An accident has shut down the road and she can't get through. Apparently she can think of no other way to divert around the traffic and make the delivery. Its almost 10pm now and we won't be eating dinner I guess, thanks for your quality service after years of my loyalty Pizza Hut.
Had an order delivered today 07/24/2018 and the bread sticks came with a quarter full marinara sauce and the lid to the container of the marinara sauce had dried sauce on it. Called the store immediately after receiving the order. In which assuming the manager came on the phone and stated that they’ll send out a new order of bread sticks w/ new sauce. Well an hour after later, I receive what was suppose to be a replacement but to my surprise no sauce just bread sticks. I’m disappointed because I paid for something that was not fulfilled correctly. It’s horrible! My family and I just moved to this side of town last month and this is our first time ordering from this location... Will not order from them again! The pizza was horrible too! I asked for light sauce and I received pizza that had too much sauce. It was luke warm pizza at that. Super annoyed! Tried calling twice before writing this review and of course no answer at all. Real professional!
After not receiving my order after an hour I called the store to see when it was expected. They said it would be out soon and offered to comp me a drink which was great. Then another 30 mins passed and still nothing. I called again and they said they had to remake it and that it would be going out with the next driver. Not a problem but would have been nice to be notified of this. Then another 40 minutes pass and still nothing. I called again and the manager said that it was assigned and with the driver and as I was continuing to ask a question the manager hung up on me. After another 30 mins, at this point it’s been 3 hours since I ordered, still received nothing. I called again and another person answered started to serve me and then hung up. I tried calling again and no one would answer. I never got my order and had to order other food. Had to call customer service and hope I get my points and money back.
This location needs to be shut down or totally revamped. We are new to the area, we were thrown off by our first order not being cut thoroughly enough. Our second time ordering yet again the pizza was not cut enough to pull a slice away from the rest of the pizza. These problems are minuscule but it shows a LACK OF CARE. This third and final order was a complete waste of time and energy, it was so bad that we decided to get a refund and take our money elsewhere, the kids were very disappointed but at the end of a very long day they were fed. Due to my complete bewilderment on how on a weekday order could take so long, we will no longer have any business with Pizza Hut during our stay in this area. I am passionate enough to take these concerns to corporate because some of my very first jobs were at pizza establishments I know the ins and outs, to say Im dissatisfied is an understatement.
Ordered my food online, gave a tip and when it was delivered, they completely left off an entrée that I paid for. I tried calling them, but no one would answer the phone. I called corporate, and they asked me to try calling back in 30 minutes, because their systems were offline! I drove to Pizza Hut in the 20+ degree weather, and brought the incomplete order back. Mr. Velez, who was the "manager" on-site, greeted me with disdain, and acted like I was the problem. NEVER apologized. He was upset because I asked him to remake my entire order. He looked over my receipt, and I showed him the order was short. He had my order remade, but again, No apology, No Thank you, No offer or restitution for my inconvenience, and No gratitude for a customer spending their money at his place of employment. He left a bad mark of my opinion towards Pizza Hut for sure.
PH employees need training on a SIMPLE TASK and that is to ask customers for their phone number at the time of placing their order so they can receive their rewards points. I find myself returning to the store simply because the cashier don't ask this simple question. I usually visit the 6830 Rittman Rd. location. Their team and service is phenomenal. They are ALWAYS friendly and their Customer Service is 5-Stars. The PH at 7711 Tezel Rd. is he worst. Their Customer Service receives a NEGATIVE -1Star and I will NEVER visit that store again. I returned to store and requested they update my account with the rewards points they neglected to give at the time of service and the manager/team leader told me to contact PH Customer Service. SHAMEFUL & DISGUSTING!!!! No worries, I WON'T be returning to 7711 Tezel Rd.
They deserve less than one star. When I called the store to complain that my order was not correctly prepared, I was directed to the "general manager" who then proceeded to curse at me and hang up the phone. Will NOT be ordering from them anymore and will letting friends and family know about the grossly unprofessional service I received. Makes me wonder what kind of training these so-called managers are receiving. A district or regional manager should consider stopping by for an inspection-since the dining room is closed, the store looks and smells UNCLEAN. I'm reading these other reviews about management's attitudes-is upper management planning to address it or avoid it until enough customers become disgruntled to the point of having to shut down the store? My order never arrived. Called the store, which had a phone that was very difficult almost impossible to hear. I was told that they could not find my order. After a considerable amount of time and trouble they located the order and said it was delivered. I explained that we were outside in the front yard and no body ever came by to deliver a pizza, I was told the could remake the order, but I would have to pay for it again. I asked to speak to the manager. A girl that did not give her name got on the phone. Told me the same story,then said hold on, put me on hold and never come back to the phone. My wife had to drive to the store to try and resolve the issue. At this point I may have to contact American Express and dispute the charge.
Most of the employees here seems to be overwhelmed and a little rude evertime we order. I'd score this location higher if they would follow the build sheet or "customer order." This is a repeated problem at this location in particular. They seem to get the correct toppings on most of the time, but when your ordering extra or double it never looks any different than a standard single topping request. Additionally I never get extra sauce when I order it. It actually seems like I end up with lighter sauce instead? Other than that, they do get the order cooked and out on time accurate to the app. I can appreciate that, as other pizza competitors in the area lie about times and you end up waiting the "cook time" at the store.
Pizza was not great, the black olives tasted horrible, a little too strong, overpowering the rest of the pizza. Also from the black gentleman that walked outside to hand me my order to the delivery drivers arriving back from delivering, they all needed to work on their personal hygiene and appearance. The delivery driver needed a shower and shave, while the guy that handed me my pizza was wearing pants full of oil stains. Looked more like a mechanic than a Pizza Hut employee, grossed me out. One of the pizza makers, a white dude, had filthy greasy hair. He appeared like he hadn't bathed in a few days, please enforce a strict hygiene code for the sake of your loyal customers.
I placed a fairly large order for a bday party the following day. I was very specific about lunch hours for the employees and had it scheduled to arrive 10 minutes before lunch was to start at noon. I had 2 employees waiting at the company gate for 40 minutes for the pizzas to arrive. Needless to say, I had 30 employees waiting for 30 minutes to start the bday party. I was told that orders came in for delivery before my allotted time, which is a lie because I placed the order the day before. I would assume that an order for $165 would go before an order for one or two pizzas but not in this case. What a shame. We were not offered any discount or anything for future orders...
We love Pizza Hut and really wanted to have some for New Years Eve, but the manager at this location refused to deliver to our apartment complex for "safety reasons" and we currently have no vehicle to go pick it up. We are literally in the countryside and have lived here for over 6 months and we have not witnessed ANY crime within this complex. This is NOT a ghetto or hood kind of place whatsoever. For them to say that is completely ridiculous and frankly, I find it offensive. We wound up calling Domino's instead. They had no problem delivering here, nor does the ice cream truck, which is outside catering to the children as I am typing this review.
They gotta train their delivery drivers how to drive I guess?? One of the delivery drivers (white car) from this location almost caused an accident rushing into the Pizza Hut parking lot for no reason at all. Coming down fm78 from Kirby they started weaving in and out of traffic, it’s raining: going at least 70mph when speed limit is 50 mph. The driver almost clipped someone trying to go around them, followed to see what location they went into and it’s this one. I have a Dashcam and caught everything on film, I’ll be sending the video to corporate. Hire better people. very irresponsible, could’ve hurt someone just for rushing to get another order.
So 11 months ago all I did was give this place a one star. Well 11 months later I was dumb enough to order another pizza from this location. Now I wish I can give this place less than one star. Our pizza was burnt yet cold, there was a huge indent in one of the pizzas, and then they forgot several items that were in my order. When I called to complain the manager acted as if I was bothering him. I'm not quite sure how this location is still open and how there any positive reviews. To make matters worse, when I visited the location it was disgusting, no one had gloves on, no one was washing their hands after touching everything. Gross gross gross.
This pizza hut needs more stock and employees. They are ALWAYS out of so much so clearly they have a lot of business and could afford to pay people living wages with benefits to get them to stick around! We originally tried to order 2 nights ago and they were out of everything including workers at like 8:45 pm so they cancelled our order. Not the only time this has happened to us either :\ Food is always good though. They did get our drink order wrong though. We ordered one of those 4 soda packs with a Dr. Pepper, Mountain Dew, Brisk Tea, and a Mug Root Beer but we just got 2 Dr. Peppers and 2 Dews. Delivery person was nice too
Poor customer service. When delivering pasta and salad to my hotel the driver didn't bring forks, napkins or dressing for salad. The manager didn't seem very interested in the problem. Luckily I had a fork, but that should be standard when delivering to a non home location. The food was decent, but a $4 salad without dressing? Poor value, poor customer service, poor common sense and a lack of attention to detail. 1 star because if I hadn't had an extra fork from previous take out, I would've waited over 2 hours for one. Took 1 hour for food and has been over an hour wait for salad dressing, which I'm a bit afraid to eat now
Order online 2 hours ahead to cubrside pick up. We receved the wrong order and called the restaurant right away (we were still in the parking lot) they came asking which was our order, we told the lady, she apologized but we had to wait 50 minutes to get our pizza which was part of a meal train for a member of our church that had surgery and her family was waiting for the pizza. I understand mistakes and we all make mistakes but as a business owner I know you have to correct mistakes as soon as you can so waiting almost an hour for a pizza that was order with anticipation is not acceptable.
Showed up for lunch, after waiting at the register for awhile we eventually spoke up and said do we pay now or after? Finally someone turned around and said we could pay after. The service didn't improve. We asked for four settings, several times, they still only dropped off three. No one was refilling drinks so I got up and asked. With a crappy look other lady proceeds to fill up my Dr pepper... And never bothered to add Danny ice. It has all melted waiting for the refill to begin with. Horrible experience, but something I've come to expect from the converse area. I'm glad we moved out.
If I could do 0 stars I would. I oredered a stuffed crust chesse pizza today that came so greasy that the bread was soggy and they forgot to add pizza sauce! Just greasy bread and cheese! They sent a second pizza that had the sauce but had even more grease! Literally a puddle in the middle of the pizza. The guy said to me "I dont know where that came from". Needless to say I sent both pizzas back and I'm waiting on my refund. Update: they only refunded me the price of the pizza, so I got back $15 out of the $25 I spent. I basically spent $10 for them to deliver a soda. I'm so beyond mad.
My pizza arrived luke warm, only partially cut, and over cooked. The restaurant is only 6 minutes from my home so i think that remaking it would not have changed the delivery time significantly. The driver said that the kitchen was running behind so i honestly would have thought that the pizza would have been under cooked. Not sure i can give you any further advice on how to make my experience any better. I have never had an issue like this previously and i believe that I am a pretty loyal customer and i often use this same location. I hope that you can do something to make this right.
Pizza showed up late and cold was told I would get a refund if I brought in the receipt. I show up with the receipt and they refuse to give me a refund without the pizza. I had thrown the pizza way like I told her on the phone 3 times. Complete lack of customer service. Driver showed up smelling like a bag of Bud and that's probably why my pizza was late. I would not eat here again if my life depended on it. I have co-workers that eat here often for lunch that stops today. I've never ever been treated so poorly in my life period I will be contacting the corporate office.
I ordered a heart shaped pizza for my husband (I am currently in another state) and online it said it cut it in squares and when he got it, it wasn’t cut at all. He was at work so they don’t have utensils to cut it. I called the store and spoke with Katera. She was so kind. And helped fix the issue after a miscommunication with the store and online details. She was professional understanding and I appreciate the great customer service she gave. She truly deserves a raise or bonus for dealing with the issue, she was extremely well mannered and understanding.
Worst experience ever. Placed an order for delivery. Was charged $21 dollars and then was asked if I would like to tip the driver and add it to the charge. I agreed with 2 dollars. When it got delivered the driver said I owed him 2 dollars for tip and wasn't charged for it. I showed them my bank statement showing the 2 dollar extra added to the charge. After arguing with them on the phone for 30 min. I just gave them the 2 dollars and said I won't to business with them ever again. All ways check you bank statements when charging transactions on your card.
If I could rate this a zero I would. I had to be transferred to the store to ask if they can deliver to my address due to being in a newly built subdivision. The man on the phone was so rude. He couldnt hear my name that I gave him because he kept repeating back a different name. So I thought it would help if I spelled it for him. And he rudely commented it back " uh I know how to read " . Made me not even want to order pizza hut anymore. I'll never try to order from this store again. Now I know why it has such a low rating. Work on customer service.
DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD HERE! They will steal the number and use it elsewhere! The worst place I've ever been. The workers had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. The tables and condiments we're greasy. The place was filthy and dirty and there were no customers. The time I had made my visit was right after opening so everything should have been at least remotely clean which was not the case. The restroom looked like homeless people had been camping in there. The food was terrible. I'm surprised Pizza Hut put there name on a place like this.
I ordered pizza online for delivery at 10pm. It’s already 11:15 & it says that the place is closed. It also told me that the order would be 35-45mins. So I should’ve gotten it before closing. It’s not here. My card is charged. No one answers the phone. What do I do now? Call tomorrow & ask for a refund? This is the WORST service I’ve ever gotten from a pizza place. I cannot believe this. Im over here starving & there no pizza here. What a waste of money & time. I need a corporate number to fix all the issues that everyone has with this place.
Its been like 10+ years since we ordered from any pizza hut. Even though it is the closest pizza location we opt for other pizza establishments. Well we decided to give them a try and it was just okay. They forgot to give us our 3rd topping on one pizza and our thin and crispy was just not thin or crispy. I will say that the topping choices are quality and both of our pan pizzas were good in taste. Given that we decided we might give them a second try and see how it goes. Hoping for redemption on the 2nd time around. *Fingers crossed*
Pizza Hut makes the best pizza in the world! My only problem is I live close to the worst pizza hut in the world! Bar none! After 14 years of ordering from this store I'm done with it ! It's not the food ! It's the employees can't get an order right to save there life ! And I order it the same way every time ! I hate a dry pizza ! I order mine with extra, extra, sauce ! And I have them remake it all the time ! I'm done with this store ! I'm going to order my pizza from dominos from now on ! Sorry Pizza Hut! Tonight was way too much!
This used to be our favorite pizza location, so much so we drove out of our way to go there, but it's gone steadily downhill so much since the old crew that we will no longer be ordering from any pizza hut. This was not only the worst pie we have had. It was supposed to have extra beef & cheese. Do you see extra anything here? We ordered lemon pepper chicken wings as well that were way (WAY!) overdone. A total waste of $17.74 plus the gas it took to get there. Never again! Btw the good crew you had knew me as the snakeman.
Made an online order requesting pizzas cooked well done received undercooked pizzas. When I called and notified the store they did remake them for me at no charge but forgot the extra topping that I paid for originally. Unfortunately I didn't notice until later that the cookie dessert that I had ordered was so overcooked it crumbled And I had to dip it in milk just to get it down it was so dry. And the only reason it was it on one stars because they did remake the pizzas and didn't give me a hard time about it.
I will never order from here again. I had ordered a Personal Pan pizza and some wings. I get the food and then the man gives me a box that is made for cheese bread. They put my personal pan in that box and just cut it up. The wings were cold and as well as the raggedy "pizza" they tried to give me. I called and the female manager did not call to inform me nor did she care. I told her, she will be getting a negative review on Google, Facebook and Yelp over the poor customer service I had received.
You might as well hopefully be an hour hungry. This place is to eat later not right now. Ordered online and went for a pickup. Literally stood there another 20 minutes on top of the hour waiting for the cashier to even pick up his head to even notice me... what makes things even worse is that they gave me the wrong order. By far the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever went to. Might as well order for delivery if you don’t want to waste your time. Or even better, order from another pizza company!
We went there yesterday to grab 2 pizzas that we called in earlier to pickup. We arrived by 6:30 and went inside to pay and pick them up. Once arriving inside, there was a employee sitting behind the counter in front of a cash register eating pizza. No attempt to hide it, but instead was eating like it was routine. I dont think that restaurant employees should eat where customers are ordering and paying. I thought this was very unprofessional.
Pizza Hut delivered throughout the Covid, but once restrictions were lifted, they stop serving my community. Straight out discrimination. It's 100 degrees outside. They want me to ride a bus, or walk to pick up a Pizza. I am 60 plus with health care problems. Funny is the managers states that they do not know why our area is not available for delivery. My payment is just as good as someone from the Northside or even the Mayor of San Antonio.
Asked for a personal pan and they were out of them at 9 pm at night. They didn't tell us and replaced it with some other rectangular pizza. The pizza was dry and barely. ... and I do mean barely had any sauce on it. When we tried to speak to the manager about it they tried to say "that's the way we make these" The assistant manager who spoke to us acted like a kid and stormed away from our table. Very unprofessional. Won't go there again.
If you’re going to charge extra for a sauce that has always gone with the dish you’re selling, you’d think they’d use that money to train the employees to include it with the food. I feel bad for the cashier. You can tell his frustration from the constant errors. I feel bad for his because you can tell he’s new and it’s being poorly ran. It’s like the blind leading the blind. Pizza patron takes care of customers better and a lot cheaper.
The curbside employee was very good, it was the Pizza that did not live up to the quality that is being advertised. I got home 5 miles distance, the Pizza was not even warm, the toppings were very sparse, very little cheese, and tuff crust. I'm a former Pizza Hut Assistant Manager, the years were 1985-1987, Oakland California, former Rockbridge District Shopping Center/Piedmont. I was very disappointed and threw the pizza in the trash.
Was 4 star had to go to one star. Ordered my food, they couldn't make the delivery so they did door dash or whatever. First the door dash didn't get my two litter. Then they didn't have any kind of change for my other (25 and some change all I had was two twenties) so I told them to cancel it. Don't get one of the three items in the bundle I ordered and have to give a 14 dollar tip? Cancel my order I'll go to another business.
Was supposed to deliver my food within an hour and ten minutes. Called and hour later after I saw the tracker shows it hasn't been made and was showing 5 hours to deliver. Told me they were behind that it'd be best to pick it up in 15 minutes. Picked it up got it home it was cold, tasted like it was made and hour before and it just sat because they didn't have a delivery driver. I'll just stick with my domino's pizza.
I love ordering online here and always getting my order correct. Even if it's late, I'll get an email for a free pizza. Even though everything here is great, I was shocked by their fried mozzarella sticks. They were delivered and when I opened them, each and every one of them was over cooked and hollow. While I love this place, this was an oversight. Order anything on the menu, expect for the fried mozzarella sticks.
put cheese in the cheese stuffed pizza crust like what is advertised. You could barely tell that the crust had cheese in it. The pizza had to be put in the microwave to heat it up when it was delivered and it was over cooked, I love pizza hut but not this type of quality. When I want pizza you are my number once choice I love the pan pizzas but this quality is totally unacceptable.
Ok where do I start!!!!! This place is underrated, and the staff are absolutely phenomenal, attentive to detail, super friendly and do their best. Mike the manager greeted us with respect and a freindly smile, side note he is hilarious. I will be making more trips here much more often. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPECIFIC PIZZA HUT. Never again with this location!! There is a young gentleman named Logan who was extremely rude and unprofessional when taking my large order, and he ended up hanging up on me before even placing my order!! We ended up placing our large party order with a competitor. Pizza Hut lost out on a lot of business because of this young man's lack of work ethic and piss poor attitude.
Arrived 5min after order time was suppose to be complete. Was informed after i paid for my order was running late waited 15 min and then the employes started calling out names from pizzas that were there when i arrived. Mine was the first one up so waited 15 min for a pizza that was alreafy complete 20 min before. Mangaer gave me a refund and thanks for wastine my time.
I just want to give a shout out to the manager Josie who took my order today. (8/19) It had been a while that I received amazing customer service anywhere and she went above and beyond. We were in the parking lot at Domino's but then last minute decided to go with Pizza Hut and I am glad we did. Thank you Josie and all who worked today, yall did an amazing job.
Well, it's always a miss with the delivery, orederd a thin and crispy and a stuffed crust, both three toppings, I thought stuffed crust was supposed to be cheese stuffed into the crust, not pizza stuffed into a box, the pizza was completely deformed.. looked like a D.. and the thin and crispy.. more like thin, soggy, and rubbery. Awful. Wings were good tho..
I should have taken a picture of the pizza we order with if any pepperoni and sauce and then they didn't have change for 100 so I had to order wings but asked for red peppers and parmesan and they wanted to sell a lil cap for .99 ea... smfh.... Was the best pizza and now the last place I'll be ordering from unless it's a San Antonio thing off Rittman... smfh
This location provided unsanitary and unprofessional services; the seal on the pizza box was broken, the pizza was cold, and there was hair on it. Not to mention the delivery was over 15 minutes late from the estimated 50 minutes and when I called to inquire about the eta the worker had an attitude and said, “its on its way ma’am” and hung up in my face.
Kameron G. He was very courteous he took our order explain everything we were getting went over our order to double check and had a great attitude greeted us with great respect and made us feel welcome i am glad to see that Pizza Hut had great employees like kameron G and will be returning to this Pizza Hut and hopefully will be greeted by him again
One of the friendliest pizza huts. Wife and I never have issues with our orders and staff always meet us at our vehicle before we even call for our pick up. The only thing I wish for is that our house gets added on to their delivery route. It’s a new construction neighborhood but for some reason this pizza hit still does not recognize the address
Placed an order and took them over an hour and a half to deliver it called twice. First time the manager said it would arrive in 5-10mins 15 mins later still no pizza...called again was told I had no order! Was put on hold twice before they figured it out then finally got the order another 10 minutes later. I am very disappointed in the service.
1st pizza in over 12 years from the Hut..It was ok, only 3 pices of green peppers on a large how Cheap but the meats was fine , it was ordered with extra sauce had next to none and under cooked and not 1 pice cut thru..I did expect more for the $$..It might be another 12 years before ill give them a try again..Under cooked and very dry
Your app sucks for the 2nd time in a row we had pizza delivered to the wrong STATE because we previously visited a hotel and ordered pizza. For some reason rather than defaulting to your "default" address as set on the profile, your app wants to choose a previous random location even after I deleted the address from my account online.
Ordered the Pepperoni New Yorker. Instead of asking, "Where's the Beef?" I have to ask WHERE'S the PEPPERONI?? I bought this for my husband and, of course, he asked the same question. DON'T ORDER THIS...a TOTAL RIPOFF!! I'm usually pretty happy with my pizza orders from this location, however, this pizza is COMPLETELY OFF the MENU!!
Took them 45 minutes to deliver my pizza after they said it was on the way. The pizza and stuff was cold. When the guy handed it to me he said I hope it isn't messed up. Very unprofessional. Will not be ordering again. When I called at 9pm the lady said they were not taking anymore orders. They close at 11pm. Very rude staff.
If I could I would give it 0 stars. Horrible customer service and long wait times. Ordered pizza online at 5:55 pm and got a confirmation that my pizza wouldn't be delivered until 10:55 pm. Like really!!! Then when I called to find out why it was going to take so long the man was very rude. Ended up just canceling the order.
I wouldn't recommend going to this pizza hut ! The pizza was alright but a bit soggy and not as much pepperoni as normal . The wings I ordered 18 boneless buffalo mild wings and a few aren't even buffalo mild and there's hardly any sauce !!!! I counted how many wings I had and they're was only 15. I'm very disappointed .
I like how you keep up with the orders. In this new era of cell phones I would like to see an app that would track the drivers location and give a turn by turn location tracker if possible. I know some of the other companies do that currently, and it helps with knowing when our food is down the road. Just a suggestion.
I have been sitting here 30 minutes waiting for my pizza. When I finally got someones attention she told me I was parked in the wrong place. Someone looked at me 7 times and no one said anything. Pure laziness they can't walk two spaces over to give a customer is their order. And these people want $15.00 an hour??
The order tracking part of your website did not work! It only told me that my order was received. It also said the order would take 60 to 70 minutes, it pleasantly took far less time. My comment is that if you are going to post a tracking system on your website, you need to make sure it actually is functional.
Excellent pizza, terrible customer service. Felt like I was bothering them to pick up my pizza. No hello, no have a nice day. Didn't ask if I wanted cheese or red pepper to take with. To bad, love the pizza and deals. Also, survey website is terrible with pop ups and whatnot. Back to Domino's I guess.

I will never use Pizza Hut again! I understand the no contact, thats why I paid on line and also added the tip. However to leave my food on the porch without even knocking on the door or ringing the door bell is ridiculous. Don't nobody spend 41.24 to have cold food. This is horrible!!!!!
I waited over a hour just to be told my pizza havent left the store..onky to find outnit been sitting and getting cold.. they showed no cares about my situation. I will advise people not to order from here unless you want your pizza to be cold and far from the correct time of delivery...
Place wont delivery after 7 when it is still light outside. It should be after 8. Last time I had to walk to the office to meet the driver when I ordered lunch. All because people are scared and wont delivery to this hotel. You can meet at the office. There is security here now. Geez.
Waited an 45 mins for bread sticks, after being repeatedly told they were almost done. Come to find out they were never cooked, preped, nobody even knew they were supposed to be cooked. We haven't eaten here in over 5 years because of bad service. .....years later nothings changed.
Worst experience I've ever had at a Pizza Hut. First it took 20 minutes just to get drink orders. Then the drink order was completely wrong. Last but not least the Pizzas were under cooked and full of grease. I will never recommended this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.
Ordered online the melt and fries. Food was hot and fresh, only complaint I have is the melt stuck to the box, maybe put something in the box and put the melt on top so it don't stick, but overall was great tasting. Also delivery driver was very polite and had a great attitude.
Ordered a 10 dollar box and they forgot my icing for my sticks. Cant eat them without it. And they also never offer cheese and peppers and when you ask for them they give you dirty looks. There is only one nice person there and it’s a young man who has a positive attitude.
I stopped in on my way home (3pm on a Friday) because I wanted one of the new pizzas (Big NY Pizza). Ryan took my order and told me it would be about 15 minutes or so... 12 minutes later, I was out the door with my pizza in hand. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Ryan!
Easy to order online and when I arrived and entered the code that I was there, within 30 seconds my pizza was brought to me curbside. Then it was piping hot and exactly what I had ordered - delicious. The young man who brought pizza out was very courteous as well.
I received the wrong pizza! I was waiting at curbside for 20 minutes and finally got of and the person I called never brought out my pizza was standing there doing nothing. Maybe pay more attention to your loyal customers and take more pride in reading the orders.
When I call Pizza Hut the gentleman and the other side could not even understand me I could tell he was not an American got the wrong order after I told him plenty of times on what I wanted so yes I'm very disappointed at Pizza Hut can't even get the right order
Pizza was very good, and we ordered boneless wings for the first time, they were really good as well. The best part, we had our order delivered and the delivery time was only around 30 minutes. We usually have to wait a lot longer so that was a big plus!
Worst pizza I have ever ordered for delivery. Cold, dry and seasoning was just dumped in the middle, toppings were not even close to the edge. Box looked like it was dragged on the way to my house. Sauce was only on 1/2 of the pizza. Very disappointing.
The delivery is terrible. When we called the staff was laughing and I'm pretty sure they thought it was a joke.we waited 2 hours and our pizza never got here. We then called and we were told that our pizza was never placed. Never order from here again.
The delivery was quick, the pizza was hot and tasty. Great overall service. My 5th star would come from improving their delivery software. When I called in they couldn't locate my address so I had to order online and lastly provide a 2 Liter drinks.

Customer Service was horrible at this location yesterday. No greeting, phones ringing off the hook... no one answering. A customer walked out with 10 boxes of pizza... no one help him or offered to help... not even to get the door.
Delivery was scheduled for 12:00 and at 12:25 I called to ask where it is and they said it was on the way and would arrive by 12:40. ordered this for a meeting where lunch was going to be provided so that was pretty embarrassing
I have ordered pizza using the Pizza Hut app for both carryout and delivery for a few years now. The pizza is always as ordered. Friendly staff. The delivery drivers are always friendly and polite. This is my go-to location.
Pizza hut Day shift yesterday was on point worked from home needed something quick and I bought the big dinner box the food was hot ready fresh & great nothing was wrong not even the timing and the honey bbq wings were good
I didn't have to wait long for my order and the employee that did help me was very nice and quick. My food was hot and tasted fresh which was a relief because I was worried that I would have my food sitting on a heat rack.
Get my order correct. I ordered 2 large pizzas. 1 was thin crust with mushrooms and the other was pan crust with pep. Italian sausage, and mushrooms. The 2nd pizza was made as a thin crust and had very few mushrooms on it.
I was alittle disappointed in the pizza melt, it was burnt and they only gave me one garlic butter and 4 marinara cups and I paid for 2 of the garlic sauces but usually the pizza and service from here is very good …
Manager and workers purposely ignore the phone. Bad establishment. Manager has extremely poor tone. I understand, they get busy and their job "sucks". Get over it. Positive customer service makes everything run smoother.
Stingy with the sauce when it comes to the wings. You can tell that they had ran out of sauce and the person was too lazy to get more. Ridiculous. I’m definitely checking my order before that driver leaves with NO TIP.
They served me a cold uncut pizza. Very poor and sorry pizza everytime I order for delivery! I love pizza hut but the store doesn't care pizza looks like and taste like its premade and been sitting in the window! Smh
