In my 23 year of life span, I first time ever tried Pizza at Pizza hut. And trust me.. I loved it . Pizza was spicy as needed, pizza base was moist enough not dried like other pizza franchises . We ordered "combo for 4" for three of as. We got 2 appetizers, 2 medium pizza (6 slices) of our choice, 4 beverages, and 2 choco volcano. We didn't like Choco volcano but we loved garlic bread, and pizza ... .. we will visit again with more of our friends n family .

Latest: They are improving now as we directly contacted the Restaurant Manager with our complaints and he made sure to take care of it and they literally worked hard on it. We had a good pizza delivered by them and happy what they've served. And Margarita pizza is still not good. Previous post: May 2022: Unfortunately, they don't know what they're cooking. Don't be impressed with the photos people are uploading, only the best looking photos are uploaded by people, unfortunately. Honestly, I'm telling you if you value your hard earned money then avoid going to this place. Ulhasnagar is next to it and you'll get the best food there, anywhere you go, a few minutes drive and you can save more than 50% of your spending and end up having zero regrets. Here in this pizza hut you will only have regrets of spending too much money and eating tasteless food.

This branch is operated by cheaters Can't trust these guys for anything And Therefore it has become the least visited branch here I had taken a paneer pizza for takeaway with extra cheese in the crust After opening the box at home I found that the pizza has less cheese, even lesser than a regular pizza This spoiled our party I also raised a complaint with the centralized customer care for this But no action was taken Never visit this place even if you get anything for free Absolute cheaters :( The ratings are also fake Plz go through the negative reviews, they are very frequent & subdued by fake reviews by their own employees

Hi All, The comment shared is my personal view during my visit today i.e15 Aug 22. A.C was kept off may be to save the electricity bill, after I shouted he started 1a.c , earlier he said A.C was on I will check the temperature. Restaurant has 2 type of dial gree and yellor colour, generally green is given to vegeterians and yello or other colur is used for non vegetarian, here both colour plate was given to us, my overall experience compare to other pizza hut restaurant was not good at all.

It was not hot inside when we were having our lunch, we requested them 2-3 times to on the AC but no response from the staff as they were saving there electricity. There were only 2-3 tables were equipped that might be the reason. But If we're buying there food worth rupees 2000 than they have to give the service. Won't recommend to visit this place

Pizza Hut has opened its most recent outlet in ambernath. The mood was great and was somewhat packed. We attempted an assortment of dishes here, from the canapés to the treats. Likewise, the help was extremely speedy, and the staff was obliging. Interestingly, we had the most moving Momo Mia Pizza here( medium one), which was messy and flavourful. Taste-4/5 Additionally, attempted the chicken wings and garlic bread, which were stunning. Just visited this place with my family, just one thing I wanted to let the higher management know, your store manager greets only female customers with expected politeness, the way he was staring at me as i was wearing something casual, was really annoying, felt like asking him about it, and showing him his place. But instead i thought i will write it here. Hope this doesn't fall of deaf ears. And some corrections in behaviour of your staff and the AC of your outlet will be taken care. Please teach your manager not to judge a book by it's cover.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

It's a very good place for kids, The staff is also Very supportive, The ambience is also very nice Just a small problem space is not sufficient.

Do not worry about safety measures as they take this in top priority: 1. Contactless delivery 2. Rider wearing mask 3. Leak proof packaging I ordered, Tandoori paneer pizza which was full of toppings and the smoky flavour will take you to different world all together. cheese garlic bread is a perfect side dish as always. Pepsi and choco volcano was a blast in my mouth as the name suggests. Overall, it was a much needed treat.

There were no straws so the juice spilled over and no body came to clean it up even though everybody saw there was cleaning required. They said there were no more plates. That they had run out of straws. Very poor experience from this outlet. Not gonna go again

Very 3 rd class staff. Dont know wht attitude they are carrying their ac is not working and when asked staff members jst throwing attitude on us like they are paying us fr wht we eat. Very stubborn n rude staff. Manager should be there or any complaint box i guarantee it will be full in 1 hour . Soon this outlet will shut down coz of this attitude and mannerless behaviour.

The most horrible service I have ever had in my life. These people have no idea where their Cxs are staying. The delivery service is the worst. I ordered My veg box and got 1 Margarita, 2 pieces of garlic breads, 1 pepsi bottle. Pizza: It was properly baked. Taste was fabulous. I could see some cheese pull even though this was not cheese burst pizza. Zesty Paneer pocket: It was loaded with paneer and vegetables. Little tangy flavor was enhancing the overall taste.

It is one of the best pizza outlet. Being a vegan, The cheesy garlic breads and veg exotica pizza is crazily die for. The quality of the food served and the hygiene maintained is commendable. I ordered my favourite veg meal priced at rs 399 which got delivered to my house at a discounted rate of rs 347 by Zomato. This Pizza Hut outlet is open in Ambernath now & it's such a treat for foodies in Ulhasnagar & Badlapur. I absolutely enjoyed my Pizza, Pasta & Garlic bread.

This was my first time in pizza hut and unfortunately the last one too..Very bad experience.. taste was very average and blant .. looks like they forgot to add toppings like seriously..you can get way more better pizzas in this price rather than spending on toppingless pizza.

Awesome place to hangout with friends and family. I prefer Pizza Hut over Dominos due to the crust they provide. This place is only missing the Rs.269/- Unlimited Offer. They have mentioned this offer in their brochure and pamplet but do not provide it.
