Finally tried Pizza Lovers as it is a two-minute drive from our house. Absolutely amazing. This is probably my favourite pizza now, knocking Milanos and Gabriel off their perch. The dough was delicious, the sauce was delicious; everything was delicious! And as someone else mentioned, their garlic dipping sauce is practically identical to that of Pizza Pizza. If they keep up the taste and quality, this will be our exclusive pizza place from now on. I wish I could eat it every day. EDIT: A year later, this is our exclusive pizza place. It's just as good as the first time we tried it. Their thick crust pizza with their homemade garlic dip is truly amazing. We have also tried some of their non-pizza items, which were also very good. I still wish I could eat there every day!

Horrible. This is a non-bias review. Just a horrible experience... Here is what happened: My boyfriend and I were hungry. So I ordered and we ended up getting a cold pizza that tasted like cardboard. Second: we ordered chicken wings and they were dry as f. Then to top it off the Minute Made was expired ... the date said expired December 2016... we are in Jan 2017... come on people.... get your business straight. Definitely will be contacting the owner to have this dealt with. In fact I want all my money back. I highly recommend reading reviews before choosing a place to eat and also avoid places that aren't on top of their quality control. Unfortunately Pizza Lovers has turned me into a pizza hater.

VERY FAST DELIVERY!!! I find this pizza to look and taste very similar to Pizza Pizza imo and their garlic dip is Pizza Pizza creamy garlic, i actually have a PP garlic dip here and compared the 2 and ya no different. I will definitely be ordering from them again as the pizza is just similar and very good in its own way, but it can not be compared to Milano's or Gabrials's pizza for instance and is on the same level as 1for1 or domino's, with toppings on top of the pizza and taste very fresh. I get the feeling these guys get their products from the same people Pizza Pizza gets theirs, anyways the bottom line here is. I love it :)

I’m surprised with these negative reviews, my first time coming to Pizza lovers I was very skeptical like why not pizza pizza instead? That all changed when I walked inside the shop and made my first ever order, the pizza was so freshly made and the toppings were all evenly and fairly on the pizza, the breaded wings were so delicious, would come here everyday for dinner if I had the chance! I’m happy to call myself a regular and always getting the best customer service not to mention one of the fastest delivery’s I’ve ever had!! Pizza Lovers deserves the 10/10, Hard working people.

A refreshing change from the usual tons-of-cheese-doughy-crust pizza. Been there, done that. Toppings are the star here, and lots of them. I got the BBQ chicken pizza. Despite being a bit afraid that the combination of hot peppers and jalapenos might have blown my head off, the heat was just right.

The gentleman that took my order was very polite and friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. The food was the most disgusting food I have EVER eaten. My chicken fingers were dried out and deep fried in extremely dirty grease and my french fries were shoe string fries. My plus sauce was like jello and jiggled and the gravy was all over the place because the heat melted the lid. I will never go there again and do not recommend anybody else to eat the chicken finger platter.

In Ottawa for a couple of nights, looked around our hotel for a pizza place for a late night bite. I always prefer ma and pa places over the big chains. Picked Pizza Lovers as it was the nearest to the hotel. Drove over to oder and pick up. Got a small veggie and a medium meat lovers. My wife liked her veggie, the meat lovers was ok. The crust was good, I just have very high standards for pizza, and this did not meet the mark for me, but it did its job in filling us up.

Ordered a extra large meat lovers for delivery. the delivery was extremely fast and the food was the best i’ve ever had and i got an amazing deal. on the phone the employee was incredibly kind and had outstanding customer service. i haven’t had anything this good in ages. if you’re travelling you have to check this place out. you will enjoy every bite no doubt.

Ordered gluten free pizza. Ate it. It was very bad quality, bad to no tasting pizza. It feels like theres chunks of salt left on my tongue. Also, 10mins after finishing up the pizza, I reacted very bad, had stomach ache. I called and verified that is was truly gluten free and confirmed but very disappointed. After hanging up, I ran to the bathroom and had bad diarrhea. Im not feeling well. I do not recommend any food from there.

I’m blown away at the poor quality. Over cooked pizza and chicken fingers. Bought 2 large pizza!s and chicken fingers and fries, nobody enjoyed anything. The young guy making the pizza was more interested in chatting it up with his buddy than making sure my food was cooked right. When I got there to pick up my order he says 10 more minutes. I should have grabbed it then. Not recommended, there are better places to get pizza.

I asked for chicken wings he gave me back burnt chicken nugget one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been into. I really suggest you before entering the restaurant think twice because food can poison you. The father or the owner needs to retire for the restaurant to elevate. One of the worst! Don’t waste your money and time. Trust me.

We ordered from here once before and the pizza was good and the wings were OK. This time, the pizza was nowhere near as good, the combination had like one mushroom on it. But what really disappointed us were the wings and zucchini. They were totally burnt, smelled rancid and tasted so bad we through them out. What a waste of money.

Initially gave 5 stars because the first time we ordered from there it was so good. Have since tried 3 more times and nothing has been good about it. Thin crust, stingy on the toppings (i ordered extra cheese.. The pizza was made with too little, they realized it after they cooked it, threw on the extra and tossed it back in the oven, almost burning the rest of the pizza). I'm very disappointed.

Fresh dough, friendly service, good pricing. I've always had a good experience ordering from Pizza Lovers. The owner is friendly and professional, and you can see them prepare your pizza infront of you. The restaurant is kept clean, and the smell of baked pizza is very appetising. I've always picked up in person, so I can't comment on the delivery service. Try them out when you're in the area!

Just tried Pizza Lovers and I'm not really a fan. I ordered a pizza, poutine, and a club sub. Pizza was doughy and pepperoni was a little undercooked but overall ok. Poutine was shredded cheese and not curd. I personally like my poutine with curd. Club sub literally had raw rubbery bacon. The bread was more cooked than the bacon on the sub. This will be my first and last time ordering here.

Ordered wings non breaded and a ceasar salad no croutons. Got breaded wings and a ceasar w Greek dressing . Owner refused to do anything about it .Wasn't notified they were out 9f ceasar dressing. Was treated rude on the phone as well when I complained. Last time I'll order from them. What do they think? I'm allergic to flour and I'm stuck with breaded wings and a Greek Caesar dressing.

Don't order pizza from these guys. I ordered a small cheese pizza for pickup. Unfortunately I had a flat tire and requested them to deliver it. They increased the price by almost 10 dollars and even asked for a delivery fee. So much for helping others and being human. The guy on the phone should learn how to be polite and be human and not take advantage of others.

Asked for asked for all toppings on top of the cheese and they didn't. So it ended up being that strange Ottawa style of pizza with raw, slimy pepperoni under the cheese, and strangely the mushrooms were even under the pepperoni. Also asked for well-done and it wasn't at all. Undercooked, soft and slimy. Huge disappointment for an almost 30 dollar medium pizza.

I love the pizza and cheesy bread, definitely my all time favourites Really good costumer service and very short wait time for the food The store was very clean and welcoming Definitely go here, food is great, employees are great , and the drink selection is great !!

Visited once- a slice to go with a calzone too. Pizza was great. I was so pleased (3 meat pizza)...dough was perfection. The calzone was also great - lots of filling. Had the Canadian or something: bacon, pepperoni cheese etc. It comes with a dipping sauce but it doesn't need it! Will definitely go again. Super friendly staff too.

I returned to the place after a bad experience last year, was serve by a new guy. He was Very polite and service was very good. And generous on the sauce!

My Favorite Pizza place in all of Ottawa and every time I'm in town I make sure to stop by here. Food is great and decently priced , the owner is a beautiful gem of a human and you should definitely try their garlic sauce. A definite spot to try , 100% reccomend

Two pizzas tonight, one was gluten free for my daughter. She said it was the best gluten free pizza she has had. I had meat lovers, it was fantastic. Well constructed, great crust, just the right amount of toppings and very fast. Two guy working were very polite as well, its my go to place from now on.

They made me the best gluten free pizza I've had in 10 years. I used their cauliflower base and they actually use lots of cheese.

Just got a pizza now for delivery, the delivery guy was really polite, and so where was the operator on the phone. I'm not from Ottawa and was little nervous to order, but the dough is really great. And so is the mixture of spice and cheese. 5 stars! Really enjoyed th flavors!

Always great high quality homemade pizza with that hospitable homemade feeling and great level of customer service. The 2 family members Qorban and Sarwar are always extremely friendly and I definitely recommend this place to others. Definitely must try the jalapeno poppers.

Online ordering system is horrible. Received dr.pepper instead of root beer. Not a huge deal but still Ordered a donair. Not worth it. Very little meat all dry. Other than that. Good wrap. Decent sauce. Decent amount of veg, if there was good meat. Had more veg than meat

Pizza Lovers is a no Brainer. I order from these guys all the time. Fresh and fast. Fair prices and great customer service. They deliver too and always have specials. Great job guys keep up the good work during this cold busy winter season! Five well deserved stars

Probably the best pizza I've had; the sauce is delicious and flavourful and the cheese... It's perfectly stringy when you take a bite. The service is quick and they're very polite and friendly. I've always had a good experience. I recommend it to everyone.

One of the best pizzas I have had in years! Had the meat lovers. Real bacon, real sausage. Crust was thin and crispy just like I like it. Service was fast and very friendly. Will definitely order from here again!
