Dinner at @pizzameccanica: delicious food! Sometimes you just want tasty pizzas . The menu isn't big, but they are all quality dishes. . Pizza special of the day: can't remember exactly what it was - think it was nduja, fennel, pork sausage. The crust was not heavy, the toppings were excellent, and was not too greasy either. All in all, it was pretty good! . Baked parmigiana: fried eggplant, Italian herbs, San Marzano sugo, scamorza, parmesan, fresh basil, served with warm rustic sourdough. Super tasty dish! Loved dipping the sourdough into the eggplant . . Homemade gelato: they were pretty good! Maybe not as good as Bottega, but very delicious nevertheless. The pistachio flavour was very bold, and was like eating actual pistachios!

Pizza Meccanica is only open four nights a week so you need to book. It is a fantastic suburban neighbourhood restaurant. The owner has managed to combine his passion of cars and pizza into a very cool venue. Staff are friendly and will happily explain the menu. The food comes out promptly and is really good.

Pizza was okeish. Cheese and sauce were high quality but base was a bit of a let down. Sides of pizza base were ok but centre was completely mushy and wet. Was the same problem with both of our Pizzas. Probably a pass for me in future. Staff were friendly though.

Hands down the best pizza we have ever had! This is your typical traditional Italian pizzeria, they make pizza, just like they do in Italy… The way pizza should be!

Just a simple but amazing pizzeria. Delicious. Be sure to eat it hot since the dough toughens when cold. The toppings are 5 star and loads of taste. Chilli sauce is a must try at least.

Fantastic! Our waitress was friendly and engaging from the moment we sat down. The food was delicious - we started 2 starters and 4 pizzas between 5 adults and it was the right amount if food. The highlight was the prosciutto pizza with fresh buffalo mozzarella added. Great atmosphere and fit out too. We'll be back for sure

Prosciutto pizza with buffalo mozzarella ball - best pizza in Adelaide. Always a consistent dough/base, also exceptional. Toppings are always of high quality. Have been getting pizza from here for over a year, have tried other places but this is a stand out.

Lovely restaurant with fantastic food! Really enjoyed the pizza, garlic bread, and sweet potato fries! Only criticism would be that it's extremely loud, bit a good vibe!

Only recently discovered this only 8 minutes from us, went tonight and it was incredibly good pizza, probably the best I’ve had since 400 Gradi and eating Pizza in Sardinia, well done guys great space and ambience plus lots of room which is rare. Can’t fault it and excited to go back soon! More
