I've always had a great experience there. The service has proven to be consistent. My kids love the pizza that they serve. I usually get the party size and I have never had an issue. Always taste great. The kids hate the broccoli but I love it and it's good for them . When it's just me ordering a small slice I add pineapples I gave 3 stars because although I love their pizza options, the lactose free pizza needs some work. The lactose free pizza is not great. It's rubbery and the worst tasting ever. Hopefully they can fix this in the future. It's the only issue I have with the company which I believe is not specific to this location. It's just the first time I tried it. Sigh .

This place is amazing. Great food, fast, fresh and very good ingredients. While it is a chain, I'm very impressed with the atmosphere and great food. I recommend these guy for a quick slice of a family pizza night. I was in a pinch and needed 6 party sized pizzas fast. They were made and ready in 40 min. They were really busy and they made it all happen with a smile. Great experience.

Our go to pizza spot for consistently good pies. Plus, their wings are good also. Spicy sopresetta, hot peppers and green olives is my favourite, with a thin crust. When we ordered Pizza Nova delivery, the wings would constantly be overcooked. Eventually found out they came from another location! If we want good pizza AND wings, we pick them up here.

Absolutely iresponceble staff!!! We have ordered a party pizza, have been cleary tald we have to wait half an hour. After 40 minutes of wait time , with kids, they just put pizza in the stove and tald us it will take another 30 minutes to cook!!! No apologies, no free pizza. For refund had to fight! Shame on pizza nova giving their name to such irresponsible, insensitive and rude people. Cashier lady even was rolling her eyes, saying "I did not put your pizza, I don take care of cooking" Saturday night, nice trip to Toronto was ruined by these people.

I placed an order at 3pm in the afternoon for an order at 5:30pm and it never arrived. I called at 5:15pm to be proactive as I has guests coming they told me it’s on it way. Continued to call then they say it’s just almost out of the oven. They sound like they are a deer in headlights with zero problem solving skills. I kept calling every 30 minutes and zero progress. Zero intelligence. IQ of a peanut organization. Now 7pm still no pizza. I have been calling every 30 minutes since 5:15pm. Now 7:30pm no pizza yet

Went for a quick take out slice before going to the library and asked if they have any fresh veggie pizza's coming out soon...the girl said no, so I settled for a cheese slice. While I was eating I saw the guy from the back bring out veggie slices from the fridge (day olds) and put them in the display case, he laughed and looked at the girl and said "haha fresh veggie slice". I wouldnt trust these guys if my life depended on it. Who knows what else they'll do if no customers were actually sitting in the store!

Terrible customer service. Went there and none of the slices I wanted so the cashier offered to make a pizza for us if we wanted to wait. So I said fine then twenty minutes pass by and no one had even made the pizza yet instead of informing me about the situation they just laughed making a joke out of it. I am in the same job industry and I would never let a customer wait that long for their food and not even let them know why or even apologize for the for not making it yet. Nope nothing

I am very disappointed in this pizza. I ordered a large white California pizza with chicken. The toppings only covered the inside diameter of a small size pizza with no toppings for 3” from the outside of the crust. There was a lot of oil leaking into the box. This is misrepresentation. I wish I could post the pic but don’t see the option. I am also concerned that two of the staff making the pizzas were wearing their masks below their noses and one pulled it up when he saw me looking.

Friday night pick up. Usually it's pretty quiet but this time the place was full and totally disorganized. The front person was disappearing in the back to get orders, was checking the boxes 3 times. Nobody called out when one was ready nor separated pick ups from deliveries. I was told 20-25 minutes when I ordered, but once there, at the Jane/Dundas location, I had to wait 35 minutes. Plus, I got the wrong pizza. Not ordering again anytime soon.

I order a lasagna, like most fast food I thought it would be fast! I waited 30 mins and only one other person came in to order a quick slice. 4 staff, one pizza went out for delivery-slow night. Now, I can appreciate a slow cooked meal and actually prefer them, but I stop for fast service. I just wish I would have been told it was going to take so long and I would have ordered a slice. Instead, I fell asleep standing up.

A mistake was made with the toppings and instead of trying to solve the problem the staff member was quick to blame myself. At no point was there any sort of effort to try and fix the problem…just lay blame. A quick discussion as to how to fix the issue would have been the right customer service thing to do.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza ahead of time was told 20-25 mins it will be ready, 45mins later still sitting and waiting, doesn’t seem like they have even started making the pizza.. and once I asked what’s going on they replyed it’s almost ready, 45 mins to make a pizza... other pizza stores guarantee 40 mins or its free and that’s delivery! Very disappointed with this location

Disappointed on yet another location. This location also was very stingy on sauce as the other location nearby. How much does a little extra sauce cost? Pennies? Ordered a party size pizza and no sauce even close to the edges making it very doughy. Maybe pizza nova is dropping in quality, definitely dropping in toppings quantity and sauce also.

Pizza Nova is our pizza chain place to go. They know to cook, do that fast and do not compromise on quality. This particular location has friendly and quick staff. We are always glad to be there.

Every time I go in this location the staff have no personality. They are completely unfriendly ...I swear if they were to smile their faces would crack. They need a reality check in customer service because they seem to be forgetting customers are how they pay the bills. Also they need to up their cleaning game immensely!

Such lovely customer service, both on the phone and in store (Jane and Dundas Street West). The pizzas were delicious, and the kind person on the phone even helped me get one of their deals which made the Delicious tasting pizza all the more tantalizing! Thanks for making our Saturday that much better!

The worst pizza ever, I ordered medium pepperoni with mushroom. I ordered regular crust, and it came out a thin SOGGY dough, the fat was everywhere, pepperoni are not done. I do not recommend ordering from this place, it’s cheap but TERRIBLE quality, absolutely is not worth anything!

It took over 1 hour and 20 minutes to get my order. After 40 minutes I called the store and they said they didn't even checked the Doordash app to see they had an order. Pizza got here cold and soggy.

Often ordered online for the past two years, but today there was a mistake with my so called order and the man on the phone berated me and then hung up on me. Will be going with dominoes in the future. Can’t believe that’s how a business treats a long time customer.

Walked into Pizza Nova looking for just a slice of pizza but they didn't have any ready. They said it would be 15 minutes wait time so they recommend a sandwich. I got a veal cutlet sandwich after a 10 minutes wait and was very satisfied with the size and quality.

Smell good pizza when you came in but , Not impressed for your pizza , patato wedge are ok , sorry boss but your restaurant dundas and Jane is dirty with fly flying around , will be not surprised you got mouse in it ,if you got good business , good for you,

Decent pizza, but their pricing structure is suspect. They offer a Hawaiian slice on their menu, but when paying, I was charged the price for a 'super Hawaiian' as no pizza nova's carry regular Hawaiian any longer, but they refuse to update their menus.

Pizza was fresh and it's thin slice with lots of toppings. Some people don't like thin crust pizza.... Awkward to park and access by car. Easy to access as a walk in pizza joint. Nice patio that isn't to bothered by local traffic.

Be Aware - This is by far the highest quality Pizza Nova in the South West End of Toronto, so... It will be extremely busy with pick up orders - Weekend nights give them an extra 10-15 minutes if you don't like waiting.

3575 Dandus st. Tor. Salty. Too Salty. Beef Never had any issue in my life. Still I believe and recommend Pizza Nova ( The best).

The only downfall to this Pizza Nova is the parking - its tough to find a spot and can be tricky to get in and out of. Otherwise, fast service (delivery or in store) good specials and good pizza.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could because it is super fast service, staff is friendly and professional and the quality of food is great and fresh would reccomend this location to anyone

tonight was not the best I ask for extra cheese because they put cheese first condiments after and I like chesse on top, but tonight I did not get extra it was no cheese on the dough just on top.

Order pizza today I waited more then an hour ..pizza was cold and I had to call costumer service to get my money back.. I placed my order at 341pm pizza arrived at 445pm

This place used to awesome. I've had way over cooked pizza and wings the last 5 out of 6 times I've ordered. Seems to be worse on Friday and Saturdays when it's busier.

Our family went to the pizza shop at 8:05, bought two medium-sized pizzas, urging three times, waiting for fifty-five minutes to get the pizza, the service was too bad.

This is my favorite franchise pizza location. (Jane& Dundas) Fresh ingredients, made to order and generous with toppings. Always cooked perfectly and ontime.

Probably not store fault but we kept trying to order on app then in line for over an hour ,after almost 2 hours we got our pizza cold and soggy never again!

Pretty standard Pizza Nova. Service has always been good. There is also a washroom. The entrance is up a steep hill though I would be careful in the winter.

For a father of a child with anaphylaxis to peanuts, this is the best takeout of any kind, anywhere and the pizza is amazing. Can't recommend highly enough.

Beast Veggie slices from all the major chains. Go in the morning to early afternoon to get the most juiciest and tastiest slices.

We always get our pizza "Lightly Done", this time it was burnt, a new pizza maker, they gladly made us another one on the Double.

Overall quality of the pizza and Ingredients has gone down tremendously. Shame since staff is friendly and restaurant is clean.
