So I normally have had decent service here. I ordered one pizza and bread sticks. Told wait will be 15 minutes. 50 minutes later I went to the counter even though I'd been waiting in the lobby the whole time. Guy asked what my order is. I told him. He brings me the pizza and no apologies. I ask for ranch and he charges me for it. Whatever. Wasn't in an argumentive mood or one of those people that wants something free. I get home which is literally less than a mile away. My pizza is cold when I open the box. I call and was respectfully saying I was just there and waited way longer than you told me it would be. I didn't argue when I was there over anything. So I call and the guy on the phone says I can't do anything about that. I said no discount on a future order? He says nope. I said is there a supervisor to speak to? He says nope and hangs up on me. Never getting a pizza from them again in my life. And I have to suggest no one else does when this is the kind of service this place will hand out to someone who previously would frequent their business. One may not matter but this person I dealt with works there regularly. And I can only imagine the service he can provide if this happens to anyone else. And I swear on my grave that I was respectfully speaking and making a simple request.

This place should not be allowed to charge what they do for pizza and wings. The wings were $14 for 8wings, and they were little ceasars quality wings. Rubbery, small, disgusting. And the pizza also, if I pay $25 for a small pizza, I expect itll be high quality, it was just not good at all. Jalapenos were out of a can I assume, nasty texture to them, crust felt 2 days old, even your ranch was watery and off. Not one reedmable thing about the food I got today and I would not ever go here again. I cannot imagine how any of you gave this place 4 or 5 stars unless you are a friend of the owner helping them with nice reviews.

This location is kinda new for me but I'm a big fan of pizza patron food is always cooked just as requested and this location was no exception. I deliver for Uber eats and when I showed up here the staff greeted me right away. Unfortunately my order was not ready when I got there but they had it out to me in no more than ten more minutes with is nothing to wait for an excellent pizza

Came in and got the XL boneless bundle. Apparently that means a large pizza and only 8 wings, even though the deal says extra large and 16 boneless wings. We thought we were just mistaken when they asked what wings we wanted for the 8, then when I told the worker we got the extra large boneless deal, he said "what do you wanna do about it", And somehow we paid 40 dollars still? Really disappointed with the lack of customer service skills and angry I got swindled cause the worker couldn't care less about getting me my deal with the economy how it is.

The worst customer service ever!! This is the 3rd time that I order pizza come to the store to pick it up and my order is not even stated. The staff kept blaming it as a system error and that nothing printed on on the back printer which is BS. I spent over $80 on pizza and half hour later my order is not even stated! The funny thing the “Manager” tried to play it as if it was my fault. I am never coming back to this place and will be tanking my business somewhere else. You should be embarrassed that the last 3 times I have been here this happens.

Hadn't had Pizza Patron in a long while. Being from DFW Texas area and to Finally get some Pizza Patron who thought it would be in Arizona lol. It Tastes just like I last remember having in Garland Texas. The price was pizza greatness . I felt for what we purchased the price matched. I don't come here often but when I do I enjoy it. The pizza is always fresh and tastes amazing. I just stopped by a few hours ago and had some really good pizza and their ranch is different than most places but it's really good. Ordered over the phone and the guy who answered was nice and professional and took my order with no problems.

Instead of flirting with men the women need to pay attention when cooking. I ordered two large pizzas online and when I got there the young lady was flirting with a man. I was waiting patiently and when I got my pizza and headed home I looked at my pizza to find both pizzas burnt. Never going here again. Never thought I would have to open a pizza box before heading home. Check your pizza everyone.

I have liked their pizza. I came for price but felt the quality was the reason to return. Many cultures have their own version and types of taste. Some are westernized as well as version following cultural tastes. If you are open to finding new versions Pizza Patron will allow for many choices and you will add one or more favorites. Then there is the plaza that is home to Pizza Patron at 36th St & McDowell Rd. It is not your cookie cutter Plaza.

I ordered buffalo wings (bone-in) and cheese bread. The wings weren't hot, medium, or mild: On a scale of 1 to 5, the sauce was closer to 0. Barely could taste it - no zest, no spice, no tingling in my mouth. Cheese bread felt like chewing paper. And marinara didn't make it better. The only thing that tasted well was ranch. Oh, and I had to wait for my order for almost an hour whereas their website said it would be only 16 minutes. Not worth it.

Good pizza just workers need to be more customer oriented, listen to the customers, stop texting or using their cell phones doing personal calls, and if a customer is short a penny not make it a big deal for them. I was there when a customer was short a penny and a manager made it a big deal that she couldn't give him the pizza because of shortage and she wasn't allowed to it!

Customer service was good. Restaurant was clean. The food was subpar though. The pizza was ok but the sauce tasted like water. The cheese sticks were over cooked. The lime pepper wings and the ranch were the best items.

Pizza delicious as always hot and ready we pre ordered 3. The night cashier was very friendly she even have us a free sample of yummy spicy ranch i thought the name sounded strange the spicy ranch combo but its not hot at all it gives ranch a new flavor that goes with the pizza. I ordered my pizza online... Picked it up when it said it was ready. Cash register rep had no clue what she was doing. Supervisor came and took over. She got my order ready in seconds. Though it should of already been ready for pick up. This place was crazy busy. No social distancing what so ever

Didn't like it, and is expensive. Staff is good, location is clean, plenty of parking. Little Ceasars or cotsco taste better and cheaper. Now if you want to buy a good and expensive pizza try Barros or streets of NY.

We picked up a pie from here and it was awesome. We ordered online and picked it up curbside, 0 hassles, perfect pizza and tasted like a mob bosses mother made for our last meal lol. Wha'da ya gonna do, huh?

Monday July 12 around 8pm, the 2 guys there were playing around and not taking orders. Once I finally placed my order they made the wrong ones. To make it even worse the toppings were still raw. Will never go there again, it was a waste of my time and money.

This pizza is great! It's affordable and much better than it's competition!

I have always loved the pizza and service up until recently since I seen new faces the customer service is lousy and the pizza it was like the took a pepperoni already made threw some veggies on it without cooking it and gave it to me.

The food was good and done on time...For those who haven't had pizza patron the sauce has a little spice to it but it's not overwhelming.
