Like w few others I've noticed here, I too have one of those jobs that leaves me scouring my neighborhood at 12am in search of food...so it's nice to see a place open late---like 3am late on some nights. I do like the pizza & get slices sometimes, but selection can be sparse near closing and I wouldn't want to bother anyone to make a whole pizza just so I can get a slice, (what a waste!) so my other favourite is the chicken sandwich with creamy garlic sauce. The chicken is nice and tender, it's a perfect amount for a late dinner and I'm always left wishing I ordered 2 but knowing I couldn't actually eat both haha! And yes, the night staff are always nice and in a good mood especially considering the late hours they work. I've always found the place to be tidy and well kept, and they get crazy busy sometimes. One of the better after midnight food choices in the city and only around $10 for a couple slices or the delicious chicken sandwich im so fond of. Also beer---yes they have beer and it's surprisingly only around $5.

Came in the other day for a large pepperoni, and it was so tasty, just like always! Pizza Pizza is now my go-to place for pizza, me and my wife order from here almost every week now! The pizza is always tasty and they always get my order right, as opposed to some of their competitors, the accuracy in their orders is usually like 50% if we're being honest. The servers and people behind the counter are always so kind, but especially Joanne! We are always served with a smile and patience, because we like to try various things. In specific, Joanne is always so kind and patient with us, and gives us fantastic recommendations! She is the pure reason me and my wife are going above and beyond and writing this lengthy review, because she WOW's us every time we come in with such good service. A++ service and delicious food... I've been going here for years. This location always has quick service, and fresh ingredients, with friendly staff. I got delivery for lunch today and when I was looking on the app I found a XL 4 topping pizza that was at a locked down price to help with the inflation rise right now. So I got this pizza and the toppings were fresh and tasty, I got on it green peppers, black olives, NY peperoni, and bacon crumble. I'd definitely order from here again.

This Pizza Pizza is the best restaurant I've been too out of all the Pizza Pizza's. This large store is at all times very clean, and the staff are extremely polite and provide excellence in customer care. I would specially like to mention Mathea who prepares the pizza's there. Every time I get a pizza that he has prepared is outstanding in every way. My favourite is the x-large, x-cheese, x-sauce, x-pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers. Every time I order this pizza it is the best of the best. After ordering from this place for years and never being disappointed, I placed an order including 1 medium pizza & 2 orders of funnel sticks. The funnel sticks were received burnt and hard as a rock. I called the next morning when theyò opened an sat on hold for 30mins. Talked to a man who put me back on hold for 20mins. He came back and told me they would give me a voucher for $10. I told him no. The amount I paid was $18+. I then asked to speak to his boss. The boss agreed to replace the order but after 2hrs it still wasn't here. Called again and eventually 15min later they arrived. The Ubereats driver showed me the order was placed at 2pm so clearly they thought I'd go away......WRONG!!! 3hrs for stupid funnel sticks that THEY wrecked!

I usually order only Pizza and only take. So far I have always enjoyed the meat supreme. So last time I decided to dine in and I get they are busy but the place was quite dirty when we arrived, we had to ask for napkins in order to clean our own table. The garbage was extremly full and it wasn't a joy eating seeing that. Only later that a manager I think came to clean it. I also order their breaded wings and gosh they were so salty I could barely feel what I was eating. My recommendation stick on pizza and their creamy garlic sauce( it soooo yummy) and if possible just do take out

Came here to get food before getting on the highway. Used the washroom before I was going to order and was in there for maybe 3 minutes? Within that time someone giggles the door handle like crazy, then did the same thing again 30 seconds later. I yelled both times that I was in there, and then on their second attempt within 30 seconds i realized it was an employee because they used a key to open the door. Does a door not locked usually mean someone is inside the bathroom And there is no way they were concerned about me because I seriously couldn't have been longer than 3 minutes. Happened just today at 3:30. Didn't even order food because it pissed me off that someone would open the door on me just using the washroom.

After many years of being Loyal customer, I ordered 4 pizzas for my son’s birthday, one of my Guests saw a Fried bug on her slice, putting me in very Embarrassing situation . I called pizza pizza office the next day ,after explaining everything to the rep. He offered to replace the one pizza only if I returned the pizza back intact, which I threw out. The next day i passed by the store I took the manger to the side and explained to him quietly, I showed him the bug which I saved, and took pictures off; there was no Apology offered, He took the bug Squashed it and Said this is a black olive . He was very rude , this is the quality service I received, no more pizza pizza I’m having hard time uploading the pictures i will try again soon

Ordered from online for pickup tonight. Done several times before. Never once was I called to verify if i was coming. Tonight though when I showed up only one of my items was ready. Watched the girl behind the counter panic and get manager. They came up with a story about calling me and me saying I wasn’t coming and that they sold one of pizzas. Showed them my phone records and verified my number was correct and matched the one on the order ticket. Very dishonest move and terrible customer service. No apology, no credit was given. Will not be coming back to this store. Make mistakes but at least own up to it.

Ordered a large pizza for delivery (contactless). The delivery man called me to let me know the order was on my porch. When I went to grab it, he was still there. What's worse is that I ordered a large pizza. They delivered me a medium. When I called to complain, they told me it was a large just because they cut it up into ten slices. The pizza also looked demolished. As if someone decided to shake the box it was in. Do yourself a favour and get your pizza from somewhere where they don't try so blatantly to rip you off

My first time at Fennell location... WOW, great experience! The lovely lady that took my order was beyond helpful, patient and kind! I asked how long, she said 15 minutes, I explained that I had to run to quickly shop and she happily said, they can place my order on a set time to allow me to shop... extremely helpful!!! The pizza was very good, quite tasty as well. This location is our new go to pizza place... mostly for the amazing customer service!

This is the best pizza pizza on the mountain. Their pizzas are always cooked perfectly. They dont skimp on the toppings. Always lots of cheese. I order the cauliflower crust and its always cooked crisp never overdone. Staff is polite. Store is clean. Other pizza pizza stores dont compare.

I love how they have a dairy free cheese option and gluten free crust.

Tried to place an order forma gluten free pizza with bbq sauce base over the phone with no luck, drove from dunnville to the store and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating to my request seeing as I can't use the sauce options for gluten free. Ordered gluten free pizza with bbq sauce, chicken, bacon and onion and thank goodness they offer dairy free cheese as well, because of these options we were able to enjoy a delicious and pain free birthday lunch with my son and I thank you ever so much.

The location itself did nothing wrong. But the lesson I learned is to never call pizza pizza on the phone again. I asked for 2 large pizzas but the guy kept trying to upsell me. I get that's their job, but after repeating myself 3 times he still put in the order for something more expensive. I had to re-order when I got to the location. And they admitted that the call centers are terrible, and told me never to call them. I told them that next time I was going to Domino's. Tastes better anyways.

I went here for a slice of pizza around 11 tonight and the slices looked fairly old but I assumed they couldn't have been older than maybe several hours. Within less than an hour after eating this my stomach began to turn and I started to feel very ill. Won't be returning to this establishment again after this and I recommend the same for others if your looking to just grab a single slice, chances are the pizza has been sitting there since they opened the store in the morning.

When I walk into the pizza shop, all the staff are quick to ensure me that I made a good decision with my order. I guess that's why they call them walk-in specials. (Classic pepperoni is always a hit) Seriously tho, this is my favorite pizza shop. I've gone to other pizza pizzas and the crust could be burnt or w.e. I'm not trying to sound prude, but this team really know how to cook up a real good pie. I moved downtown and will still come to this location.

I absolutely can't stand the lady that works here she is rude, attitude ,dirty looks and not great customer service. I come here often but after this being the 3rd time I've experinced bad customer service i will never come again. I bought dip and when she passed the tray to us the dip fell and she told us we dropped it on purpose and it cracked and made a big deal about giving us a new one. That's bad customer service if you ask me..

Best service, best pizza, and best staff. When I go their I always get confused by the different pizzas, to be honest i'd like to order the entire menu. They treat everyone in a nice way and whenever I see the staff they're always happy and laughing with each other. They have never been rude to anyone. The staff always smile at my face and they always do their best to serve me. Thank you pizza pizza. ^_^

Pizza Pizza has very high standards for their franchisees and this location has ALWAYS lived up to those expectations. I’m here at least once per week for the last 6 years. This is the best Pizza Pizza in Canada and the owner is a gem of a guy. He hires friendly, hard working people here that are always kind to me. Most importantly the FOOD is always fresh and tastes great!

Please tell the staff to not to Cheap out on toppings and CHEESE . I ordered cheese pizza and it was basically dough with sauce I couldn’t see cheese anywhere. If i wanted to eat bread i would go to grocery store and buy a $3 bread and would not order your pizza . This has happened so many times now, i will call the franchise and complain if this happens again.

I've lived all over Hamilton, and this is easily the best Pizza Pizza location in town (and one of the best pizza delivery places). We order from them frequently, mostly because of how well they make the pizza and because the staff are always extremely friendly and courteous, and make my pizza exactly how I want it done. Highly recommend!!

I hadn't had Pizza Pizza for a long time for no reason in particular. Today I ordered and XL for pick up. It was delicious! The ingredients were so fresh (artichoke hearts were huge and generously applied) and it wasn't dripping in grease either. I was so pleasantly surprised. Fresh, fast and great quality food at a reasonable price.

I have been a regular customer at this pizza pizza location, I love their service and the staff are very friendly and indeed a very clean store. I have also met the owner Mattia, one of the greatest guys I have ever met. Well done Mattia, keep up the good work. I RECOMMEND this location for friends, family and my fellow Hamiltonians.

I don't really like Pizza Pizza but there is something about the 1001 Fennell Ave location that I always come back for. The owner knows me by name and always makes sure he greets me. I just wanted to say thank you to this stores driver. This happened a couple months ago but we ordered pizza and while waiting my daughter feel asleep on the couch. When the driver arrived he seen my daughter sleeping while I was in the kitchen so he called me to let me know her was there and didn't wake my daughter.

They accepted my order on uber eats but after 45mins of waiting they cancelled my order because “they did not have items to complete my order”. If that was the case, then they should have cancelled before accepting my order. Very unprofessional behaviour.

My family always comes to this Pizza Pizza not only for the food but most importantly for the great service. We are always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. The staff remembers our order every time even when we havent been in for awhile. I would recommend this location to anyone.
