This place consistently sucks LOL, yes they are the only late delivery option around. But they will mess up everything! Want a large pizza? With regular crust?They will stretch a medium extra thin and give it to you anyways. Want well done so the pizza is how you like it? Forget about it!! It comes as they wish! Want to order anything fried? No problem my friend, soggy boiled fries for you! (Check out the photo of my sweet potato fries, i even rolled a few up for you to get an idea how soft they are, i even had to be carefull not to squish them lmao!!!!) Want chicken wings? “ Yea its hard to mess up but we got this” your drums will be nearly under cooked! Want a creamy garlic dip sauce? “ LOL bro you know we have multiple sauces with garlic in them. Its your fault for choosing such a difficult item. Too bad for you!” Want to order something that is not their specialty? Everyone loves chicken sandwiches, but let me give you the one thats been sitting so long the pickle brine has turned half the chicken green like the grinches left nut. This places thinks they are smart in rushing everything to make it to you in 40min or less. The problem is they give their driver multiple orders, instead of hiring another person. So by the time my food comes, its the worst money spent ever. Incase anyone is wondering, all of those scenarios i gave all happened. Like i said they the only delivery place around for late night . So yes i order multiple times. But as you can see there is always a problem. (Theres been more problems as half the pizza big slices and half the pizza small slices, no cheese on a 2-3 inch radius from the crust(really sucks when they mess up your dip sauce too !) For the owner reading this , i hope you respond to me !!!!

My husband went here today at October 17th 12:30am. He ordered 3 things, he ordered the half moon cheesy bread, wings and a drink. When he got there there was already a half moon cheesy bread sitting there. They told him 20 minutes. When he came back for his food he noticed the cheesy bread wasn’t there anymore. After he began to eat the food. It tasted sooo bad, old and stale. My husband went back in the store to ask the lady at the counter if she heated up the old cheesy bread sitting there and gave it to him and she said yes. The chef said “oh it was only made 20 minutes ago” my husband said that doesn’t matter all the food should be fresh. Not old stuff sitting there. My husband then told the chef that the last couple of times he came the pizzas were always burnt. He gave them the benefit of the doubt but now it’s becoming an issue because they’re not making anything properly. My husband said he just wants a refund, the chef said “oh if it was such a problem why do you keep coming here don’t come back” the chef than continued to be disrespectful and kept yelling. He is bald and works in the nights. He is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He was doing this in front of so many customers. My husband was so nice and simply asked for it to be fresh but after that comment didn’t want it anymore. Don’t waste your time or money. Bad attitudes, extremely disrespectful. Fire him, before health inspections come for you guys!

I prefer non-corporate pizza places but decided to try this local Pizza Pizza. (Private Pizzerias seem to have better toppings resulting in superior taste and quality, they try harder to get your return business). This place was totally empty during my visit and the counter person was reasonably friendly and took my order quickly. The pizza was OK, a little underdone, not great tasting but eatable, I ordered a large but it looked more like a medium size. This is not the place for a gourmet pizza although they have what looks like specialty pizzas for a premium price. Looking for a quick lunch/supper than this may be for you. If you're looking for a quality pizza you'll have to look elsewhere. **Update: I decided to try it again and this time I was dealing with the owner/manager and the experience was completely different. The pizzas I ordered were great, oozing with toppings. I must regret my last sentence in my previous review but when I see and taste improvements I give credit to those responsible. This Pizza Pizza location is a wonderful place to get a great pie, I really hope they stay that way, I'll be back for sure.

SCAMMERS!!!!!! Horrible customer service agents. They’re literally acting like this company is giving them a raise every time they act horrible to customers. The driver was LATE and made the someone from the “store” to call 3 mins before the 60 min mark - to say he was here. I had 4 witnesses that 1) the driver was NOT there. Made me wait in the cold for a few mins and decided to arrive 9:40. Called customer service and they kept lying and saying he was on time except for the 2nd rep - we all heard him CLEARLY lie and admit the driver was late. Let’s do this place a huge favour and NOT order delivery. Horrible. Just horrible. 2-3 of the reps hung up on me because they thought they could get away with this scam. I will be contacting head office.

In this COVID situation the person who was managing the front counter, counting the money; the same guy was handling and preparing the food without gloves! Anyway, once food (cauliflower bites) was served I found it half-cooked and returned it for replacement, but the same person put that food that I returned into the boiling oil!! Most of the staff preparing pizza without hand gloves and a couple of the staff didn't have masks at all!!! Pandemic is not over yet and very unhygienic food preparation. I should say very poor management, can't blame to those staff. BIG NO to me for this Pizza Pizza location. Update: I was offered for refund. I appreciate that. However, I didn't submit this review for a refund. I hope pizza pizza take corrective action and train their staff.

THIS LOCATION IS WELL KNOWN FOR THERE RUDE INDIAN DELIVERY GUY THAT ALWAYS ASK FOR TIPS OR HANDS YOU THE MACHINE AT YOUR DOOR WITH TIPS ALREADY PUNCH IN. The lady who worked in the morning at 11:45 Am at this store on 30th Nov this year was so rude and insensitive. She refused a customer yo use the washroom urgently because she wanted to get done with her duty. This is extremely poor customer service. Her attitude in the way she speaks with customers is also very bad.I will never visit this store again and if other customers think service is important then think before you buy from this store.She didn't mention her name but she is medium height and was at the front desk who was responsible for cleaning the washroom at this time.

This is a very buy lot, and people are careless and aggressive. In a plaza with a Walmart and Metro so it's challenging to find a spot in general.

Slow service. New cashier didn't even know how to grab a supreme slice ... I had to repeat myself 3 times before she knew what I was asking for. Then painfully slow counting of change. During the time I was there another person was wanting a refund because their order wasn't ready and their lunch was almost over even though they had called in the order. I wasn't impressed with this location and their extremely slow and inefficient service during the lunch rush on a weekday.

This place was alright, but lately things have gone down hill. On two occasions now the pizza we have ordered have been extremely undercooked and after telling them to make it well done. The dough is almost raw won’t be buying anymore the last time the pizza was inedible. I gave them a second chance by ordering again, but the same problem persisted. Maybe it is just this specific location.

Cashier and server both were very rude. She charged extra for breaded option ($1) when I ordered combo ($30.99). Also, when I asked to give me a bill to check she denied to print it and tried to change the position of monitor angrily. Both were started arguing and charging extra for no reason. It was the worst customer service.

First experience was positive. The crew member was helpful and told me about the offers & discounts. The pizza was good. Second time around, I ordered the pizza and returned after 20 minutes but the pizza wasn't ready as they had missed my order.

I think retraining is necessary for the employees of customer service. Their scanner for points were down and they tried to fix it. Ive worked in customer service for awhile so i let them have a chance to decide how they want to compensate

Came in with a coupon after a Raptors game for a free slice, this is the first time a Pizza Pizza store has refused to honour a coupon. It may not be a big value, but as a matter of principle, a store has to honour their coupons.

The pizza is good when ordering fresh, but when buying slices it never is given warm enough. If the slices and other warmed up pre-made items would be warmed up correctly that they aren't still cold. Better rating would be given.

Had an amazing experience here came around 1:50am and VANSH was very polite and professional and made an amazing pizza and half moon. Will surely come back when he is around..
