I was there yesterday and witnessed blatant discrimination. A older lady with a walker came in to buy a pizza and when she received her pizza asked to use their bathroom. The guy behind the counter told the lady the key was locked in the bathroom and therefore closed. The lady was disappointed, clearly having to use the bathroom badly, and then had to walk as fast as possible (with her walker) to go to either the McDonalds or in the mall (both a distance away). I then noticed in a span of 15-20 minutes other patrons came in (some that didn't even buy pizza, but also were not Black) asked to use the bathroom and he handed them the key with a smile. I tried to mind my business but I could not, that could've easily been a family member of mine to experience this type of discrimination. I voiced my opinion of the events I witnessed to another member there and she brushed me off, trying to talk over me when I was telling the story. I already didn't like this Pizza Pizza location, or Pizza Pizza overall because their pizza is low quality but my toddler wanted to stop here... Will never be giving this Pizza Pizza location or any Pizza Pizza my money ever again. Pizza Pizza Tapscott, DO BETTER!

The worst ever customer service I have ever seen in any food chain services. First they make wrong pizza , I ordered medium pizza and they made X large and even it was unbaked, very saucy, not well done. Now when I brought back that pizza they were complaining that we can't replace and can just bake that, I said I don't want that worst pizza, so she started yelling at me that you should bring the whole pizza and I came up with 9 slices out of 12 because I garbaged 3 slices that we ate. So she refused arguing that you didn't bring the whole pizza and we will neither give refund nor we replace. And she was Punjabi and started yelling and they don't have any basic knowledge how to interact with customer, how to handle situation and how to respect other guys.

They had this one employee forgot his name he was amazing he worked the cash! I seen this man Multi task like I have never seen someone so on the ball and organized he had you in and out in no time. Your order was always right.He was just effortless with the best manners and personality. I got spoiled. No one has been able to fill his shoes. He used to ride a skateboard to work.They have these young girls working that can’t even take care of one customer at a time it takes ten minutes a customer to just place there order. I suggest use your cell phone and order it faster . Pizza pizza are the ones that should have self order on a laptop when you go in order it on lap top on the counter bolted of coarse.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced sat in the store for more then 30 minutes asked cashear 2/3 seperate times for my order was told please wait 5 minutes then got upset went to counter and asked where is mi pizza order over 50 min ago they had it sitting in the back the entire timso I did not take order and asked my wife to call customer service the workers of the store had reported already that I came late to pick up my order do not go to this location I have never had a good experience here neither will you

This is the worst Pizza store I have ever been to. I ordered a pizza and waited 34 minutes for it to be ready. The workers were texting while making the food and did not wear gloves. I asked how long my pizza would take to be prepared twice, and the worker ignored me. When given my pizza, I asked for the receipt, and I was told, “You should have asked me before I threw it in the garbage.” I opened my pizza, and it looked like a soggy mushroom pie. I'm throwing my pizza away, and I will never buy pizza from this location.

I don’t ask for much. Just good cheesy pizza and nice people. They don’t need to interact with me, it’s not like it’s rude- my introverted side is quite happy. I’m here for the pizza. I eat from this brand a lot both delivery and dine in and any meal time (except breakfast which I usually skip now) or just for satisfying my cravings. Love the pizza cheesy and pipping hot like they make it Wish the medium pizza didn’t get so small now but inflation or something, y’know?

Worst customer service, we have waited for 1 hour and 20 mins for our order but they haven’t even started preparing it. Its not like we have big order, many who have order after us got there big big orders but we didn’t. Where do I start with this location. I have order through their app and when delivered the pizza was so under cooked it was garbage. Emailed customer service and no response. Decided to order through Skip the dishes because I can instructed them to cook it better. Pizza came and it was so small I put a fork beside it so people can see what this location does. The pizza looked good. However, the Hawaiian side of the Pizza tasted weird!! The pineapple tasted old while the bacon didn’t taste as good. They also gave me the wrong order. They changed it right away but if I wasn’t dining in and decided to bring the food home. I will be disappointed and be forced to eat food I didn’t like. I was there last night, the girl did not let us use the washroom. She said they don’t have the key, the door is locked. I think they have cleaned the washroom. That’s why they didn’t allow us to use it. Despite of this that we were gonna dine in there. This is not the service we expect from pizza pizza. We were regular customer for that location until now but from now onwards, will not come due to not giving proper services to the valued customers.

Worse service ever. The Indian lady (was punjabi) at front desk gave 30 min of wait time. We waited for 1 hr and she saw us and started ignoring. When we asked about wait time she replied rudely that you can see it’s busy. The fact is she served 2 customers came after us with 6 boxes of pizza. Ordered at 10:30 pm for guest’s and the pizza came in such a condition. Upon complaining they assured a replacement in 30 mins which never came even after an hour and they are claiming that they delivered it even when I am waiting at my doorstep. Finally going to sleep hungry after facing a huge disappointment. Please save yourself and never order from here.

After COVID-19, I've seen this incident happen 2 times. I went inside to pick up my takeout. There was a pan of fries that were cooked. One of the delivery people casually took some from the pan and started eating.. It is not good for Canadian Health..

I came here at 7:30pm on Saturday December 11th , The older gentleman at the counter told me that if i wanted him to put bbq sauce and chilli flakes itll be extra , i said fine.
