Walked in to this location at 1:56am was told by one if the cashiers that I am only allowed to purchased fried items. I replied that the store is still opened and I would like to order a pizza, she said that she couldn't make it. I then asked to speak to a manager. The manager came up to me and said that you can only order the pizza in "dine in hours" and that she cannot make it for me. I told her that is not right and I have walked in before and ordered pizza here just before 2am. She tried to make excuses that I was being rude and demanding and argued with my in a very immature and unprofessional manner. I then asked for her name because I wanted to email head office to make a complaint on this location. She then suddenly lowered her tone and finally said sorry and took the extra large pizza order. No one should tolerate this behavior especially from a manager. I will be contacting head office and hope this location doesnt try to close early because this is a franchise and open hours are not to be played with. Not impressed and will not be returning to this location. Note to manager act proffesional not like a child

I also worked in kitchens many times at different brands and learned one basic thing "if you can't serve the restaurant's dish to your mother because of dirty hands, or any inappropriate things like language or dirtiness, don't serve it to the customers. Similarly if you can't speak or serve the customers in a good manner, i cant imagine how they are with their mom and wife, i am sure they are not good, so disgusting staff, he should learn some manners and how to talk. There language was "abhi delete kr review aur nikal store se" after paying for the pizza. I have so many good Punjabi friends and teachers and i respect Punjabi people from my heart because if there is something wrong going on in the society they will help you against that anyhow but sadly these people are spoiling the name of Punjabi's. These people are a stigma on the name of Punjabi. Is it the way to serve customers?

Very dissapointed by this place. I ordered a panzo through the Uber eats app and it was raw on the inside. I figured it was just a one off mistake, so I gave these guys another chance. I ordered two panzo last night and both of them were raw on the inside again. Note it was just a basic pepperoni panzo so it is not like it was loaded up with toppings. I had to argue with Uber to even get a refund for one of the pizzas. When the panzos were good they were great, but recently they've been made very poorly. I'm dissapointed by the raw dough and cold fries. I won't be ordering from here anymore. Edit: After posting this they made sure to fix the problem with the panzo's and haven't recieved an undercooked one yet. I am mildly impressed. I just wish they placed orders in paper bags or something for Uber/DoorDash drivers to have an easier time carrying boxes. Though I appreciate the steps towards improvement, thank you Pizza Pizza

At 1:30 am they charged me from my credit card and kept me waited for more than 30 minutes just for a single half moon. After 30 minutes they said they can't serve me as they both are really busy with lots of orders. Also that guy said he won't be able to give me my refund and even for food i have to wait until 2:30 or longer. I mean really is this the way a customer should be treated at night and obliviously after 2:30 they would have replied we are closed so here is your refund forget the food. According to policy of pizza after 20 minutes of ordering if they don't serve the food will be for free. Reality is they returned me cash not on my debit and left me hungry until 2 am but didn't served me the food. I think the owner should stop doing this business if he/she isn't capable of handling their disobedient employees.

My first experience with this pizza pizza was bad. because the pizza was just cold and late. And the second experience was worst. I called pizza pizza at 1:46 am. Got the drivers call at 2:33 am to ask about my location. At this point the delivery was already late by 7 minutes and 15 seconds. (I had the timer set because of the first experience) When claimed for a free pizza, the driver said they don't give out any free pizza after their closing time even when i placed the order at 1:46 am. Originally the driver came in at 2:43. This makes the pizza late by 17 minutes. They refused to give it for free, so the driver took the pizza back. Dominos is just so much better in pizza quality and service, but the only thing that sucks about dominos is that they close early.

Worst location imaginable, have been a loyal customer of pizza pizza for ages. Tonight was the eight time that i order food that simply never comes, they never follow the 40 minute policy and always call up to 10 minutes before arriving saying they are outside simply to put it on the record. Very argumentative and just simply have horrible customer service, I cannot emphasize how horrible the service from this location is. I love pizza pizza but I'm taking my business elsewhere because this is just unbelievable. Finally I would just like to emphasize that three people ended up staying hungry tonight because this location simply decided they did not feel like delivering.

Here is what i wanna say : They are super professional pizza makers All the staffs are so friendly I eat there 2 times a day ( lunch and dinner ) The Owner's name is " Moe " He is one of the best pizza pizza owner I've ever seen , he always gives me free stuff and always having a smile . One time I forgot my wallet at home and wanted a pizza , he gives me a free pizza and $50 on top of that , he said since you don't have your wallet , take this 50 bill and bring it whenever you can . Had ordered a pizza yesterday from their badly designed website that does not make you feel that you live in 2018. Pizza came after 2 hours. Called customer service, in somehow they told me that the delay was my mistake because I did not write my number correctly but their website doesn’t allow you to write the number correctly in which you have to write the rest in the extension section. They came after 2 hours, didn’t apologize and didn’t make it free as their policy says « if we don’t deliver it in 40 minutes it’s free ». Pizza was cold. So basically everything was bad from customer service to the branch. Not worth a dollar!!!

I stopped eating Pizza Pizza a long time ago. Due to the less toppings I would receive, that was the issue I encountered at many locations I have went to. Decided to give this location a try and it was quite impressing. Their customer service was excellent, the Pizza was made at top speed, the result was positive! I received a Pizza with an amazing amount of toppings, the crust was fine and it wasn't burnt. That is a needle in a haystack with Pizza Pizza. This location is located in a busy plaza with restaurants, offices, dealership etc... parking is hassle.

Very bad. Uncooked pizza. After 30 minutes pizza is free. But. Your order is ready less than 10 minutes. So how do you think they oven cooked your pizza probably. Very bad location. No busy. Always empty. Workers always in there mobile phone and they don't even see it. Even the door bells ring. You have to make a noise and call those stuffs who is sitting in the chairs and using thier mobile. This is not my business. But I noticed many time. I don't know when is this store owner will close out. Because of bad service. Not even worth for one star.

Only reason I return to this Pizza Pizza is because it's close to me and it's cheap. But the customer service is horrific and slow. Employees are rude and obnoxious. I was told to "go away" if I didn't do the survey/order more than $9.99, since I asked them for my receipt from my previous order which was within 5 minutes and they threw it away. I asked them for another receipt since it didn't really matter but that process took the employee and the (I'm guessing) manager about 30 minutes. Worst experience yet.

Only gave the cash receipt..the cash receipt time is one hour and 20 min behind the actual time. Bad business practice. - Only service people speaks Indian first. Anyone else, employees don't care. - never will come back to this location enver again. After 10 plus years of loyal customer. Never come back to this location.

It's pizza pizza. The real attraction to this location is that it's open late, and it's close to York University campus. But because it's so hood and hidden in some real sketchy areas it's usually pretty empty. That's said it is usually well lit. The pizza is blog standard Pizza Pizza pizza. The bathroom is down to a hilariously long hallway. You also need a key after X o'clock p.m. The actual room itself is fairly large for what it is, and it's fairly clean.

Worst experience ever. I placed my order today 10/15/2021 at 5.48 PM. The guy who took my order was rude and was not ready to answer my question when I asked him my options for toppings. Later I noticed that none of the employees working (there were 3) has a mask on. The one who took my order went back and removed his mask exposing his nose and mouth. Moreover, the dine in space was not clean and there was a pile of dine in trays at the lobby.

This place is horrible! Not happy! Not recommended! Very poor service! The man I don’t know if he is the owner he yell at me! I said to him why are you yelling? I was pretty confused while walking in due to the variety of pizzas. But, more than the pizza it was the customer services I appreciated, she I wanted to order and I was looking at the menu, one of the employee named: Ali Reza approached me. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and heard me out, and gave intelligent suggestions. He also helped me order the best combo for me. Would come just for the customer service.

Everytime I order from this place there is some issue! Today they brought the completely wrong pizza with pepperoni on it and told me "just eat this one" when I don't eat pork! I don't normally write bad reviews but in the past they have messed up my order SEVERAL times, they always forget to put sauce on the chicken wings as well and don't even bother including it in the side either. I am done with this place!

Great guy there, I came in super intoxxed one night, dropped a 5 note, and I come in tonight and the dude was super friendly and expressed genuine concern of my well being at that time and he gave me the 5 note back, it could've been much worse if more of my cash had fallen out. In conclusion, very unexpected heartwarming moment.. I think it's the boss man l, but wasn't 100%.. Thanks to ya!

And the store was very clean and they are also following covid with mask,gloves and their personal hygiene as well, because I wouldn't want or expect anything different when it comes to the safety of my family and myself. Very bad service, deliver was extremely rude. The worst pizza store in Toronto the service is really horrible. As my leg was paining hard I wasn't able to go downstairs and the driver was harshly told that he won't be coming upstairs to give order. I was literally hungry at that time. (2:28 am ).

Wow! Washing hand does not exist at this location. I have been watching the cook for last 20 minutes, dealing with cash, touching garbage, his cloths and cooking pizza and did not wash hands at all. My first and last time here.

Management has changed and staff is more courteous now yet I found the dough was simply not upto the mark. I love pizza pizza but this location is central and they can do a lot better! Good luck to new management.

I was never a fan of Pizza pizza until this location opened at Keel and finch, Mr. Ali made me pizza one day and it was delicious, since then I became a big fan of it.
