If the item is a large item such as a pizza, chicken, salads or sandwiches, we will replace the item. For smaller items such as dipping sauce, beverages or snack items, we will provide a credit for use on your next order equal to twice the value of the item as stated on Pizza Pizza´s then current menu. They don't even adhere to their own policies. I never order dipping sauce. Check before consumption. If you order is still wrong, make a claim with your credit card company. Don't use debit.

It was my first visit to this store and it is worst pizza which I ever had, pizza was very soggy and sweet in taste the toppings were uneven. The person on the cash counter did not ask me anything about the level of spiceness and the bad thing was that when I asked for a small box to carry the left over pizza, then the supervisor refused to give and did not cooperate at all and she said for any complaint you have to call pizza pizza head office… I don’t thing its a good treatment with the customer…..worst experience

Disappointing. Server was in a rush to get rid of us and didn't allow enough time for the slice to get hot/up to temperature. *Mini edit to acknowledge that a follow up occured I will aim to follow up as requested - much appreciated!! Followed up with an email to the feedback email as requested. Dropped my rating down from 2 stars to 1 star as they were not able to get to the root of the problem - or offer an agreeable solution/outcome. Restaurant has improved. Corporate missed an opportunity

Very friendly staff, the location is very quiet and has socially distance the eating area. There are a few pizza pizza locations who ALWAYS end up giving me burnt crust but I'm happy to say i rarely ever get this experience here. They are always fully stocked and I'm never told they have ran out of dipping sauce. The pizza looked as delicious as it tasted! I definetly recommend a visit
