I have been here numerous times - but no more. I could not stand the service; they simply lie to their customers, each and every one as they come in. They will tell you 35 minutes wait and then add 15 minutes with the audacity to add another 30 minutes after that - it's just laughable service. I actually took the time to mention that lying to their customers will degrade the value of their service and they essentially laughed it off acting as if their low grade quality food was actually an addictive drug of some kind. If they would just realize that their primary customer base are younger people or single parents who don't have the time to waste waiting for nothing then maybe their value of service would increase. I couldn't count how many people they lied to - one after another in a seamless bout of mincing minutes for the sake of trying to make a quick buck. It was pathetic by all metrics. Period.

This place is horrible!!! Do NOT order from this location. I ordered a X-large 3 topping pizza, 4 drinks and 2 dips. The pizza was burnt and the chicken was dry. I called customer service and when I went to go pick up the order, the manager told me the phone number was incorrect and refused to give me the replacement order. I called customer service back and instead of the replacement, I got a credit for the full price of the full order and ordered it the next day. When I went in to pick up the replacement, the cook was rude, ignorant and insulting. He said if we did not leave ASAP, he would be calling the cops. I was very calm during all this and did not raise my voice once. On several occasions I went in to place a order, there were 5 employees behind the counter & none of them would serve me. They rather clean then to serve customers. For over 5 minutes I stood there in plain sight until I finally said something.

I arrived to pick up my takeout order. I stood waiting for service as I watched 4 people in the back cooking and boxing orders going back and forth it sit down using cell phones, not once did I see handwashing . Or any attempt sanitation from cellphone to food contact . 2 people dressed in regular clothes were also boxing food and eating fries off the pan before boxing it . Not once did the staff sitting come to give me my order that was boxed and waiting on top on the oven . I was very close to walking out, however the gentleman at the counter waiting on someone ahead of me had finished and gave me my order . While standing there watching all this happen .... the cell use during food preparation , lack of hand hygiene during , picking food with fingers eating a few then boxing the rest . I was really surprised and honestly will never order from there again ..

I've been ordering from pizza pizza for a quit a while now different locations depending on the area I'm living in and this elmvale location is good ive been ordering from there for past 8 months since I moved here and even when I worked security at elmvale mall back in the day I used to eat there , love the hours so convenient for late night cravings , pizza quality is decent could be better but I never had a problem with there pizza or the fried food always tasty and cooked well the staff is friendly talkative fast service , especially when I used the app it's always ready when I get there never had to wait so long , they always follow my instructions on the app. I have no complaints Thanks pizza pizza

I don't even know where to start but here it is, this is the second time I have gone into this particular pizza pizza and left frustrated and hungry! Kids wanted pizza, the cashier said they were out of cheese pizza, at lunchtime, understandable, then she said reluctantly if we really wanted one it would be 20 minutes,we said ok....then I go to order my plant based burger and she says they don't put veggies on the burger, just pickles, then proceeds to try and charge me twice for the burger combo. I tell her and she states "well thats how much it costs" which i remind her the price is on the menu as $12.49 ... she's trying charge me $27.99! Yes, just for the combo before the pizza charges...well...this was a 20 minute waste of time...so we went to Milanos...no hassle. Will never return to that pizza pizza ....

I wallked in to this location at 1910 st Laurent. Elmvale plaza. Replaced an order of 2 ex large cheese pizza with extra cheese and asked the cook kindly if he can use new container of cheese for my pizzas. The cook refused my request for no reason and no explanation. And he let me go and didn’t care. The cook was not professional at all. No pizza hat no apron. Not shaven and the shirt was very dirty. No wonder pizza pizza sales are down. Hopefully somebody in charge tell this cook that customers always right and hassle free policy.

I love the fact that you can just make up your own custom pizza and order it whenever you want! I highly recommend my own personal creation! I've been ordering this pizza for years. I named it The Cheesus Crust - Large thick crust pizza - Creamy garlic sauce for the base sauce - 4 cheese blend - Extra 4 cheese blend - Pepperoni - Bacon crumble All my children love it! They also make the best apple pie I have ever had!

I ordered a medium pizza for pick up. Went in grabbed the pizza and didn't think there was food inside the box. It was so light. Opened it up and it was the thinnest pizza ever. I cashier doesn't know how to count either. She gave me more change then she should of. I guess she knows the pizza wasn't worth the $10 lol last experience at a other location was pure trash. It's my own fault I trusted pizza pizza again. I will not order from them again. Use to be good food back in the 90s/early 2000s.

The pizza was standard, and that's a good thing. In general this is would have gotten a great review out of me. However, the restaurant is under new management, and I guess the new owners are not a big fan of Brio. We were told it's not part of any specials at this location! Been getting Brio with my pizza for years, so it's a big let down from the new guys. I will choose a different restaurant the next time I want pizza pizza.

Has really gone downhill in the last few years. Their ready to eat foods are basically non-existent and the quality of their food is not consistent. An example would be we ordered a stromboli for my dad and the first one was amazing and then we went back a few days later and it was horrible, soggy, burnt in some places, raw in others. Staff seems tired and overworked. No greeting, no smiles, but maybe they have a reason.

I have been eating here since 2004 and it used to be good just until the new owners. I ate there last night and it’s was the worst pizza I have tasted in my life. It was so bad that I puked. My chicken wings were not cooked enough, it was still pink from the inside. It was so bad that I don’t think I’ll eat pizza for a while. Most Disgusting most nasty pizza or any food I ave ever eaten. I’m giving 1 star because zero is not available.

The service is okay. Pretty quick. Pizza Pizza is the only place in the city that I can get my spinach and artichoke garlic pizza so I always order there, but this location never seems to have artichoke. Only once out of the 5 times I've ordered did they actually have it. I guess I'll continue to order here since it's so close to my place, but won't hype myself up for what I actually want.

I ordered a pizza for delivery, and the pizza had a screw in it. Upon biting the screw and almost losing a tooth, when I called them about it, they said "You have to bring the pizza back to the store for us to do anything". I PAID for delivery, and they didn't even apologize for the screw-up. I used to be a fairly regular 1 for 1 customer, they have lost all my respect and my business.

There is no customer service! I was standing waiting to give my order while 6 workers standing talking each other for a whole 5 min and after I got the food, it was take away. When I opened it the pizza has gone bad. They gave me from the ones they put outside when it went bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone!! Unless they changed their employees!

Well I ordered large pizza half with pineapple and half only cheese. After 1 hour waiting o received chicken pineapple pizz. Really bad place I go there because it is close to my house, but they delivered my order wrongly several times, and almost always they don't deliver according to the order, usually the Pizza bread is dry and burnt. My children like softly breads pizza but always we bring dry and burnt.

WORST pizza pizza I’ve ever been to. There’s 6 employees just sitting around talking and laughing to each other. Waited a whole 25 mins for our pizza before we had to go up and ask for it. Turns out it was ready the whole time. But they were too busy laughing and not doing their jobs.

Pizza is well cooked and takes about 15 minutes to be made! Usually open till 2am in the morning and so basically you can get pizza almost any time. You can visit it for fresh pizza!
