Where do I . The original owners of the business did an amazing job for over a decade! As a child I always went into this store, there was a special for a pizza and pop for $3.50 that was years ago, I go in here one day to see new owners. I choose not to order, last night my friends and I are coming from a party. One calls and we make orders for 4 20 wings combo each. We were told 10-15 minutes, this is while we were coming from Mississauga. We get to the store my friend says, I promise the food isn’t ready they need your money before they make your food. Guess what she is right. Very deceitful young man at the front, $27.95 or whatever for 20 wings and friends. He says 10 minutes I said how we called over 20 minutes ago they told us ten. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food. And this young man kept coming in and out and once as the door swung open I seen someone in the back packing all the wings from our order at once in the basket which was not that big. I asked him, is that really our wigs they are just putting in the fryer. He said no, your food is ready and it’s just marinating a little. I am beyond disgusted, if you can’t be honest about my food I trust you with. Why should I trust you’re doing it right and not any foul play behaving this way ? You guys need to change this name and stop ruining this palce and the history ! It went from the best spot always reliable, get your moneys worth. Watching our food being made to now a weird lying sneaking person serving and handling our food. Not washing his dirty hands once but handling good! Change your name l! Stop disgracing this place it’s a trademark to Jane and Lawrence. I am 36 I am been eating here from I was 12 years old or younger. Change this name! This is misleading and fraudulent to real customers of this place. And then the first time I go in there this girl seems to be owners daughter telling me the food is the same. Same recipes. I ordered from this place today, (Feb 5, 2021) and I have the following comments: - Firstly, on their website it DOES NOT say that ALL their pizza's are THIN crust. After I opened the pizza box, I was disappointed to say the least. - Instructions: The person making the pizza did not follow any of the instructions mentioned. For a Two topping Chicken pizza with Red onions, I found chunks of Pineapple in the pizza. Nowhere in the instructions was Pineapple mentioned. - Pizza: The veg pizza and chicken pizza were absolute TRASH. The cheese didn't taste like cheese and the chicken chunks tasted bland. The veggies did not taste fresh at all. - Wings: I don't even know where to begin. The chicken was so bland, there was no spice or salt, I felt like I was eating chicken boiled in water with bread crumbs. The chicken tasted like it was leftover's from the previous day. This place is overpriced and is not value for money. I thought this was a first, but after reading other reviews, I think this is a recurring issue. Please do not serve your tasteless and bland food to anyone.

What can I say about Pizza Wings & More ? Only everything good !!! This is a serious hidden Gem in the area ! Friendliest staff around of all the food places in the area, food is fantastic, and affordable!!! Wait, did I mention they are open until 5am, 7 days a week !!! I work in the area 7 days a week, so I'm around a lot, so we stop by here at least 1-2 times a week at all hours of the day and the Pizza never disappoints, it's always fresh and tasty and their dough makes some of the best crust around, it's consistent whether I go at noon for lunch or 1am for a snack on the way home ... I honestly haven't met a single member of the staff that doesn't always have a smile on their face and isn't happy to see us when we walk in ... If you haven't had a chance to try their food yet and you are in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by to order something, or if you live close try ordering something in, you will not be disappointed !!!

New management is taking the Papino's name in the wrong direction. Papino's was a neighborhood staple for a long time, unfortunately since the new management took over there's been a noticeable negative change to quality and service. The interior has been renovated with a new clean look, however they've also put up a wall hiding the back where the pizza is made. This change wouldn't be an issue if the pizza quality had remained the same, however this has taken a significant slide. Lastly they're often unable to meet their own timelines. Having called and been told the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes, I've had to wait beyond this on multiple occasions, once 45 minutes extra prior to me cancelling the order. Waiting beyond what was promised over the phone was nearly unheard of with the old management. Hopefully new management takes the negative reviews they've been receiving over the past couple of months to revisit their strategy.

Prashanth and Nayna were absolutely excellent. I was having a farewell party at my hospital and was looking for affordable options in the area. Found this place on Google and so glad I did because the service, food and price were amazing. I ordered 6 party size pizzas and they were delivered all on time. They even called me once my party was over to make sure I was happy with everything, that was a first! I called the night before to place the order and they assured me it would be ready and delivered by the time I asked. About 40-50 people ate the pizza and there was not one single complaint. Thanks again for everything, I’ll be calling you again in the future. Highly reccommend this place. Supporting small businesses vs big ones has its benefits as I now see since they truly care about you and you’re not just another order number. They will also deliver up to 30 mins drive away if the order is significant.

The most convenient place to grab an early morning snack. I highly recommend their pizza, as I've never had a bad experience with it. Their dough is always the perfect thickness, and their tomato sauce is pretty good as well. They also have a huge selection in sides; my favorite so far has been the jalapeno poppers. My only complaint is that perhaps they have too much on their menu, and as a result some items just don't work. Their battered mushrooms have oft times been soggy, and the butter chicken wrap is a little too expensive, in my opinion. But if you stick to what they're best at, which is pizza/wings, you won't be disappointed. Definitely give this place a try. It's probably the best late night food in the area. If they're able to maintain their quality and long open hours then I have no problem being a usual customer of this establishment.

I initially went there as an Uber eats driver and saw how busy it was and decided to check out what all the hype was........well I can tell you they make THE BEST WINGS I've ever tried in this life time!!!!!. No, this is not a paid ad and NO, I do not know them. They legitimately make the Best wings I've ever had!!!!!! The sauce, the crispiness, the flavour, the service.....can not be beat. All I can say is AMAZING AMAZING FOOD. BETTER WINGS THAN ANY HIGH END RESTAURANT IVE EVER HAD. Our favourite go to sauce is the mild BBQ. It's a mix of sweet and tangy and just all around straight goodness! This sauce is straight perfection!!. Also, all the staff is so nice and so accommodating. You will not find better buck for your money guys; you will not be disappointed!

While the pizza is pretty decent. It's a fraction of what it used to be. New management removed the view of the kitchen and sadly no longer makes Panzerotti. For a walk in special, everytime I get told 10 minutes to order, I show up 20 minutes later and get asked to wait another 10 minutes. While I was waiting in store another person who showed up after me mentioned they were told 20 minutes on the phone and then told another 20 minutes when they were in store. He was cursing the phone operator on the phone and was very upset as he had people to feed at home. The hours on Google VS the real world are all wrong. I would avoid this place, new management is riding on the prosperity of the last owners. Could be better if expectations were properly managed.

Stayed at Best Western Plus on Norfinch Drive in North York & ordered pizza & wings for delivery - FREE delivery for orders over $15. Very hot food delivered to our door within less than 30 minutes, pizza had tasty crust & generous toppings, our madium BBQ wings had a very tasty sauce & came with veggies & dip sauce; Extremely reasonable prices, much lower than large chain pizza take-out places. Good menu/price selections for pizza only or pizza & wings with veggie dip combo items. I was totally impressed when Manager called us 30 minutes after food delivery to ensure we were satisfied with our food quality & service. We will definitely order again when staying in this area. This is a take-out or delivery only type of pizza place, no sit-down area.

I read the reviews on this place and the majority looked extremely suspicious and fake. But anyway I came here anyway despite the fake reviews and their pizza is good. I ate it with some friends and everyone liked it especially the wings. They have some good deals, I got a large pizza 3toppings, 2 dips, and 25wings for around 35 dollars that's with tax. They aren't cheap on toppings either they put a really good portions on the pizza. They don't charge extra for things like chicken and they treat extra cheese as a topping. They offer free delivery until 3am but are open until 5:30 but after 3am they charge for delivery. Otherwise cool place I found, open until a long time

I’ve ordered here 3 times and every time there is a problem. The first time they forgot my drinks, the second time the wings were a different flavour and the 3rd time the delivery man didn’t have enough change. So I call again to order pizza to my address and they say they can’t deliver because of previous issues, basically saying we caused the issue when they are the ones who forget stuff and cause problems. Even after saying I still want the pizza they refused to deliver to me. If I’m a paying customer why shouldn’t u deliver if that’s what you guys promote. There were only issues because of you guys not me.

My roommate and I ordered burgers from this place. They charged us $1.50 each burger for not even a half slice of bacon as shown such a rip off. Secondly the toppings ordered weren't added. The burger shown was supposed to have Pickles, none added the tomato that was put on burger was the end piece (no picture to show, threw out prior to photo) and i also ordered Mayonnaise and as you see hardly anything was added. my roommate asked for hot and suicide sauce and got KETCHUP. Disgusting. Not to mention the Buns were hard. I will never order from this place again and certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone.

REVIEW UPDATE: Apparently management has changed. I went to go get wings and fries, the kitchen is blocked off waited forever for wings and fries and then notice everything was wrong!!!! The wrapped the wings in some foil paper as well as the fries which made them soggy!!! I hate the fact that these new owners 1. Kept the name which will mislead A LOT of folks. 2. They are riding off the coattails and success of previous owners. It’s sad to have to find out this way. So for al my OG Papino’s IT NO LONGER EXISTS! I have tasted all the pizza brands out there, and Papino's was the best on all levels. Customer Service, price, delivery when they use to have it, and best the taste. The one place that I always recommend and would go back to constantly when I felt like pizza or something fun and fast to get to eat. DO NOT ORDER: I ordered a Margarita pizza and garlic rolls. This is one of the most disappointing pizzas ive ever eaten. They forgot the Ricotta cheese entirely, the tomatoes that are normally fresh and signature to a margarita pizza were half tomatoes from a can! disgusting. The pizza arrived at room temperature. The garlic rolls were also extremely underwhelming. I didnt even save the ones I didnt eat for later which is very hard for me to do. I also do not leave reviews normally but, I think if I can help someone choose another pizza place, it was worth it.

Extremely rude service. I called to order chicken wings and inquired about quantity and prices. He spoke so fast I could not understand him (His strong accent didn’t help either) so I asked if he could repeat it again. He shouted at me asking how many wings would I like... I asked could you please repeat the prices. I ordered online last Saturday may 15,2021 and paid online of $45.17 I did not receive my order even though I tried calling multiple times throughout the night. I was informed I was going to get a refund from 3-5 business days on Monday May 17, 2021 however as of Sunday May 23, 2021. I haven’t received a refund or any follow up this is ridiculous!!! Horrible experience, if I could put 0 stars I would. We called to order ahead of time and we were told it would be ready in 20mins. When we would arrive, the pizzas were never ready and we were forced to wait another 30mins. We have had this same experience multiple times. Another time we called to order ahead of time and when we went to pick our order up in the time frame we were told, the store was closed and no one was inside. Not to mention the dead flies on the windows. Never going back again. Don't waist your time at this place.

Called to order delivery and was told that where we were was too far and not worth the profit unless we were willing to pay $5 for delivery. We said fine even though we were only 10-11km away. We weren't sure if we were gonna pay cash or debit so the person on the phone said that they'll bring the machine but when they arrived the driver was told we were paying cash.. The food itself was okay we ordered the jumbo pizza and wings and the pizza was a good size and tasted alright but the wings were nothing too special.

Need I say more? I’m having crazy digestion problems now, stomach is really hurting, almost feels like food poisoning. The fact that there’s uncooked meat & blood says a lot about the establishment. We stay on the Dixon Airport strip on business quite often and we’re looking for something different than the chain joints. I read the reviews and we ordered a pep bacon pizza and 20 mild wings. It was a busy Friday night so we were told 1 hour delivery time. Meal was delivered within 45 minutes still hot and we were not disappointed !!! Both pizza and wings were cooked to perfection. Only disappointment was bacon bits instead of strips on pizza. Next time in Toronto I’ll be reordering from them again.

I’ve been praying to Allah for something better than Pizza Pizza and their dipping sauce for years. I’ve tried all the mainstream places and not all of them hit the spot. Ladies and gentlemen my GF and I have found this place to be a great spot to simply have pizza that taste good. We love this place and the price is right. It may not be gourmet pizza. It’s pizza made with quality and I’ll vouch to say that it’s made with love.

I ordered pizza sub yesterday night. Got 2 pizza sub for 10 dollar and with chocolate churros for 2 dollar. I got delivery at 2am at night. Most of the restaurant are closed at that time. I used to like Papinos for their chicken wing combos because they were inexpensive and delicious. In addition to raising their costs, they also have new management, and the food isn't quite the same. Delicious pizza good prices. July 13 2020 update: customer service has gone down a lot and food just isn’t as good as before. I feel like just because I was a new customer before, they took a lot of care and pride in making my pizza and now that I am a returning customer they just don’t care anymore. They lie to you on uber eats by saying they're also a hero burger. Check the address on uber eats. The burger was so gross it tasted like a boil steak . Either stick to making pizza or hamburgers. Yes. 5/5! Pizza is freshly made and the wings are the best. You can still taste the juice of the tomato sauce instead of the cheap processed sauce dominos and pizza hut use. Had a bad experience at domino's and ordered here. This is way better than domino's and the delivery is faster. I will always order here from now. The price is great and the quality is perfect.

This is one place that works late into the night. The first time I went there was around 3am on a Saturday when my friends and I had closed from a church program and needed something to bite. All other places we had in mind had closed. We had some pretty spicy chicken wings there. It was great. But the environment there needs some improvement.

I've been ordering from here for a bit, love the pizza, the wings are awesome as well great suicide wings if you're looking for heat. Would always choose Pizza wings and more over any other big chain pizza places. Totally recommend checking them out. i moved away from toronto to complete college and moved back here recently. I only order pizza from here ever since coming back. I would eat the single slices here when I was in elementary school, middle school and high school, that's around 13 years. After coming back I always order from here, I never got tired of the way they make it.

Found this Pizza store on uber eats late on night, loved the pizza and wings. Have ordered directly from them numerous times again (minus Uber eats). Even gotten my sister to order from them. I used to be in Toronto (from Edmonton) every summer and papinos pizza was the number one pizza place in Toronto. I haven't had it since 2010 though. After 12 years, I had to get it. Its definitely not the same pizza which was disappointing but the pizza was very good and the bbq wings were really good. Price wasn't bad either.

Called to place an order. The guy hung up the phone on me 3 times. I asked if there was any deals or discount since I was going to spend $40, and instead of simply saying no, he hung up the phone on me. Regardless of discount I wanted to buy the food but he kept hanging up on me. Don’t go to these guys. Poor customer service

This owner is hard working, can't find this kind of service anywhere. It was our first time ordering and this pizza is delicious, even the dipping sauce is like no other. Had to call him to personally thank him. Even my kids loved it!! We found our new pizza place, and we will be ordering from here from now on!

Underrated store. The pizza is really good and well cooked. The employees provide excellent service. Not to mention the free delivery and the store closing at 5 am. Try it out and you'll see for yourself. I'll be returning here every once in a while and you probably will too. It's a great restaurant.

the owner is not paying its workers who are working hard in hard conditions, owner is abusive and conditions are not good for girls. please do not work in this restaurant, especially if you are a student and for the people, please avoid going to these restaurants who are bullying innocents.

I find it very odd that all the ratings are 5 stars. Take a look at the distribution and you can see a bias in the ratings. I order pizza and wings from here through skip the dishes. Their food's are okay. That said, they are a 2.5 star imo. I can't do 2.5 so I rounded down to 2 stars.

Haven't been here in a long time, but I used to come here all the time. Back in the day it was 3.25 for a VERY large slice (that they cut into 3 slices) and a pop. I remember this as greasy pizza that just feels like home. Very fond of this place.

I order from Uber eat at 2am in the morning and brought 20 pieces chicken with medium sauce and they give us veggie and this is how much they give us. 3 piece cut of carrots about 2 inches and 3 pieces salary 2 inches so disappointing.

Food was delicious. Pizza was perfect and the wings were amazing. From the gentleman who took the call for me to place my order to the delivery man they were very polite. Definitely will be ordering from this place from here on out.

Super friendly, fast, great pizza. I love stopping by here whenever I'm in the area. Best for pick up or having delivered. This isn't a place with seats. The owners a great guy. They have great prices and don't accept tips.

Excellent wings, mediocre pizza. They're open late until 6am, which is convenient. Good late-night, consistent drunken eats. Grub is cheap too.

Best tasting pizza ever! The place is the opposite of fancy, minimum space for eat-in, BUT the pizza is superb and at fair price. Basically you either take-out or get it delivered. A no frills affordable delicious pizza

I ordered from them once in the middle of the night and I must say their pizza is really really good! I wasn’t expecting it from the name but it tasted super! You should consider changing the name of the place!

Please deal with esteemly high coustions. Not much responsible for services & salary fixed with end users. My one of relative worked with this guy ( Tino so called ) not bothered for calls if in wrong deals.

The worst pizza I ever ate in my life don't waste your time buying pizza at this place chicken had no salt no flavor the garlic sauce and BBQ was terrible how to spit everything out and put in the garbage

THIS PLACE ROCKS. Quick, hot, delicious food available till 5am. I order from them at least 2 times a week. The owner is really nice and the food is consistently good! Best joint in the North York area

I should have read these reviews before ordering. Previous pizza and owners were great. These negative reviews are accurate of new ownership. Will not be going back. Sorry to see the true Papinos go.

Their poutine is really good! Their pizza is flavourful and they have good service. This place deserves 5 stars for the quality of food, their times, and how late they open! Seriously good place!

I LOVE IT! The pizza is amazing the bbq wings are so so delicious! If ordering wings I suggest you order a lot , very hard to share! Polite people, nice, kind and so appreciative or every tip!

Ordered a small pizza and it was whole wet and was just breaking while picking up and not cooked as well on the top wasted time as well at 3:15am when I was super hungry. Do not recommend.

Good pizza, amazing wings!!! Customer service was the best part!! The owner took my number during pick up, and actually called me to see if i enjoyed the food! Top notch stuff!

Update my review below was for the former Papinos Pizza place. Consistently good quick pizza! Been going here for over 20 years! I hope it stays open for over 20 more!

Best pizza crust i have ever had it was really well cooked and toppings were heavy volume. I really enjoyed it. Its one of the best late night snack spot.

This used to be very decent. Recently it’s become awful. Too much sauce, very expensive ($10 for a medium). Will not be going willingly anytime soon

Second time here, got the chicken wings and they were really good. Decent price too, $6.70 for 10 wings. Will be coming back.
