"Pleasantly surprised! The renovation has made the mall brighter, cleaner, more welcoming"
"I like this mall because it isn't crowded with people, but feels spacious and relaxed"
"Me and my friend rode our scooters in here for at least 30 mins before getting kicked out but it was so worth it and fun"
"Decently sized mall in the heart of Orléans"
As a whole, it's a good mall, but it's lost its popularity after a majority of the best stores closed or relocated. There just aren't enough popular stores anymore to keep people interested. Too many stores are very niche and catered to a specific group of people.
Pleasantly surprised! The renovation has made the mall brighter, cleaner, more welcoming. No longer looks or feels like a village mall. The large well-lit food court is now on the main level. There is a bigger variety of retailers. Definitely worth a visit.
I like this mall because it isn't crowded with people, but feels spacious and relaxed. It's a good place to get away from it all, have a quiet meal, and browse some stores for an hour. The mall layout is simple and straightforward: you can't get lost in it.
Me and my friend rode our scooters in here for at least 30 mins before getting kicked out but it was so worth it and fun. On the other hand there was this dumb security guard that was mean to me and my friend and she looks like a knockoff Ellen degeneres
Decently sized mall in the heart of Orléans. Wide range of stores that cater to a variety of different shopping demographics. The interior environment feels quite clean and modern. Parking is available on the South, West, and North sides of
Nice friendly and relaxed mall to spend a few hours. Lots of free parking. Particularly enjoyed the food court where there are many choices, and lots of seating. Super clean and maintained eating area. Stores are welcoming and well staffed.
Have not had the opportunity of going there often since I do not live in Orleans. However, during the few times that I've been there, I've found the mall very attractive, with stores selling an array of merchandise. I spent time talking to
Ample amount of parking both outdoor, covered and underground. The selection of stores has improved over the years. They have a bubble tea store, a Starbucks on the main floor, the food court has definitely got a new facelift with a modern
Had an issue with being charged for furniture I never received. Took 3+ months to resolve and left feeling like I had done something wrong. Head lady in the housewares department is a know it all who is happy to be condescending to anyone
This mall has definitely gone through a renovation overhaul. Although not all of it is fully renovated as of this review what I see so far is pretty good. This is a gigantic mall. New stores have cropped up and the diversity of stores is
Place D'Orleans is a medium-sized suburban mall to the east of Ottawa. It has lost several anchor tenants over the years and foot traffic is much less than last decade. On the plus side, they have preserved a small Indigo bookstore and a
Place d'Orléans, situated in the east end of Ottawa, offers a shopping experience that is as enjoyable as it is diverse. With its impressive selection of stores, immaculate surroundings, and excellent customer service, it has become my
I honestly prefer the older layout where the food court was on the second floor that had a better layout. Since the redevelopment, the mall has lost more and more tenants and slowly becoming a dead mall, but with a busier food court...
Place d'Orléans shopping center is a very pleasant place for family and friends to get together and make their shopping, have a breakfast, brunch or a snack. The place is clean and tidy, staff is friendly. I strongly recommend it for
Great mall! Not typically crazy busy either. Mostly all the stores you could need are found here. Nice bright, clean, and spacious. Really good food court too, and ample parking on site as well. This is my mall of choice!
Was there to pick up a few articles at Bath and Body Shop. Staff is very attentive and helpful in what you're looking for and offer other options. Definitely going back. Lots of shoppers for Black Friday and more great sales
This is one of my favorite malls in Ottawa. It has expanded since I've last been there. Now there is a large variety of stores and food choices so it caters to all! I highly recommend this mall. You will not be disappointed!
The passport office upstairs is very efficient (you can park near Rexall.) The elevator however is so far away from everything that if there are two of you, it's better to carry baby and folded stroller onto the escalator.
I like the mall in general, but malls don’t have the live vibes used to have before six, and Placed’Orleans is not an exception! Meanwhile, the mall's building was designed insufficiently, and there are too
Just wanted to give a shoutout to Custom Design Center across from Scotiabank - awesome work! They can make custom t shirts and engrave things as well. Speedy, courteous and fantastic service.
Im excited that they have opened the new relocated food court on the main level and that they have a Starbuck’s now. Not all food stalls are open but these are exciting times let me tell you.
The shopping center is nice, has many branded shops inside. However, there are some drawbacks: 1) In comparison with Rideau or Saint Laurent is lacks something. It looks like
If you like listening to music while shopping, this mall it's the right one for you. I wanted to see if they have the Christmas decoration yet. I think I need to
For a smaller mall in Ottawa, it's actually better than some of the others. Never overcrowded the Food Court is really open. A lot of good variety for stores.
We love this place. Besides shopping, you can also get passports and other Service Canada services. Parking, access to transportation and location are great.
Small mall, very clean but has a few of your common stores. Went for fast food not too much of variety but they have a huge seating area
Excellent, professional, fast, and kind service. John is amazing. I very much recommend their services for all your photo needs.
A lot of good stores, everything is in one place. Newly redecorated and has a ton of old flair. Stop by if you're in the area
The upgrades to the mall are fantastic! Can't wait for the second level to fill in with stores so I can 5 star this post!
A lot of changes. If you haven't been there before you are going to like it.is not crowded with people like other malls.
Closes way too early, especially weekends, and holiday season, work, drive there to find out malls closed already
Excellent place to go. There's a lot of parking, Inside the mole is very beautiful. I can find any store I need.
You can do all your shopping and still get good food at the mall. Good location to take good pictures too
Just wanted a coffee and a pastry, but as Cafe Amore had closed for the night, I headed for the Mall.
This is a beautiful store to shop around. It is a peaceful place to take advantage of your time.
Great experience on my last visit. Always clean and not very crowded. Parking spots were plenty.
We were in from out of town. Went to a few stores. Staff were extremely helpful and super nice.
It’s one of the few malls where there’s good parking and lots of room to walk indoors
Our favorite mall in the city. It has most of what we need and it's not over crowded
Newly renovated food court. Many stalls are open on Sunday. Lots of seats available.
Not the greatest shopping experience, but a decent spot for a few good shops.
Its nice mall but bit small and lots of big brands are missing in this mall.
Good parking, very clean mall, friendly, good food court. Will visit again.
Really quiet on a Monday evening, especially a week before Christmas.
I wish this mall ( get zara) and them will be full...love this mall.
Good stores of all varieties. Worth visiting, not too crowded.
Excellent food court and good selection of stores.
Nice little mall. Still has many great stores.
