I usually have a great experience at this location. However, tonight I had a horrible experience. I walked in with my daughters who so happen to be teenagers who have come in with me previously. I don’t usually allow them to use any of the equipment but I do let them get the aquatic massages. I usually have no issues with this. When we came in I checked in per usual. Tequasha Sullivan was at the front desk. She didn’t great us. However, she did loudly say “YOU DO KNOW THEY HAVE TO BE 13 TO BE IN HERE”! I said okay and told her I wanted to use the massage machines. T. Sullivan did grant the access after she raised a fuss. I proceeded to the massage room with my girls. When we were done I went back to the desk and asked T. Sullivan for her name. Initially she said to me in a very rude manner “What do you need my name for”? I explained to her that I wanted her name because she never bothered asking me how old my girls were. I also explained to her what the Benjamin Button syndrome was. She then stated that neither one of my girls were 13 and also told me I could tell who I wanted to tell. I never intended to “tell” on her. I just wanted to let her know that her behavior was offensive and bothersome to my daughters. She didn’t care at all and just kept giving me attitude and rolling her eyes. Which was very rude. One of my daughters was so upset that she asked me what are 13 year olds supposed to look like. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be stopped because she’s the only person in this location who’s always rude. I am very well aware of the age policy. There seemed to be a miscommunication or misunderstanding of what I typed. This review had nothing to do with me not being knowledgeable of the age requirements nor did I need to be referred to any policy. The review was about the rudeness and the lack of communication of the worker who failed to ask my daughter’s age rather than just telling me how old my daughters were.

Horrible. Went in one night and there were people working out. There was a lady that is not normally there ( maybe some type of upper manager?), she was extremely rude, condescending and rude in the way she was speaking to me. She had let me know I couldn’t come in because they were movikg equipment and I asked if I could just use the restroom for 5-10 min and she said no although there were many people still working out in the gym floor. I let her know I would be in and out of the bathroom but she said no. Didn’t bother me that much that she said I couldn’t come in but the way she said it and being very condescending and rude in her tone and delivery of what she was saying. I left and never went back and will be canceling my membership today. Other than that most of the staff was normally cool accept one girl that was always rolling Chinese balls in her hand not paying attention or helping any members come on and when she did had a bad attitude as well as not helping the other staff when their dealing with all the members and she literally would be over in the corner doing nothing with a bad attitude if she was asked to help. I know some of the staff had issues with her as wel as we had talked about it and they mentioned it to me too. One more thing that sucked about this place is the men’s bathroom was a bit dirty sometimes and also the showers never had hot water if you wanted or needed to take a shower after working out. I’d go somewhere else or down the street at crunch fitness and the staff seemed more friendly and professional and the facility was way cleaner and nicer.just my 2 cents . Agin I will say though other than the few staff here the other stsfff was always cool with me.

Corporate Incompetence run amok. Posting this here as trying to reach anyone at corp is (another) exercise in frustration (CEO: "Yesss. Our evil plan is working!") Tried to transfer my membership. Incoming club said they can't do it - had to go to home club. Went to home store, they said had to be incoming club. At this point, it does not matter which one is wrong (or improperly trained or which ever 'Not our fault' excuse is handy as I have already wasted time going to both places without being able to solve the issue. And since no one can give any reason why it can't be done online (along with sign up and cancelling) other than it is policy I am finished. Corp site contact page wants all MY information but has no contact info other than they will route message to my home club. If you want to keep customers, make it all as easy as possible. Let me use my membership everywhere. Make it as easy to transfer or cancel as it is to join. Publish executive names and make it easy to contact them at corp HQ Yes, I realize that increasing customer frustration for profit is less than popular and no executive worth even a percentage of their paycheck would want that easily available. But until that can be guaranteed, I will spread this message and walk on local trails and greenways.

Used a Planet Fitness while visiting in Anchorage AK. I thought it odd that on one wall they boast being "judgement free" and on the opposite wall they had a definition for "lunking" clearly defining those they deem unacceptable. Even had a police style rotating light on the wall to activate and presumably harass those that violate the "judgement free" zone by "lunking". I was puzzled by the contradiction but assumed I must be overthinking it. I was having a nice chat with a sweet older lady while we worked out when I was accosted quite aggressively by a staff member for "lunking". Apparently, I put my dumbells down too hard. The nice lady and I were both shocked. I think my real crime was being in too good a shape for the staff. I have muscle. I see in one of the reviews for this club someone else had a similar experience. I am moving to the area and looking at gyms. This one is close to my new location so I was going to give it a 2nd chance. But I think it is not an option now. I'm a former fat guy. I understand how intimidating getting back in shape can be. But, apparently, once you beat that demon you aren't welcome at a Planet Fitness any more. To bad, those of us that succeed love seeing others do the same.

The only real reason I can’t give it a 4 or 5 is the customer service. Most times, reps can be dry, ignore that you’re standing at the desk or speak in a condescending tone. I would think that instead of talking behind the desk, some should be walking around to keep the club in order i.e. cleaning machines. The entire staff (mgmt included) could benefit from a professional development course focused on customer service. *Also, if you choose to join get everything in black & white, hold your receipts, and keep track of inquiries with staff.* There can be inconsistencies and misinformation based on the day, time or overall mood of the rep you encounter. My recent experience left me with a bad taste. Just know that you get what you pay for at PF. Overall good facility to exercise; weight machines work, plenty of treadmills/bikes/elliptical machines to get your cardio in. Other members are friendly or just stay focused on their workouts.

Some nights, we are unable to find the person who is supposed to be running the counter. Black Card benefits are pretty useless when the counter person is not there to activate the Hydromassage or chair massage. Many times, there appears to simply be nobody at the counter and this Planet Fitness seems to be running on auto pilot. We waited more than 20 minutes for the counter person. We looked all over the place for the attendant. She had apparently left the building for a while. The staff lets messy members throw their used paper towels all over the floors. If I dare tell you how the restroom/ locker room looks (and smells) I will loose my lunch . I am hoping one day that the Board of Health will show up and force corporate to clean up this location. I wouldn’t dare use the showers at this location. I think COVID would be the least of one’s worries. ‍.

Unfortunately, the gymtimidation is strong here. The restrooms and machines are dirty. The weight machines are in terrible states of disrepair. Paper towels are often empty. Gym bags are all over the floor. I have been going to Planet Fitness in other cities for 10 years and this location gives them a bad name. Update 12/31/22: Have spoken with the general manager several times (Mr. DiRando) who assured me things would get better with new staff. Things have changed very little. Today reported the disgusting locker rooms to the two workers up front. They laughed and smirked at me. They laughed harder when I mentioned that I would be talking to the manager. The customer service here is a joke and this place will spread sickness and disease of it is not changed soon. Also, the workers have been adjusting the temperature to suit them, not the customer. The gym floor is extremely hot.

Just signed up today! We walked around and it was clean and inviting! Update..so for the most part still good. I don't like how they are lax in enforcing rules like the dress code, phone conversations in the lobby only not on the floor,I don't need or want to hear your conversation take it off speaker, no bags on the floor, why I'm having to get over bags and jackets,and not being able to use a machine because of their items. And this part is hard to enforce but why are some people so gross? You take your sweaty nasty self from one machine to another and are just too good to wipe it down when you are done? That being said sometimes especially in the middle or back they run out of paper towels so that doesn't help. Please don't get me wrong it's still better than some other places but it can do better.

Ripoff They don't adhere to their own policy..... I tried to open a membership an was denied because of an outstanding balance $3**+ from a non payment from last November. As I called to try an figure out how my balance could have gotten that high in the 1st place an associate tells me that their policy is after 3 consecutive missed payments the system cancels the membership. So here I am 13 months later trying to reopen my membership an they've been trying to bill me ever since just accumulating a balance.‍♂️‍♂️How is this even possible when your system is suppose to stop trying to bill after 3 missed payments.....long story short becareful where u gym I'll be finding a new one soon, because that's a ridiculous amount of money for a $21 membership.... #LookingForANewGym

I was visiting Nashville and came in for a quick workout and to shower before a wedding. The workout area seemed fairly clean, although I could tell the floors hadn't been really swept in a while. However, the bathrooms were terrible. I doubt the showers have been washed down in a while. The locker room floor was filthy and there was even gym stuck to the floor in a couple spots. The mirrors were dirty. The sink area was filled with water all over the place and it appeared at the sinks had not been cleaned in quite a while either. If I lived in this area i would probably not use this facility personally. I like to shower after a workout and I would not feel that this would be the best place to do it.

My membership at Planet Fitness is amazing because of the hours. Juggling a full-time career and family makes keeping a workout schedule challenging. However, the 24-hour accessibility of Planet Fitness is a game changer. I love that the gym is always clean and orderly. I've visited other gyms in the area and often the equipment is all over the floor, making it difficult to walk. The equipment is usually not in its assigned location, so you spend much of your workout time searching for the proper dumbbells, etc. It's frustrating, time-consuming and demotivating. I'll definitely, 100% keep my Planet Fitness membership. They are absolutely awesome!!! Hands down!

This place is ridiculous. Today I’m working out and there is only one employee working. Terrible. So, no one has come around to do anything in this gym to the point that almost EVERY paper towel dispenser is empty and every spray bottle is empty as well. Imagine the inconvenience of searching the gym to clean your equipment after using it. On a regular basis, I work out for at least 1.5 hours and it’s very normal to see paper on the floor, weights out of place and never in the place they should be, and a very apparent lack of attention to the gym overall. It’s ridiculous and if you can’t create a clean and you welcoming atmosphere, just shut down.

Rude staff. Was treated like a homeless person camping out because I was tanning in the tanning room and took longer because I was on the phone with my mother. Interrupted me mid conversation with an attitude and before I could explain why I was in there longer than normal she walked away. So she obviously didn't care what I had to say. Made me feel like she was trying to intimidate me. I'm paying this gym $25 a month, I could just take my money elsewhere and join another location. Your customers pay you their money, be respectful to your members or you'll lose them. Without us, you wouldn't be getting paid. So much for "you belong here".

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen, The front employee ”Abdoule” was putting his mask on his chin and asking me to put my mask on , non sense, I was cool, went out grap a mask, and when I entered I took it off so I can work out, some one called “Marcelly” allegedly the shift lead,ran after me screaming to put my mask on, actually screaming, he was loosing it, I told him to calm down why you so nervous, he made drama fro no reason. Got everyone attention, thats when he realized that he lost his mind , he walked away. Not professional, not friendly, Worst customer service ever.

This location is clean and staff is always nice! The space is a little crowded, but you can work ok! The only thing I didn’t like was a guy listening loud music, staff walked over there but didn’t say anything. I think not everyone likes the music you listen to, so use your headphones or something. I feel staff should have said something to him since it could bother other people besides me. The other thing I saw and did not like was another guy with his kid inside, using the machines, nothing wrong but I just don’t feel that is a space for a kid, plus I thought the policy was not to have kids in the gym.

Management, Kendell and Aaron, are very nasty and rude. Never going back to this place again. I was turned away for not having my key tag. The guy at the front desk verified my membership by running my phone number and let me in but management jumped in and stipulated that I have my key tag or i would not be allowed to enter they gym. I asked for a duplicate tag but was declined. The way management spoke to me was very ill and uncalled for, I was in complete awe. I tried to raise my concerns with PF but did not have any luck and thus posting here so that you know what you are signing up for.

Staff does a terrible job explaining memberships and new team members that don’t fully understand the policies are left to sign people up on there own. Also if you have an issue with how you are charged or need to cancel for any reason they will give you a hard time and be very disrespectful. Also under no circumstance will they issue refunds even if you have never used the facility. I was told that I could not talk to the district manager when I complained about the service that only the facility manager could contact them which I discovered was a lie when I contacted another store.

Nice and big! Lots of equipment to include stationary bikes, Smith machines, benches, multiexercise machines. Nice PF360 area. Bathrooms were clean and bright with clean urinals and overall area. Staff were very polite and professional. Some of the supine/recumbent bikes seats were loose and wobbled during use. Also, the bikes were dusty and should be cleaned so as to not allow the bikes to get clogged with dirt. The place looks great after the remodel. Overall, a very positive experience from beginning to end.

Asked to have my account frozen which they said they did but was repeatedly charged even though my account was meant to be frozen. Asked for a refund and never got one for over 3 months then they said I could only get the months that I was charged for for free in the future. The people there are nice but they don’t know what they are doing and found it very frustrating that I had to call periodically to try and fix something that should not have happened to begin with. 1 Star not happy with this place at all.

Literally every time I've gone to use the tanning beds, they forget to start the beds or don't add the full time like I've asked them to. I have to call while I'm in the room because it would be a pain to put all my clothes back on to walk out and remind them, to do it all over again. I find most of the staff to be childish and unprofessional. Some have been nice. Looking forward to the Planet Fitness opening in LaVergne end of this year. Unfortunately, the Antioch location is the closest to my home.

Still not a bad location and club, however some members get away with abusing their membership. What I mean is they come to the gym and take over two machines and try to hop between the two when other members may be trying to use one of the machines they may be using. How can you be so inconsiderate as to use two machines while others may be waiting? I wish management would put some signs up and enforce that. It's not your personal gym. Use one machine at a time.

Not fancy, not high end. A few bells and whistles, but not much. If you are looking to get in shape in a non judgemental place, this is the place to go. Prices are very reasonable. You can get good advice from people who will treat you well. Interestingly, they have a lot of members who are into body building. They consider it a good, nonsense place to go with sensible rules. If you are looking to show off, this is not the place to do it. I really like it.

From the outside, looks like it would be one of the premier Planet Fitness locations, but not impressed, I travel and frequent several Planet Fitness across the country, these showers make me feel like I'm in jail, dirty, showerheads are trash to begin with, and they are broken, not to mention I have to set my shampoo and conditioner directly on the floor. Do better. Additional: why are your hydro massages only 7 minutes when everywhere else is 10?

Walked in with my son, checked in and had him sit down to read while i worked out. Was told by a young man, Gustavo, that no one under the age of thirteen is allowed in the building. I said surely not the entire building and he said the whole building did not allow anyone under thirteen. As i walked out another woman walked in with her 10 year-old, checked in and began working out. No issues for her. Not sure why her son and not mine.

What a dump, bathroom always dirty. Broken shower and curtains!! Disgusting sinks, God forbidden to add paper towels to wipe them down. Today 10-6-23 , I walked in, the African American Girl at the desk with the blonde hair; get off your phone. Never looked up to say hello, could have been a robber and she would not have done a thin. After seeing this place , I’ll go out of my way to another location.

The place itself is in good shape and when staff are there they’re helpful. However, the desk is often left unattended for half hours or more at a time. It makes it difficult to actually utilize the black card benefits I’m paying for if there is no one there to activate them on a daily basis. It also creates a safety issue and folks who don’t pay to use the facilities can go in and out as well.

The 2nd worst planet fitness I’ve been to. Constantly dirty, no paper towels in the dispensers, unprofessional and SEVERELY LAZY staff, disgusting restrooms. Half of the time, they aren’t clear about their hours of operations during holidays. They don’t even bother to update it online, or post notices about it. The owner needs to grow a brain and take a hard look at this train wreck of a gym.

I LOVE THIS PLANET FITNESS!!! I have been a member for over a year. The gym is always clean and the women's locker room is well kept. The machines are updated and kept in great condition. Aaron, Andy, Dallas and Kendall always greet each member with a smile. These four along with all the other employees make my daily workout a positive experience and are each a great asset to Planet Fitness.

Overall it's a pretty good gym. I like that there's 4 stair-mills. The only downside is that there's not enough free weights. I really like NAC and FAC for the fact that I can use all kinds of free weights. I'm a bit limited here, but it's close to home so it's worth it. Plus the price is so low, how could I possibly turn it down! I also like the tanning and massage beds.

So sorry for interrupting an important personal telephone conversation by wanting to get some massage therapy on my ONE day off. Perhaps if it was possible to set up more than one 7 minute session without me having to return to the desk I wouldn't have to interrupt personal telephone conversations. That's not an excuse for behaving like an obnoxious child though.

They claim to be a judgement free zone, however make judgements against anyone who works out hard. I can understand not wanting the body builder types to harass or intimidate those just trying to get in shape. Calling people "lurkes" simply because they make some noise when working out hard. Facility not that nice and equipment is barely abouve a home based gym.

Ok I asked about my fitness pass (Walmart) from my partner and the front desk clerk was clueless and just kept up selling black card. I explained it was similar to silver sneakers. And she played dumb. She didn't follow the company script at all. Asked for lead or mgr said she doesn't know when they'll be there. Horrible customer service. Will find another gym.

Super great customer service. The workout equipment is very well taken care of. Honestly I cant find anything wrong with this gym. The lady in the morning that gave me my first tour is extremely nice. The massage beds they have are great after workout. Plenty of machines and a good selection of free weights. Perfect gym for both starters or advanced users.

Staff is great! I’m from out of state, and some PF gyms that I visit across the country, the staff are so into their own conversations they don’t even acknowledge when you walk in. The staff here, greets you when you come in and a goodbye when you leave. They actually stop whatever it is they’re doing to give customer service. Awesome young staff!

Great gym. Would definitely recommend it to others. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the lack of wifi. I love to watch videos/movies on my phone while I'm on the treadmill, bike, and elliptical but that kills my data. I been to other Planet Fitness in the area which do provide free wifi. Just wish this location provided it.

Planet Fitness is the worst gym ever. Only gym that can kick you out for their own nonsense reason. I won’t even bother mentioning the unauthorized charges after supposed cancellation. If you’re looking for a good gym planet fitness is not it. If I could rate zeros stars I would. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to my worst enemy.

I visited for a run the other day. The staff were friendly and the club looked clean with employees actively cleaning. The only downside was walking into the locker room to find members smoking weed. I’m not against it, but don’t do it in shared spaces because my jacket that was locked up reeked of marijuana when I left.

The visiting other planet fitness around the city and other states the location that I use on a daily basis the equipment is outdated and needs a lot of repair, it also need more helpers to keep the place clean, the staff in the manager does their best, the manager and her staff needs support from higher up .

Great value for less than $30 a month. I love working out and using the recovery tools such as massage and red light therapy. They also keep this facility extremely clean. I always sanitize equipment myself but feel extremely safe here. I have even popped in for a shower when my water at the house was out.

This planet fitness is about 3 mins away from my house, but I have started going to a planet fitness 15 mins away. Broken and dated equipment here. Not enough machines or weights. Staff doesn't maintain cleaning products. Sinks hardly work in bathroom. Clearly this place is in need of new management.

WONDERFUL first visit at PF. Miranda helped me out and I felt so welcomed. Did a quick upper and lower workout with a short 20 min cardio. Also utilized the tanning services. Only downside was that the water fountains were out of order, a little annoying but other than that no complaints!

It’s a place that gets the job done but some of their staff makes it an unpleasant place to workout. The Young Lady working tonight looked like she was mad cause she was at work. Face all frowned up. Say have a good evening and she just needs ignores it. Horrible customer service.

Was given a tour by Andy, she was wonderful, explained to me how everything worked, took her time, sat down with me and my wife. Talked me into joining, I had nothing but a wonderful experience, and really enjoy my membership. So much I figured I would share my experience.

I lived in Murfreesboro and joined there. Great gym. Moved to Percy Priest area. Murfreesboro Pike is the closest location.....my car window was busted out. Everything stolen. When asked if they have cameras for parking lot. Answer was no. Not good

Terrible. The whole "no gymtimidation" thing essentially makes this gym unusable if you actually know how to use the machines. Dont breathe too loud when you're lifting weights, you will be told you are intimidating the other members.

Why did I have to wait 30 minutes for no one to show up at the front desk and just end up having to leave? Really kind of ridiculous and disappointing to have to count on luck to use your black card membership. Thanks for nothing.

PF corporate site says your location is closed for renovation/upgrade. NO hint when you will re-open. There should at least be a recording on phone or message on website!! Im trying to decide if I want to re-join at your location.

I have the black card membership and rarely go;however when I go it’s for at least an hr. It’s not that bad of a location. Not a lot gets explained but I wasn’t worried because I’ve had the membership back in Knoxville!

I love this location. Way more machines, never had to wait. Ease of access to other services as well. They should encourage EVERYONE to wipe down machines. I have to sanitize before & after use...smh‍♀️ …

The gym itself is good, clean, and friendly staff. However, the majority of players don't return their weights after finishing. I Don't have to remove someone's else weights each time I want to use the machine.

place is not clean every time I go here. showers have nasty hair all in it..changing rooms have stuff splattered all on the walls and not wiped off.bathrooms always smell super pissy.thry need to do better

Not as spacious as some of the others in town, but with plenty of equipment, friendly professional staff who actually help clients instead of standing around. Highly recommend. Friendly professional staff

Great place but i was charged my annual fee twice which made my account messed up... This is the second time this they've messed my account not with this store but with planet fitness in general...

I love this gym its my home. I lost 90 pounds over the past 2 years here, i love the environment, the people and the staff just 10/10 overall. Wouldn't trade it for any other fancy place.

Planet Fitness isn't all that I need, it's more for people who want to learn and develop good fitness habits. This Planet fitness is laid out great and has the things I need.

I go here and to the Nolensville location. I do prefer this location because I feel they’re a lot spacious than mine. Energy is always great. No judgment from anyone either.

Customer service is terrible. They make it impossible to cancel membership so they can keep taking your money. Choose a gym with a clear or more flexible cancelation policy

This one has a bit of a trashy feel to it. Not sure why. It's not dirty but I can't put my finger on why it feels this way. Going to try the Smyrna location.

I've been a member at this location since it opened. And I have never had anything but pleasant experiences, friendly staff, an extremely clean facility.

They made good changes here and there that's why I will add an extra start(I gave them 3 before , because it was too small and not that much equipment).

Customer service is non existant. Bunch of lazy staff members. The facility is ALWAYS DIRTY! Compared to other locations, I'd definitely skip this one.

It was very clean. Some of the equipment was blocked for social distancing. Plenty of cleaning stations are available for wiping down the equipment.

Best sinks (with levers) for washing out your shaker cups. Most of the other PFs have the automatic sinks that are annoying to work around.

This is my first visit to the Nashville location and I love it. Everyone was friendly, the space is clean and I felt very comfortable here.

I drive 20 minutes to go to a new gym. I'd say easily 75% of the equipment is broken/disable in some way.. Bathrooms are dirty and smelly.

Kind staff. Great parking. Very supportive, and always clean. I've been a member for only a month, and this is my home gym, and I love it.

Was a 4/5 until the hours switched from 24/7 to 24/5. No longer open all day. Closes way to early on weekends. Couple busted machines.

Great equipment, but they couldn't ever get the tanning beds to work. The lady tried 3 different times. I finally gave up.

Keep your card locked or you will experience them pulling money off your card every other week while you’re sleeping.

I like this particular location because it's larger in size, room to spread out and they keep it clean pretty well.

The restroom was dirty outdated old someone lockers need to be updated it just in general sucked
