Customer service is so bad to deal with. I don't know if it's an access issue or just don't know how to change address. She just sent an email on how to change address and so far I've been unsuccessful changing it because neither of what she sent changes address.
I'm not sure how the City does such a good job of finding and retaining helpful people who seem to enjoy their jobs as much as this group. Every interaction I've had with permitting and inspections has been amazing.
Generally helpful... Long waits …
