Hugo at Platella Jewelers is amazing. Me and my now wife went there to have him create our rings from my grandmothers ring which was given to me for our wedding. I was blown away with the quality of work and the creative thinking by Hugo. It was such a joy to work with him and create the engagement ring and wedding band. On top of that he melted down the ring to create my wedding band as well. So from the one ring he created all three of our rings for our wedding. The end result for all three was absolutely astonishing. Huge fan of Hugo and his work. Thank you for making lasting memories of this special moment!!!

Love this jeweler! Hugo is a creative and talented jewelry designer. I went in an walked away with a beautiful ring. I also saw a diamond pendant that was so beautiful but the chain was too short. Hugo brought out a variety of chains to look at and even asked if I had a diamond I wanted to use or he could supply one. He turned a diamond that I had in the back of a drawer for 12 years into a unique version of the pendant I saw in store. Great quality and such friendly service.

Was drawn to this shop because of the beautiful and very unique pieces on display. I had jewelry that I was not wearing that I wanted repurposed. I worked with Hugo, the owner and designer, to create 3 entirely new custom pieces. In talking with him, I really trusted his vision. When i picked them up, I was utterly speechless. Beautiful.
