I would never call them again. I have had two bad experiences with them: 1) Low water pressure problem: they diagnosed the problem as either the pressure tank and/or water pump and subsequently replaced the tank and charged $540; however, that didn't fix the problem. Then they suggested the water pump is working, but is near end of its life and advised to replace it for approximately $1500 (labor and parts.) When I complained about the results the owner said tank had to be replaced anyway and if I don’t like the result, I should deal with another plumber – I couldn’t agree more. By the way, later that day, we found the source of the low water pressure was a busted exterior hose, which was leaking for over a day. 2) Backup sump pump: They advised a second sump pump would do just as well as one with a backup battery and installed a second sump pump in our basement. When we were away, the sump pumps went on fire. Insurance company investigated the cause and identified it as vibrations moving the two sump pumps close to each other interfering with the shut off mechanism.

RUN AWAY!! AMAZINGLY RUDE OWNER, COMBINED WITH INCOMPETENT STAFF. THEY HAD ONE GUY THAT WAS GOOD AND KEPT US CALLING. THE LAST THREE VISITS HAVE BEEN COMICALLY BAD. RUN AWAY!! LOTS OF OTHER PLUMBERS!! THESE GUYS ARE JUST GUESSING AT SOLUTIONS AND CHARGING FOR IT. HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! THANKS FOR NOTHING

Had a great experience. They performed very quickly and all the members of there team acted very perfessional. Even at odd hours of the night they managed to got to my location and went right to work. The price was also very good for the work they did! Great job boys I'll be sure to call you again!

Great service, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my plumbing essentials. Brendan supplied a table top dishwasher and hooked it up. His team also extracted my oil water separator system. Finally they plumbed my espresso machines. Top notch service for high end custom applications.

After a power outage we woke up to no water from our well. Called PV and Brendan explained that it had caused our well's pressure tank to shut off due to low water level. He then talked me through a quick fix. After a week of bad news, this was SO MUCH appreciated!

Had issues with bathtub drains, they came over and did quick efficient work, really friendly and helpful and told me how to avoid having the same issue reoccur. Great guys, better price than I was quoted by an other place. Would definitely hire them again.
