"This is a rather nice shopping plaza it's a very very clean they have plenty of parking there's a lot of really good anchor stores in here what are you looking to eat or find something that you needed one of the stores it's easy convenient and the people there give you service with a smile when you walk in the stores they say hey how you doing can I help you find something and that means everything to me and I have 4 children and I need to get in and out I would recommend this Plaza to all of my friends and family it is really a stellar operation"
"I've come here for years and it continues to be the same but with some upgrades"
"Ahhhh this place"
"Great location for quick trips to Michael's, Marshalls and DSW"
"This is a super cool place to shop"

I've come here for years and it continues to be the same but with some upgrades. There's a parking garage attached to this location and it's free. Unfortunately, the elevator takes 20 years to move between floors. It's gotten slower and slower throughout the years. It's so slow I have walked a set of stairs faster than the elevator arriving. So if you don't mind a wait, then take the elevator. Besides that, everything else is pretty good.
Ahhhh this place. Been going here for years and hot up all 3 stores inside This is my go to Michael's for crafting needs. Their bead selecrion is one of the better ones I've seen so far. They alwaya seem to have canvas on sale when I need it. I shop at Marshalls less but if ur going to DSW it doesn't hurt to head to Marshalls n do a price comparison since they often carry similar styles of shoes.
Great location for quick trips to Michael's, Marshalls and DSW. Parking lot is tight but it's better than having to pay for street parking. The elevator is what gives the Pointe only 4 stars. It is obnoxiously SLOW. Sometimes I'll street park just to avoid the elevator. There is an escalator to all 3 floors which saves the day... even with the occasional stroller.
This is a super cool place to shop. The free indoor parking makes it very convenient, but the building has a few annoying structural flaws. The elevator is painfully slow and the stairway takes you outside which defeats the purpose of indoor when the weather is not in your favor. I still go there, but always question how the architect got away with that.
One stop shop for looking chic on a budget, this is Marshall's, Michael's and DSW wrapped into one! Beyond convenience, however, this location is not particularly special and in fact has not entirely made an impression on me, especially with the gem that is Belmont Army being a stone's throw from here. Good place if this is what you are looking for.
The point at Clark Street and Halsted Street in Boystown, Chicago has three stores: DSW, Marshalls, and Bed Bath & Beyond. Each of the stores is huge. There is parking in the building which can be accessed from Clark Street. Because of the size of the stores, there is a better selection then what you might find at one of the stores in a strip mall.
Do not shop here. Lot owners employ predatory tactics to screw shoppers out of huge booting fees. As a frequenter or the Petco, Walgreens and other shopping outlets in the area, I refuse to spend another cent here again. I'll take my dollars to the next ward that doesn't employ people to stalk their customers and hold their property hostage.
A Michael's, Marshall's, and DSW all in one location. Easy to get to via public transportation, and boasting an attached parking garage. There's not much else there, so if those stores are not your jam there's no reason to go. But, if you are the type of person who will wander through any of those shops it is a great location for them.
The Pointe at Clark Street is a convenient place if the Cubs aren't in town. If they are playing, the area is congested. Michael's, DSW and Marshalls are in the complex. There is also indoor parking in the building for patrons but, because of the shape of the building, the parking spaces are awkward. Still, it's free parking.
Went to Marshalls , I love the prices...... however we're in the midst of a pandemic a cashier there is in desperate need of friends , she was holding up the line for a good 5 minutes ( that's when I decided to pull out my phone and start counting) to a customer.........ring em up and get em out! I hope she gets a dog , soon.
Typically go to Marshall and once in for some time DSW. Discover things at Marshall for extraordinary cost. At DSW discovered a couple of men Wolverine boots for under $100. Resembled $75. Retail cost was $275 or $325. You simply need to take as much time as necessary and you'll discover something at an extraordinary cost.
Great selection of stores and convenient garage parking, however the elevator is extremely slow going from the parking garage to any of the stores. It's much faster to walk down the stairs, go outdoors, and reenter the building at the first level store. From there, escalators can take you between stores more quickly
One of my favorite Marshalls in town, not as busy as other store, which is good, I like peace and quiet while I shop. There is DSW on the lower level, great selection of shoes and of course Michael's to satisfy your creative side! Can't say much about parking as i've never used it.
This Marshalls is very organized .They were having a great sale so they're markdowns were marked down. They have more high-end men's under wear and t-shirts than the best TJ Maxx in the area. Very clean and organized but the staff is stressed and very short on patience.
Usually go to Marshall and once in awhile DSW. Find things at Marshall for great price. At DSW found a pair of men Wolverine boots for under $100. Was like $75. Retail price was $275 or $325. You just have to take your time and you'll find something at a great price.
Tricky, triangle-shaped garage, odd entrances and a very (VERY) slow elevator make this a place that's convenient to get to, but inconvenient to get around while there. If it weren't for the central location and assortment of useful shops, I would probably avoid it.
Paid street and garage parking nearby. There's only 3 three stores here, Marshall, Michael's and DSW. The escalator going to Marshall is broken most of the time and the elevator is slow. There is a limited seating area on level one. The stores do have a bathroom
This place is excellent I want to DSW Shoes found a pair of gym shoes 3999 Skechers comfortable and the store was not crowded so I had room enough to shop and sit down try on shoes efficient cash register check out and the shoes are beautiful thank you.
Great place to shop for clothes, crafts, shoes and other items at a good price. I shop hear often. It is clean and has it's own free parking garage. Staff is always pleasant and courteous. Great parking and elevator for winter or rainy days too.
Micheals is hit or miss anywhere you go. This one is less convenient & often out of stuff. As a whole the chain is great for diy, hobby, art etc. Theres usually some great deals to be found but you're going to work for it.
The stores here are great.. The parking is a pain because it is THE SLOWEST ELEVATOR IN CHICAGO. And you have to use the elevator to get to the garage from the inside of the mall. Fix the elevator and get 5 stars.
The elevator is the worst. I thought rigamortis would have set by the time I made it from first level of parking to ground level. The stores that are great but I tend to not patronize them because of the elevator.
Know where you need to go. It is not a hangout. The elevators get packed & escalators are split. DSW is small. Michaels is gigantic. Marshalls is meh. But, there's a parking garage. Great location.
A decent one stop shopping center. If you can, avoid the elevator! The slowest elevator in chicago for 3 or 4 floors only... and super hot with a funky smell. Not my 2nd or 3rd choice to shop...
I love the combination of shops in this center, along with ample free parking. The one small sloooooow elevator would be the draw back, at least it's glass so I don't feel claustrophobic.
A convenient shopping mall the has several stores mostly for apparel needs, I visited the DSW store. This place has a great free parking lot to avoid costly street parking while you shop.
DSW and Marshalls under one roof make for a bargain hunters dream one stop shopping spot. And free off street parking too! Avoid the antiquated and impossibly slow elevator at all costs!
The shopping at the michaels and the marshalls was fantastic! Then add the included parking garage and it made the whole experience stress free for parking, despite the area.
Two good stores in Pointe at Clark St. Michael's and DSW. We got decorations for grave site on Mother's day and I got some good running shoes at DSW and some house slippers.
Went to DSW. Overall experience was ok but had a hard time finding my work shoes in my size. If you have a bigger shoe size than a W9, it's pretty much pointless to go here
Worth taking the stairs which drop you off on Halsted and then walk back in, because the elevator is slow and seems to go in the opposite direction of where you want to go.
Good for when you have to go to Michael's Marshall's or DSW (or all 3 if you have the patience for such things). The slooooowest elevator to the parking deck in the world.
The mall has a garage which is nice, but the building is outdated and the elevator to the parking garage takes at least 5 minutes (and there are no stairs into the mall).
It is very convenient since you have three major stores together and there's parking. You can go in the train or by bus good prices and nice customer service.
Great except for the slowest elevator ever. I wouldn't mind if there was a staircase down from the parking lot (if there is, there needs to be better signage)
I go to Michael's here regularly. They often have 40 - 50% off coupons on line and in the paper. That's when I pickup my big ticket items for my art supplies.
All three shops (Marshall's, Michael's, and DSW) had someone at the door enforcing customer limits and mask-wearing. Ample parking in the garage. I felt safe.
Whether you live in the neighborhood or just visiting. The Pointe at Clark St. have a few great Store's to go for your shopping needs. Great prices as well.
Marshalls doesn't have much of a selection in men's shoes and DSW is too expensive even for last season shoes on clearance. Do not recommend either store.
Nice place in LakeView neighborhood such stores make our neighborhood really good ...no need to go far for anything you need you got every damn thing here
They had what I needed they, let me in right before they were ready to close, they were Cooperative & nice. I need to go back for some more stuff soon.
I frequent this area for Michael's. Its the only location besides downtown or the burbs. They have decent sales but it is pretty busy all the time.
It's really ashame that the SEARS store had to close. As a child I remember looking forward to Saturdays shopping at Sears with the family.. …
So many wonderful shopping areas and easy access to the stores. Friendly service and supportive atmosphere. I enjoy the area just to walk around.
With parking and a good location, a good place. I wish the elevator was off limits, since that's a pretty small box to be in during the pandemic.
A variety of shopping. Domino's Pizza, Vegetarian Express, eat a pita, Clark Street dog, DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse Kama Michaels and Marshalls
Kinda dirty places and people working there who don't want to be there. But the selection of items is great as it's a nice-ish part of town.
This indoor space off Halsted-Clark-Belmont street(s) has anchor stores that I really enjoy shopping at: Marshall's, DSW, and Michaels.
Pointed at Clark, not only they have convenient indoor parking for customers, easy access to all the stores with electric escalators.
This is such an interesting building. I visit mostly for DSW. I love how all the shops are easily accessed through one central lobby.
It was very easy to find with Google maps and I loved the covered, convenient parking especially because it was raining that evening.
I still love this mini mall, arts, crafts, shoes and clothes all in one place. I wish DSW would open earlier on weekends
Nice combo location with 3 different stores. Service is good. I usually go ti Michaels to buy pots for my plants.
3 great stores with free parking. Their big issue is the one, slow, hot elevator. May I suggest the steps …
Great Michael's store. Plus show warehouse and Marshall's. Free parking off street. Paid parking on street.
Cute shopping center for the family. Has Marshalls, Michaels and dsw. Great prices for the whole family.
We went for the DSW and the Marshalls and weren't disappointed. Parking is easy and free..good stuff!!
Stopped in to Michael's for some holiday supplies. They're busy, but still pretty well stocked.
It's a nice place to go to Michael's or Marshall and it also has an elevator and a parking lot
I stopped in Michaels for art supplies . .a beautiful space ..I used self checkout. Very easy.
I find this shopping center very convenient. Nice variety of stores and close to restaurants.
It's family's safe and secure having a good time and enjoying the Green and water music.
It's a good space for retail shops. I frequent the DSW there, and it has a good se up.
I love this place the staff there are really nice. They really try to keep you happy.
I love the point at Clark St. Really great shopping and a super convenient location.
Love the parking accessibility in the building, great stores, good customer service.
Great place to get shoes, craft supplies and everything you could want at Marshall’s
I been there a few times in the past couple weeks. Fair price point on merchandise.
Great selection. Great prices. Fast and clean service during the covid-19 pandemic
Good place to buy shoes, their "promotions" are tricky but the prices are decent.
Love it. Michael's had everything I needed. Great place for all your craft ideas.
Always have a great time shopping here. You can always fine a sale on something.
DSW, Michael's, and Marshalls are good every day stores convenient for Lakeview
Michael's is a great place for hobbies. Good prices when I use app coupons.
Free parking is nice but the elevator is so. slow. Take the stairs instead.
Kind of like my hangout area now.... The stores have good deals. Always
Anytime I can pick up a gift from Michael's is a good time
I call this mini-mall "the ole stand by!" Peace …
Great parking. You find everything you need and want!
Great place to find sport shoes. Very good selection
Planning on going back as soon as I get to Chicago
