Pole Fit KZN is my home away from home. From the instructors to my fellow polers, we have become a little family. At Pole Fit you are accepted for who you are. We laugh together, we cry together and we support each other. It is always a place I can go to turn my frown upside down and thanks to Pole sport and Pole Fit, I am the best shape I have been in, in more than 10 years!!! physically, spiritually and emotionally. The environment is friendly, encouraging, and the instructor (Ashleigh) is always there to help you reach your goals and assist with getting into moves that may seem challenging at first. If you are looking to not only become more physically active but also to meet the most incredible people, Pole Fit KZN is for you.

Pole is so much fun, it is absolutely addictive! At Pole Fit I have found the instructors to be knowledgeable, friendly and have a lot of patience. Everyone is willing to help eachother and always cheering eachother on. I highly recommend Pole Fit for anyone wanting to do something other than just plain gym but needs and wants to get in shape. Definitely worth it!

The instructor is extremely patient, she makes the class fun for all different level students. This is a perfect place if you're looking for supportive training environment.
