Beware of this agent booking you in the wrong train class to the one that you paid for. This doesn't sound too bad, but in my case, my overnight 2-person sleeper cabin turned out to be a 6-seat compartment that I ended up sharing with 3 other people... quite different to the bed I was expecting. It's safe to say that I had a pretty sleepless night. Polrail did refund me for this mistake, but I failed to notify me about it before my journey despite having a month to do so. It seems that this has happened to other customers too. Another thing to look out for is that the website did not give me the option to get the ticket delivered electronically. Instead, I was forced to pay for the 'delivery' to either a train station or hotel... However, Polrail justed emailed me the ticket to print myself anyway, so I am not sure what 'delivery' fee I paid for.

Was quite concerned after some negative trustpilot reviews when booking our travel to Ukraine via polrail, but in my opinion the negative reviews aren't justified at all. The company is definitely not a scam. Online chat and email responses have been instantaneous, and the tickets for our selected trains have been issued and emailed over to us. The only misleading comment on the website I'd possibly recommend the owners remove is that the tickets are issued 1-2 days after the order is received. With the tickets to Ukraine only released ca. 3 weeks prior to travel dates, it may take longer to receive them. Apart from that, I found the website offered really good connecting options with generous gaps between the trains to make sure the connections are made, which is a type of service worth a surcharge in my opinion.

Osobiście gorąco polecam zaplanować swoją podróż w tym miejscu. Jechaliśmy z rodziną do Paryża, przez Berlin, w sumie 7 pociągami. Wszystkie rezerwacje były ok, komfort podróży również. Jedynie z Erfurtu do Berlina przegapiliśmy numer wagonu, ale na szczęście znalazły się inne miejsca siedzące. Za rok panujemy podróż do Londynu przez Amsterdam. Jedyna rada, pociągi DB lubią się spóźniać, więc w przypadku przesiadki może być problem.

Excellent service. I booked railway tickets from Warsaw to Kiev through Chelm. The staff is attentive, they gave precise instructions, sent all tickets beforehand (we have chosen to pick-up the ticket in a UPS pick-up point in Warsaw but other options were available), we received all the tickets with the itinerary like in a classic travel agency.
