I've always had a fear of the dentist due to past experiences. When I was referred to Poole Creek Family Dentistry by a family member, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and dedication of the staff. Afsaneh, Dr. Hollingdale's assistant, was lovely in welcoming me to the practice and made sure I was comfortable during the x-rays and overall appt. Dr. Hollingdale took the time to go over my dental history and addressed my dental questions and concerns. Since having a bad experience with the freezing during a past filling appt. Dr. Hollingdale assured me that she would allow extra time to make sure I was fully frozen before proceeding with a restoration appt. Kerry, office manager, was awesome and understanding when I needed to reschedule my appt. multiple times due to unforeseen issues. Kerry provides you with a predetermination statement before your appt. so you are aware of the costs and is very flexible when scheduling future appts. Great staff! Can't wait to see you soon!

I don't usually write negative reviews, but I will share this. I had cleaning done at this location sometime in 2017 and there was a follow-up set up about 6 months after to clean again, the time set was not definite, I explained that I am in and out of country quite alot, so as I suspected I was not in the country during the time they set up the follow up. They set the appointment anyway. My phone was left with my brother while I was abroad. Their representative called and left voice mails at least 5 times. The last time they called, they left a voicemail and threatened to charge a penalty if I didn't call back. My brother called back and explained that I was not in Canada. It doesn't end here. After that they set me up for automated emails. I unsubscribed after I spoke with my brother, when I came back. And now they keep emailing me manually. I'm happy people have had great experiences, but be careful, not everyone has your interests at heart, smiles and kind words matter not.

I will never see another dentist again. After a serious dental experience (dentist malpractice) with my 7 year old son who has unfortunately rather soft teeth, We were terrified to return to the dentist. When I found Dr Hollingdale I knew it was going to be a perfect fit. She took my family in as her own, provided us with a private appointment and ensured everyone was comfortable and at ease with everything needing to be done. We have been seeing her for over a year and every time we go there she and Kerry both completely go above and beyond for us. Dr. Hollingdale is local to Stittsville and brings the true family owned practice to the village.

Dr. Far is an expert dentist and among the best ones I’ve met so far. After having some unpleasant experiences elsewhere I landed with Dr Far at Hope dental clinic and I can say I finally feel safe and in good hands with him. My wife and kids too have liked him and his amazing staff members Amanda, Michelle and Chandra. Very caring and well versed in their field! Both the clinics (hazeldean rd and Stittsville main st) are well equipped with state of the art instruments. The staff is expert in handling kids and don’t let them feel any pain. 10/10 marks from our end for this great team of dental professionals led by Dr Far! God bless them! ❤️

My first visit to Pool Creek Dental was amazing. I chose this dental office because of the informative website and kind demeanour of Kerry. I had many questions and Kerry patiently answered all of them. I was seen immediately by Dr. Hollingdale and had the best dental experience I have ever had. It was an appointment filled with clear information, positive energy, and consideration. The atmosphere was clean, organized, professional, and comfortable. Having gratefully found Dr. Hollingdale and Kerry I will a longtime client, coming back for all future appointments. I would highly recommend this office and its services, they go above and beyond.

I never write reviews but: I have more than 20 years of health care experience in various settings including Emergency Services and Surgical Rooms. I am always impressed when I visit Hope Dental. The staff are always very professional and efficient. Excellent communication skills and very knowledgeable. They even laugh at my bad jokes. As a client I am more than pleased with the way Dr. Farkhondeh and his staff have worked with me and my insurer. A very reluctant patient with unique medical issues, I am well informed of options and procedures. I feel very comfortable and safe when I visit. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you folks!

I absolutely adore this dental clinic! I was looking for a new dentist and started calling around, a few were ok, but the minute you call this clinic, you feel the authenticity and caring straight away. The staff is incredible and so warm and welcoming. A bit of back story, I have never liked dentist and only went for emergencies and then wouldn’t go back until the next toothache. I have now gone 3 times and will continue to go and I’m even considering a teeth cleaning(sorry I hate the taste lol) I cannot thank them enough for realizing my fear and reluctance and working it through with me. I promise you, you will be amazed.

The very best thing you can do for your oral health and teeth is come to Dr. Far. Its obvious he's extremely knowledgeable in his field and his work speaks on that. I've been to both of his locations now and the level of precision is the same at both of his clinics. His friendly staff make coming to get work done less of a hassle and always file my paper work and payments quickly. You can really see that Dr. Far cares that you get the best and most appropriate treatment and isn't trying to make a quick buck like some other places. Highly highly recommend, they put the humanity back in dentistry.

Amazing people and service. I first came here September 2017 with a dental emergency and I was in awe with how they listened to my concerns, how clean the office was and how the staff were all smiles. Ever since then they became my primary dental office. I'm glad I finally found a place that doesn't rush me and actually values my opinion. Everything is done to perfection. Such an amazing dental office. It's clean, welcoming, and nice! Dr. Hollingdale really goes above and beyond for her patients. She's very knowledgable and offers many different options for different services. I am a difficult patient for X-rays and she found a solution for me which I couldn't have been happier about. Yesterday, Dr. Farhondeh rebuilt half a tooth that had split vertically and came out. He spent considerable time and used several procedures to rebuild a tooth that afterwards appeared like a normal tooth and functions like one as well. The experience was pain free and fully explained as it progressed. Pictures of the process were shared with me at the conclusion of the work. I would highly recommend The Hope Dental Clinic at either location for anyone seeking an experienced, competent Dentist, with an excellent supportive staff.

I and my son had a smooth and relaxing experience of getting a professional dental service there. Office was clean, beautiful and colourful! All COVID-19 prevention measures were in-place and we were very comfortable for having our treatment at this place! Excellent customer service! I am thoroughly impressed with the service of Dr. Hollingdale. My father broke a tooth on the weekend. I left a message on Saturday morning to see if someone could see him as he was in distress. Dr. Hollingdale responded quickly and offered to come in to the clinic even though it was closed Saturday morning to help him. I could not have asked for a better team to handle my dental care. After years of avoiding the dentist out of fear, they have made my experience so pleasant. I just had a wonderful experience at Poole Creek Family Dentistry. I called them around 8pm on a Friday for a dental emergency and they called me early the next morning and got me in for an appointment that day. I am so impressed with Dr. Hollingdale and her team. I have been going to the PCFD with my three young children since it opened and we only have wonderful things to say about the office. Dr. Hollingdale is very knowledgeable, practical and excellent with explaining procedures to kids. She takes the time to explain things to the parents as well, and gives options which is appreciated. I have always hated having to go to the dentist but since going to poole creek twice now, I have recommended this dentist office to so many people. The staff is all incredibly nice, they have a beautiful office & during my first visit Dr. Hollingdale took the time to explain everything they were doing and what I needed to know about my dental health. They seriously go above & beyond here and I would give them 6 stars if I could!

I saw Ellis today for the first time and he was AMAZING!! So personable, gentle (no bleeding gums) and thorough. All these things combined made it a very enjoyable visit (yes a dentist visit can be enjoyable !) Dr. Farr as always is wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable and you can't talk to him and not have a smile on your face, he is so sweet! I would recommend Hope dental (and have) to anyone who needs a dentist.

My mother has Always adored Dr. FAR. His wife and himself have treated her with the utmost respect ever. They are a very warm and welcoming team. Dr. FAR knows his profession inside and out and he makes his clients feel comfortable while making them understand how he does his work. It's hard to find a good Dentist these days and I personally recommend him. Thank you for always being a wonderful help to my mom.

It has a convenient location with tons of parking, staff that are both friendly and competent, and comfortable chairs with various entertainment options (ie. I love it here, very professional and courteous. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Great environment. Recently-ish had a tooth break, and it started causing a ton of pain, they got me in within a day for it, and even non-emergency appointments are pretty quick. I've never had to delay very long in scheduling. I started at the Kanata location and they transferred me to this one.

This clinic is AMAZING!! My daughter had a dental emergency and they were able to see her quickly and offered the best dental service we've ever had. The staff are amazing! Dr. Far and his office manager/assistant Amanda instantly made us feel welcome and like family. I will never take my family anywhere else and have already referred everyone I know!
