Great park with a large fenced playground for children and also an offleash area for dogs. Plenty of nice short walking tracks although to be aware of a group of fat middle age ladies with massive dogs that frequent the park on week day afternoons. If they are walking anyone where near you and your dog/children they will make no attempt to restrain their dogs and they will let them go to chase after you. We were chased by these incompetent women's dogs from the other side of the park causing our restrained dogs to become extremely distressed by these massive dogs ans in turn my partner injured her ankle attempting to restrain this massive dog so it wouldn't attack our trained and controlled dogs. Best of luck other dog owners.

Tables both undercover and in the open. Sadly some people feel entitled to leave their food and rubbish on table despite there being ample rubbish bins within the compound.

Great playground that was fenced off however the latches on the gates were too easy for children to open. It should have child proof gates and higher fences as we had a problem with children being able to climb over the fence. There were a good amount of toilets outside of the fenced area. There were a few tables under shelters but they were all together which was annoying. It would be nice to have tables in a few different places. There were a couple of BBQs over by where the tables were. The play equipment looked well maintained and there was a good variety of equipment for the children to play on.

Really nice place to take children. Take some duck food pellets and have fun sitting by the lake and feeding the ducks. There are walking tracks all through the park and around the lake. Next to the lake area is an enclosed children's playground with 3 covered shelters and tables to have a picnic but the BBQ and extrs table are just outside of the playground enclosure. Playground is suitable for children of all ages. Only drawback is that the toilets are further along the park (about a 10min walk with a toddler)and are closer to Bridge Road.

Fully fenced in but people need to be reminded to shut the gate to keep kids safe. Play equipment for younger kids & toddlers. There is also a swing for disabled/wheelchair accessible. Located next to dog park. Also skate park nearby. Updated toilets, parking in full view of park. Bbq facilities with undercover picnic tables. Lots of lawn surrounding the park, pond with ducks nearby.

Aside from being the "pack mule" and having to transport gear needed for the twin girls' 6th birthday party some 80mtrs round trip by approx 10 trips, the park itself is well established, well maintained, appropriate toilet facilities and a pleasure to visit. The playground facilities were adequate and I can recommend this area for any family function. Impressed

It was nice scenery except for the dead duckling in the pond. They need more ramps so they can get out of the water otherwise they get stuck and die. Saved a duck today stuck in the pond on his own trying to get with all the other ducks. Put a dead duck in the bin so no children see it. Clean up the water so there is no rubbish in it and put in some duck ramps.

Beautiful reserve. Now upgraded. New toilet block.. At last. That was one important item missing here. Pay area for the young and old and the pets too. Great walking paths. A pond with a variety of water birds.. Huge trees with a flock of birds in all colours and shapes. All in all a great place for a picnic.

My kids love going to this playground nd we have had 3 parties held here. Place is spacious with plenty of outdoor activities that can be done, It even has a man made pond, my kids enjoy feeding ducks and other birds. The new toilets are always clean too, just probably need another BBQ and its perfect.

Nice park for kids. Ample parking at the front. Enclosed kids play area. Can get busy on weekends. Just next the play area is the little peaceful lake with ducks I think you can feed too (read the sign) before you do. We enjoyed a lovely walk around the park and perfect for families with kids.

Great place for the family, BBQ'S and picnic areas, playground for the kids to run around, doggo park for the 4 legged kids to run around, nice pond area with ducks and swamp hens who love a grape, or fresh greens. New toilets being built closer to the playground is a good upgrade too.

Great place and large area for the kids to play. Downside I found are the gate latches. They are not toddler safe, too low and we found other older kids (and probably some adults!) were leaving gates open. I have a 3 year old runner so gates are very important for my peace of mind.

It's one of the excellent walking park's with a great size exercise enclosed pen for the dog's and the Park has quite a few duck ponds plus walking trails and BBQ's next to a great enclosed children's playground. Excellent for the whole family. It. …

Great park. Fenced play area. Duck pond. Free BBQ's. Gates are easy for children around 4 to open on their own. BBQ cycle is very short. That's the only reason I rated it 4 instead of 5.

It's a big park area with a shelter and barbecue place. A pond with a lot of birds and ducks. Safety fences for kids, it's really nice for families.

Two play areas suitable for small children. Great addition of a public toilet. Grandchildren also like visiting the water birds in the shallow lake.

I went to the toilets and they were clean, no seat on the toilet though. The hand wash and tap is outside the toilet, a bit different, but good.
