I needed a PAL DVD player. The folks at Facets Multimedia recommended Popular Electronics on Devon. I am one happy customer! I took in the particular DVD, zoned for South America, that I want to be able to play. The salesman was super-helpful and patient with my questions. He showed me 2 models and explained the features of each. Then, after I picked the one I wanted, he opened the box, plugged it in, and made sure that it worked for the DVD I brought in. I have NEVER gotten this kind of service and attention to quality anywhere, not Best Buy, not Sears, not TigerDirect, not a mom & pop store. For any electronics buys in the future, I will come here first. Oh, and the price was very reasonable.

I ordered iPhone but I couldn’t get my iPhone. The iPhone is reached my country but not came in my location because the courier company whose name is Connect Courier Company Limited is handshaked with the Popular Electronic Inc. This company taken my ₹15,000 as fraud. This company is fraud and the CEO of this company is also fraud. Please Don’t trust on this type of company. You only trust in Flipkart, Amazon and Snapdeal. I was looking for an Xperia Z2 which is a hard phone to find right now. They had one available for me to pickup which they put on hold for me, and I just got it yesterday. I am very satisfied with the phone. I was even looking for a newer batch number and I was able to check it out before I bought it, and it was actually 2 weeks newer than the newest I had heard about. The staff was very knowledgeable on the product, and even gave me a great price on accessories for the phone. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a good phone, especially one that's hard to find like the Z2.

I purchased many phones for myself, my friends and my family many times. Price is amazing and all their phone works perfectly fine for many years. I'm their customer since 2011. Went to buy a device and was told over the phone it was new in box with a warranty. Show up to buy the phone to find its opened bog, opened accessories and T-Mobile branded from some carrier in Germany. You know what that means? No warranty support for us in the USA. 2 stars cause i got my money back. Good prices but that's it...

I don't know where bad reviews are coming from because my experience was great. Got a good deal on my Z2 and some accessories. I also checked my IMEI and can tell you that my phone was not stolen I don't know why someone would post a review like that. Phone is great! Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again!

He didn’t give me a refund for an item I Purchased an hour prior to asking for a return. I could tell he really needed the money. I advised him That I am going to leave a review for him. So here goes 5 stars. Embarrassing
