I'd like to start by saying the flowers I received we're beautiful. However, there were 2 things, specifically, I was unhappy with. First, my bridesmaid's bouquets were $75 and mine was $175. I was ok with the $175 because the bouquet I sent as an example of what I wanted was huge. I was extremely disappointed when they came and my bouquet looked almost identical to my bridesmaid's only SLIGHTLY bigger. Definitely, not $100 more bigger. And definitely not as big as the picture I sent as my example. Secondly, I ordered cake flowers. I told her I wanted succulents. She said regular cake flowers were $45 but adding succulents would be $100. I ok go ahead and add them. As I was looking at pics after the wedding, I realized there were no succulents on my cake. Of course I emailed and asked about it. They tell me that because it was a pick up order they wouldn't know what happened to them after they left the building. She did mention that whoever packed them up tied them up separately from the rest of the cake flowers. So I asked my mother who confirmed there were some separate succulents in a different box but they didn't know what they were for. They didn't know they belonged with the cake flowers. My suggestion would be to label items for pick up orders especially if 2 items go together but are boxed separately. My wedding turned out amazing. I'm no bridezilla. However, I do feel like I wasted some money on flowers, which are expensive to begin with. I hope this review will help the business as well as their future clients.

BEST design/artistry, value and customer service - we can't say enough about Posh Petals! They worked with us after we had to postpone our initial wedding reception and we were so appreciative of their support and time with a number of changes that ensued. The staff was very responsive to our phone calls and emails - always making time to go through everything and not hesitating to suggest ideas when needed. Beautiful is an understatement on how the table centerpieces came out - they nailed it with only a little instruction from us!

I ordered my daughter a big bouquet of purple flowers for my daughters 25th Birthday...which she never received!!!! No phone call nothing...needless to say I was very angry and sad she did not get her flowers from her mom...I finally got a hold of someone and pretty much told me sorry about your luck...no apology or and no reason given..but still charged my card 72.00..If you want a to make a day special I wouldn't buy from posh petels I missed the excitement of her 25th Birthday because of them

I chose them for my wedding because I didn’t want to do anything too traditional and based off photos from other events that they did I knew they would be able to achieve that. The meeting was great. I really felt like she understood what I wanted. The day of, I couldn’t have been happier with the way everything turned out. Each centerpiece was slightly different and the accents added to the head table and other tables really brought everything together. I highly recommend choosing them.

POSH PETALS! We adore this women-owned duo. They are authentic and eclectic. We LOVE their modern, simplistic style to floral arranging. Compact and vibrant are two words we would use to describe much of their work. They embrace color...lots of color. While they love getting inspiration from their clients, they also do their best when left to do what they do best. Meet with them...and you will likely laugh A LOT! Posh Petals was great! The ladies there worked with us in great detail to help us get what we wanted and still help us stay in budget! The first time I cried on my wedding day was when I saw my bridal bouquet. It was everything that I had no idea I wanted! They goodness they knew what they were doing cause we know nothing about flowers. They helped us to DIY our centerpieces to save some money and nailed the other bouquets and boutonnieres. Highly recommend!

Posh Petals created a stunning arrangement of white roses for a dear friend's funeral that took place last Saturday. I ordered this to be sent for an organization that my friend belonged to with me, and Posh Petals used the red, black and white ribbons which are colors of the organization and wrapped them beautifully around the vase. I was so pleased as were the other members of our group. Thank you very much. You are my florist of choice.

The gals at Posh have VISION! I used them for my wedding in late September and tasked them with the hard goal of having a “high summer wedding” two weeks into fall. They sourced the most beautiful summer flowers and pulled off two entirely different looks, one outside for the ceremony and one inside for the reception. They are professional and so fun to work with, I can not recommend them enough.

Posh Petals created the bouquets and boutonnières for our wedding day and we absolutely loved them, they exceeded our expectations. All we did was show them a few pictures from my Pinterest board, talked about a few details, and they took it from there. They were great with communication, and never caused any stress during the planning process. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent service, beautiful and unique arrangement. I ordered a same-day delivery in-town in Indianapolis to be delivered by 2:00pm for our 20th wedding anniversary. They delivered it by 11:00am, thus exceeding my expectations. The yellow and purple (our wedding colors) rose topiary arrangement was a very unique design, and my wife loved it! Nicely done!

I went in for an interview, and Meredith, the owner, came in with a glass of wine and was drunk! It was very unprofessional. I shouldn't have wasted my time; she told me at the end of the interview that she had already hired someone else but forgot to cancel our interview before I showed up. This place should be reviewed by the BBB.

We hired posh for our wedding and they were extremely unprofessional and rude. Were the flowers pretty, yes. Can you find pretty flowers and a nice staff to work with elsewhere? Absolutely. For the price you pay for their service you’d expect some professionalism and kindness on what should be nothing but a happy day.

Worst possible experience I have ever had with a floral shop. They screwed up our entire wedding parties order. Which left us scrambling for my daughters wedding, not to mention cost us even more money. I would never use Posh Petals for anything again, and I would strongly suggest that no one else does either!

First time customer but have purchased many arrangements in the same price range for past occasions. The 'designers choice' exceeded my expectations for beauty and quality.
