I can’t say enough good things about this flower shop. After calling to order a flower arrangement late in the afternoon, I got a follow up text the next morning to confirm the name of the recipients, the address and what we wanted to say on the card. Xiomara even sent me two pictures to make sure the arrangement was what I wanted. It was beautiful! Later that morning she texted me to thank me for the order and to let me know the arrangement had been delivered. That is personal service that I truly have never gotten from other flower shops. The flowers were for three young ladies that had just lost their father. Their mother texted a picture of the arrangement and said how beautiful they were. She also said that they made all three of her girls smile for the first time since losing their dad. Thank you Xiomara for giving them that smile, even if just temporary. We will be using your shop again in the future.

Today was our 7 year anniversary and my love was away on a business training in Indianapolis. Celebrating an anniversary away from your partner is never fun or easy…I took a chance and called in a favor to The Mom’s Garden because they were the closest to where she was staying. Xiomara knocked it out of the park ! She was so nice and accommodating! Quick, Same day delivery and my partner said, and I quote, “this is honestly the most beautiful bouquet I have ever received !” Xiamora and my girlfriend sent pictures and I definitely agree ! I do not live in Indianapolis, IN so I went online to find a florist that could deliver a floral arrangement to my mom. Xiomara was extremely helpful, sweet and truly a blessing to work with. What a wonderful experience I had! These sisters were kind, talented at arrangements, and so warm. I lost my mom two years ago, and so I almost didn’t want to come into the shop named The Mom’s Garden because I feel sad around Mother’s Day without a living mom anymore. But they shared that they lost their mom two years ago and that is why they started this shop! What a beautiful connection. I recommend them for any occasion. I’ve had wonderful experiences with The Mom’s Garden! Most recently, I had a last minute request for wedding bouquets and Xiomara went above & beyond! She sent me picture updates, flower suggestions, and even made adjustments the day before when I came in to the shop to see the bouquets before she finalized them. I ordered from this florist all the way from North Carolina. The arrangement was everything I expected it to be. When I placed my order Ximora called to inform me when the arrangement would be delivered very promptly. She also sent a picture and video prior to delivery. In addition she sent a photo of the flowers sitting on my aunts doorstep. Customer Service here is phenomenal and the arrangements are beyond beautiful.

For a precious grandmother and great grandmother we asked Xiomara to prepare a standing easel floral piece and a small floral heart creation. She did a beautiful job. The service provided by this establishment was impeccable! I ordered late on Thursday afternoon and received photos of my delivery in the a.m. and the delivery was completed before noon the following day. I had a wonderful customer service experience with this florist. Xiomara quickly sent me a photo of the lovely bouquet I ordered online (an easy process in and of itself). The recipient of the flowers wasn’t at home at the time of delivery, so Xiomara returned later on. If it was a hassle for her, she certainly didn’t show it. Highly recommend.
