On, the afternoon of Tuesday 10th October 2023 - I had one of the worst customer service experiences so-far in my life. It's basically summarised by the attached photo with this review. Since when has it been NOT possible from a UK Royal Mail authorized Post Office to NOT be able to send mail internationally... it seems this branch. Other anomalies being... No Opening - Closing Times at a prominent place such as the entrance. CASH ONLY when purchasing an envelope. Very uninterested and unsympathetic members of staff when interacting with various customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH INSTEAD USE THE ROYAL MAIL POST OFFICE IN NEARBY LIVERPOOL ONE (SHOPPING MALL). Please be aware that this business HAS relocated to St. John's Market in Liverpool City Centre near to the official Liverpool Football Clubstore.
Absolutely terrible experience. Today 13th Nov they denied me my priority parcel only because of a space in my first name. Just imagine. Entire spelling was correct but for a space. (Had 3 government issued ID with me at the time). The guy with black hair was very rude and talked to me in a very condescending manner. I paid a premium for the postage to get delivered quickly. After getting insulting me they said they will sent the package back. Had used multiple government postal services around the world (even China Post) and I could definitely say this was one of the worst experience in my life. Reading the similar experience of folks it's high time for local royal mail management to re-evaluate the customer service policy.
This is most unprofessional set of zombie employed by royal mail. They are very rude and speak to you like a child. Imagine a family of 5 beging to collect their BRP with the home office email as proof for the collection (with also printed copy) to hand . One of these idiots still refused to give the applicants their BRP, citing HOME OFFICE NEW POLICY state that unless the children BRP is also ready the parents can't collect theirs too. The home on the hand had informed us that there's no such policy. So where did these Grumpy liars got the delusional policy from?. That post should either sack this Rude and Grumpy zombies or shot it down.
I went in with the intention of sending a parcel. I was cut off in conversation and told it was my problem. I asked for advice about how to sort it online and the response was “i don’t use smartphones” and “it’s not in my job”. If even Royal Mail can’t help me how am I meant to sort it myself. Really rude staff and wouldn’t let me explain my problem fully before saying they couldn’t help. I sent the parcel off spending an extra £1 for delivery than I should have!
I don't know if your employees are trained before they go to work. Why is it that when I place an order online with the royal mail, the website says self-delivery to places including the post office. I made it clear that the post office accepts packages from track24. The first time I went to the post office they accepted track24 packages. I didn't know the worker was unfamiliar with her business. I strongly recommend job training.
I went several times there, mostly I was not satisfied after each visit. The staff were not welcoming and responding shortly, except (Sami) she was really professional, kind, amiable, and funny with my child, that is why I asked her about her name to write a positive feedback about her. Thank you, Sami, for being nice.
I will never go to this post office again absolutely terrible service. I could see by the way the younger woman treated and spoke to the customers before me that she had an attitude problem. Reading now through the reviews I don't understand why royal mail are allowing such bad customer service.
Lazy workers. Staff were rude and said drop and go system is down. Went to WHSmiths post office and they said the system was never down. They informed me that the staff are notorious for not wanting to do drop and go packages. Embarrassing
The workers are so unprofessional, rude and they are not very helpful, change them they are business killer or shut down the Post office.
Absolutely worst customer service, no helo,no goodbye, just grumpy face ,wilage old grany
