Will have pictures to follow up but Do Not use this company had windows installed that was okey but still a headache bc they installed a screen that was torn and a door that was dented. Also installed the windows while caulked up the little flaps open when they are stopped to close so it’s a big whole saying hey bugs come on it . installed the door frame looks like a 9th grader from shop class made them they came out to try to fix it still looks awful bc they didn’t fix it the correct way. They just caulked nd colored it in did not fix the jacked up frame .French doors they came out three times now and I still have light and air coming in the bottom. Now I tried to cancel all future projects bc why would I go with them on my fascia and gutters if they having fix nor corrected the mistakes from the first project. Well I called and they wouldn’t let me cancel gave me promises they will fix it which it is not fixed yet and they just finished the fascia boards and I have wood exposed now. Supposedly someone is coming tomorrow to look at everything but I been having this company coming and going for over the past month and nothing is fixed nor done properly nor professionally. I will again say do not use this company. On top of that I was bullied into this sale I cried and had a complete break down in front of the sales rep and they wouldn’t take no for an answer. I do understand that is my fault but I have low self esteem and no confidence so they took full advantage. When you tell a sales rep you just lost your 70k paying job bc the company went under maybe just take NO as an answer instead of pushing and bullying into a sale. Honestly I’m done with this company . And all the good reviews you are seeing bc they sit down with you and make you write a good review while sitting next to you this company acts like they care but you are just another number completely unprofessional.

We just had our window installation completed yesterday (8/29/19). Initial contact was made through neighborhood canvasing. We don't usually accept those calls but the young lady was very nice. I ended up curious enough to meet with the salesperson who came to the house for about 2.5 hrs. She did a very impressive and professional presentation without being pushy. Because we had been thinking about windows and my husband (a home inspector) was familiar with Pella windows we ended up signing a contract. As planned, our scheduler showed up and we put a date on the calendar. Everyone along the way was profesional and enthusiastic about their jobs. On the day of installation there was an issue (I'll spare the details). I was pretty upset and called the project manager. A few calls later he presented a solution to the problem. The guys returned the next day and completed the install. Had Mike not taken the extra step this review would be completely different. But as a result of his solution I can write that we are very pleased with the windows. They are a beautiful change for our 54 year old house. It's not an inexpensive investment but are pleased with the product.

Udate: I am responding to Powers reply. I did not express how comfortable our sales rep Wesley made us feel and how professional he was. The windows are amazing and the demonstration proved it. I truly believe y'all do high quality work and provide a thorough service to your customers. After a long day though and having an appointment from what we thought was 5pm to 6pm give or take 15 minutes and it runs until well after 8 o clock...I think the rep should bring a bucket of chicken and then perhaps we might be more inclined to purchase. I'll change my review to 4 stars. End of Edit Very very expensive and we were led to believe it would be a 1 hour discussion about windows which turned into a 3-hour demonstration like a Kirby salesman does. We only needed five windows replaced because all of our other windows were literally put in in 2018 and no matter how many times I said I'm not getting Windows for the rest of the house it didn't matter and I still was given a quote on all of the windows and I believe just for the five windows we wanted replaced it was going to be over $9,000. Not investing yet.

We initially had Cody come out to do our free estimate. He was a great example as to how professional and friendly the company as a whole was, a great first impression We then had Mitch swing by, who gave us a more in detail price point for our future windows, again super professional and friendly. Lastly we had Frank, he came by to confirm our windows were the correct length and width, and inform us of what to expect the day of install. The crew was on time and ready to work. They worked fast and diligently on the install. The clean up was awesome and they left with no trace of work ever being done. Very nice job! Finally we had Jordan come by to do the final inspection and answer any final questions we had about our experience with POWER. He was their final person to make sure nothing was missed, super friendly and professional. Overall great job guys. Keep up the good work! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a good reliable company who cares about their costumers as much as they do their product.

This company uses very shady sales tactics. The associate that visited my house approached my wife while she was outside alone and began a very aggressive sales pitch making her extremely uncomfortable and fearing for her safety. She gave them a phone number hoping that would be enough to end the encounter, which was probably exactly what they wanted. After looking the company up on reddit and reading about other people's experiences, we now also believe that her number and info has been sold to other companies for cold calling telemarketers. They tried to sell replacement siding even though my house has no damage. This behavior has ensured that I will never use this company and will tell everyone I can about this. I recommend reading the other reviews here and realizing that they all sound like a pre recorded advertisement. Looks to me like this company has also paid for good reviews and had all their employees leave good reviews with high marks.

Last year a guy came by from PowerHRG, we made the appointment but I had to reschedule. They never called to confirm nor showed up for the rescheduled time made over the phone. When I contacted them to see when their rep was going to show up the person on the phone had little to say about it, just that they overbooked. They wanted to reschedule but I told them to forget my number since they wasted my time and didn't have the courtesy to call to inform they were not coming. Fast forward to yesterday...a guy came by so we made the appointment for 6pm today. Got a call this morning that they had to cancel due to overbooking. Here we go again, but at least they had the courtesy to call this time. We would really love to see their pricing but it seems they don't want or need our business. Maybe they will want to get a chance to change this 1 star review to a 5 star, guess we shall see.

I'm a retired architect and home builder, worked will hundreds of companies with new home construction and remodeling, and really don't put up with much regarding shady companies when it comes to our own home. My wife and I have been remodeling and flipping homes for the last 12 years, and quality and honesty needs top priority. We don't put up with average quality or workmanship anymore. Working with Power has been one of our best experiences we've had in many years, from the initial consultation meeting to the final warranty paperwork. Everyone was on time, very professional, highly communicative, and with professional installation. The finished window product, window reconstruction, and final outcome was a confirmation for us to use Power on our next addition with doors, windows, siding, and roofing. Great job you guys!

From start to finish we have had a 5-Star experience with Power a home Remodeling. We initially had them come to do and estimate for windows and found that our gutters were a bigger concern. Garrett was very through and explained what was needed for the house and the order we should make improvements. We never felt pressured into the services and were given an estimate that was good for 1 year. We ended up going with the gutter installation and they were able to come out within a week. The crew arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They did not leave a mess on the property and made sure we were happy with all the work before they left. Again, from start to finish we have been very happy. Customer drive is top notch and we cannot wait to use the company for our window installation soon.

A Power rep knocked on our door while they were in the area. We set up a free estimate for window replacement. The sales rep came out a few days later and gave us a no-obligation quote that was good for a year! Tyler was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very low pressure. We saw the need and benefit of the product and set up a date for install. Financing available. Ryan came by for final measurements and to answer any questions we had thought of or related specifically to the install. We were put on the schedule and called when the custom windows arrived. The day of install was quick and painless. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. Communication was EXCELLENT! Would (and already have) recommend this company! I had windows, gutters and attic insulation, the individuals that installed the windows did not speak English and very sloppily ripped out that windows, they were put in too fast and there was no attention to detail. I also notice a leak from the upstairs window that leaked thru to the downstairs dining room window, I called a couple weeks ago to asl for someone to come out and inspect the windows, they sent someone who inspected and also agreed there was a leak from the window I mentioned. they said they would talk to their boss and call me back and they never did, then I called again and told the person on the phone everything that happened and they said they too would talk to their boss and get back to me and didn't, don't use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They quoted me $25,000 for a standard, architectural shingled roof at 1875 square feet. Multiple roofing companies AND my insurance have reviewed the quote and claimed it to be majorly inflated. They are 2 to 3 times higher than the market replacement cost of my entire roof, including replacing 100% of the wood. I wouldn’t touch this company with a 10 foot pole. Scamming people for their money! UPDATE: We just finished getting a new roof installed by Nashville Roofing Company - the same roof Power Home Quoted me for $25,000 including the upgrades cost me under $11,000 with Nashville Roofing Company. I had multiple roof companies AND my insurance tell me Power attempted to severely price gouge me. I do not recommend this company.

We’re glad that we opened our door to Power when their roofing representatives came through our neighborhood. We don’t usually open our door to sales reps, but the roof was on our radar as something that needed to be repaired in the next few years. We were impressed with the representatives’ professionalism and agreed with their assessment that our roof needed to be redone. We decided to hire Power to do the roof because we wanted a company that would do exceptional work and not leave us with a mess to clean up afterwards. We are very happy with our new roof and the construction process of putting it place. It’s a relief to have a roof that we can count on for the next 50 years!

I had Power Home Remodeling come to my home and show me Siding for my Home. The gentleman Mike , very professional and kind explain.Ned everything to me. Should the siding and what colors they had and then he showed me what my house was going to look like withe the siding I had picked. It was beautiful and I knew that is wan at I wanted. The crews arrived on September13, 2023. They were very professional explained to me what they were going to be doing. They started everyday around 8: to 8:30 . Did an excellent job. If you ever need your siding replaced this is the company to have to do the job. My siding goes excellent with my roof and they did my roof also.

I had my house sided by Power about three weeks ago. What a difference!! It was almost embarrassing to pull up to my house the way it was before, now I can't stop staring at it! The crew they sent was amazing! They were polite and easy to work with. They did a thorough job cleaning up and making sure ALL nails were picked up before leaving both nights. When I have had to call with any questions, they were always incredibly helpful. On the rare times I wasn't able to speak to someone directly I always got a return call in a timely manor. I can't say enough great things about this company, thank you for the wonderful work you have done!

Overall we are pleased with our windows purchase. The first date for installation was 7/5/2021 but they called 6/30 to say windows had not arrived (due to Covid and the holiday) and date had to be rescheduled. We were disappointed with the short notice as we had cleared our schedule. However, we received call Tuesday 7/27 that windows were in and could be installed Thursday 7/29. We accepted new date. This type of short notice was good. :) Crew arrived between time promised and had all windows installed in about 4-1/2 hours. Crew was professional, cleaned up afterward, and gave us a demo. We got the Inspira Style Double Hung windows.

The doors looks elegant and the installation crew were amazing. Life time product and labor warranties is an added assurance that the product is very durable. I reduced my initial stars from 5 to 2 because there's serious draft of air coming from the back door and when I called for maintenance they gave me a 2 month date. The main reason for changing the doors was to stop the cold air from coming into my home during winter but I can't get this company to come fix the problem. The locks on the front door is already shifty. The door is just about 7 months old. I wish they do something about the service time.

We had some windows replaced. Power was a great company to work with. They are very communicative from the first sales pitch door knock all the way to the installation. The estimation/inspection was thorough and detail oriented. The install team was very professional and knowledgable. Watching them work was oddly satisfying!! I highly recommend this company and I personally will be reaching back out to them for future projects! Update 7/14/21: after installation we noticed a huge difference in our home office, it was much cooler even with the direct sun it gets in the afternoon.

Kaleb and John came by for an inspection and sold us on a full new roof installation, back paneling and vents etc, and their excellent service turned us into customers same day. Roofing installers arrived and completed the job very fast the week after our inspection, and did an awesome job. We used Power for window replacement at our previous home in Maryland and we used them again for our new-to-us home in Tennessee. The windows are beautiful and efficient and a great value, especially with the lifetime transferable warranty (that was a great selling point on our previous home). We're quite happy with the vinyl windows we bought to replace all the windows in our house. The team that came out to install them a few days ago knew exactly what they were doing and were focused on getting the job done right. They answered my many questions and were very respectful and patient. The windows seem to be great quality and we can feel a difference already with less drafts.

We replaced all of our very old and drafty (but beautiful!) casement windows. The new windows--also casement style--are beautiful and easy to open! Power was very good about communicating with us throughout the process. We made some changes to our plans when the installer came out to measure and set the installation date. Power completely redid the outside of my house. I did not like the beige siding I had, there was damage on some of my old siding, and worst of all my house didn’t have weather wrapping, which had caused rot on the house.
