Love this little gym in the heart of Ventana Ranch. Has everything you need, large variety of equipment- cardio, weights, etc. Super friendly staff was not only helpful but welcoming. I love that there aren’t a lot of people so the ease of using equipment was perfect! My only qualm was the bodybuilder screaming and grunting while lifting - I could personally do without the sound effects (But that has nothing to do with the gym itself.) And I didn’t like that they use cloth towels instead of paper towels to wipe down equipment which seemed like a breeding ground for cross contamination since they were being used by everyone over and over again. Didn’t get to check out the bathrooms but I definitely intend on revisiting since I paid the $5 fee for a key fob.

I joined the Powerflex gym at Ventana about a month ago. This is a small to medium size gym with all the typical free weights, several weight lifting machines, and all the typical cardio machines. They also have a stairclimber which is a bit rare. So far I enjoy coming here. The staff is friendly and there a good portion of the day and into the evening with access 24 hours, which I love. The place is always clean with plenty of cleaner to police after yourself on the equipment. My biggest factor in choosing this location is its only a five minute jog from the house which is perfect. I don’t want to have to drive to workout. I would love to see one or two row machines added. Most likely I will remain a loyal customer while I’m living in the area.

My daughter came out with me to Albuquerque and signed up while here, she tried canceling her membership and asked for a guardian, I called and stopped by a few times short hours and only there when I’m at work. I emailed and asked they stop and cancel she went back to school two hours away close to Arizona and the refuse to cancel. Now they are asking I and her prove we don’t live in Albuquerque, when clearly I call using a McKinley county number and the address was a rental. Worst experience I’m having in canceling. When my daughter’s going she enjoyed it was close by and convenient. But who knew they were like this when u want to cancel for going home. Help!!!

I just started going to Powerflex and I'm glad I chose this gym. This place has all the equipment you need and a friendly staff. Also, it has a lot of flexible options for membership plans, so you're not locked into anything long-term if you don't want to be. All their plans are affordable and they also have multiple locations that are all accessible by key card at any time of the day.

Powerflex is a nice little gym except that it is so hot in there. Especially, if you are working out in the cardio area. I really wish they would install some ceiling fans over the cardio machines. It’s unbearable especially in the summer months. Every once in a while there will be a couple floor fans but they are ineffective and not always present.

Not a bad little gym as far as dumbbells,racks, and barbells go. Cardio equipment isn’t the best and the machines well used. The price isn’t bad at $21 a month without a contract or annual fee. I used it while out of town for a week. There wasn’t really a place to stretch though. For the price, depending on what you want it could be perfect.

Its name and small size might give the impression that it's a hardcore bodybuilder/powerlifter gym. It isn't. After ten plus years away from any kind of fitness routine and putting on some unwanted weight, I didn't feel I was out of place at all. The gym is clean, friendly, quiet, reasonably priced, well equipped and not too crowded.

Beautiful smaller gym located in Ventana ranch. Gyms never too busy at anytime during the day. Staff is great, very friendly. Gym is always clean and weights and equipment are always put away and in order. All machines work flawlessly. You never see any machines broken. This place is a hidden gem.

Every gym has its pros and cons but I’m a fan. It’s smaller so it doesn’t draw in crowds, but you do have to time it if you don’t want to go when it does fill up. They don’t have multiple machines of each type so that is a drawback, however they make great use of their space.

This a great gym for the location and price. It’s kept clean for the most part. I got only two minor wishes or hopes..the place needs more ventilation(running fans) and at least one more stair master. One ain’t enough. So even that, I still highly recommend this gym.

I chose this gym over a “big gym” because of the trust shown to the members. This gym has a personal feel to it. Like the members are part of the gym, not just paying to use the facilities. 24 hour 365 day access is awesome for people with crazy work schedules too.

Clean and convenient. I go early in the morning and it is very rarely busy. I have also gone in the evening and haven't had an issue with machine crowding. Speaking of machines, there is one for almost every exercise as well as multiple squat racks.

Love the gym I served as a trainer for golds and sports club for over 21 years, love your staff that are always willing to help out and the facility is very clean which is a plus, I’m glad I joined your gym thank you Richard Oneman Lanham

Absolutely love this gym for my fitness journey! Friendly attendants, always clean and accommodating and their merch is comfortable and reasonably priced. I feel comfortable at this gym and would recommend anyone to visit!

I have been going to powerflex gym now for a couple months. This gym is a perfect size and close to my house. Has everything I need and most importantly I feel comfortable in my environment. Highly recommend this gym.

Awesome place. It’s the perfect size for the amount of people that go. I usually go around 3pm and there is just a few people. Staff is friendly. Great environment for anyone!

Been coming for a few months now and the Gym is always clean. The staff has always been real friendly. I am happy that we switched from our former gym.

I like that they have most of the gym equipment on need to do my online training, the cleanliness of the business and the location.

Not a very welcoming environment, no tour at sign up and multiple pieces of information left out when signing up, including fees.

Everyone is super friendly. And I feel very comfortable to approach someone and ask them for a spot or to check my form.

The gym is always clean, machines are well kept and the employees are there for you if you need them. Great atmosphere.

This definitely is a hidden gem! Never have to fight for a machine or equipment and love it! Best decision I have made!

We have enjoyed the 24/7 access. Its very simple and easy to get in and out without anyone bothering us. Love it
