This is my go to place to get liquor. So of course you can go to the local giant that is Spec's. Or you can support a true small business and go here. They really take care of you and Raj and his parents are great. They have everything you need and the price point is comparable to Spec's. I'd rather walk over here and get what I need at the same price of specs then walk in to that behemoth. They even deliver! Also, if you are located in the heights, check out their location there. I highly recommend premier fine wine & spirits for all of your adult beverage needs!

This place is within walking distance from my home. I have use this place for 3 years until today. The cashier basically eye balls my cash, use a marker, received an approval from another cashier but it wasn’t enough. She asked to get the approval from the manager. Working a decade in the bank I completely understand but when I ask for my money back (frustrated at time) while the manager initiated an explanation for her actions... she’s says “So you want your money back?!?” “Of course with that attitude!” I’m sorry I will not be back.

If you are looking for liquor beyond what every spec's and twin liquors offers, this is the place. Lots of stuff here you will have a hard the finding in Houston, unless you get a cocktail at Anvil. I drive in about an hour one way just to shop here. It's VERY small, but that really doesn't matter, as it's packed to the rafters and there are staff everywhere to help you out. It's like a really cool bookstore with narrow shelves, but booze.

My Son went into this location to purchase something as he bent over to get what he wanted out of the cooler a bottle fell and broke from the counter. This horrible owner gave him his total. My son gave him his card he then added the broken bottle and charged him for it. Bad business and deceitful. I wouldn't spend 2 pennies with him. We filed a complaint with the BBB. If I could give no stars I would.

Love this store! We've been coming here since we got back from Ireland in February because of Premier's fabulous Irish Whiskey selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff. We had turned this store into our "go-to" spot for hard to find liquor, but today we were lucky enough to actually meet the owner. Great guy, very nice and really knowledgeable! We'll be back!!

I've visited this place a few times and it has a good selection of wines and liquors. I've gone when they have free samples and bought a few of them. This past new years eve I was able to go in and out without any issues. This place also has great customer service and they are there to help with any questions.

Fantastic selection if you’re willing to fork up the extra cash. I’m personally never going to spend 7x-20x above retail for a rare bottle of liquor, but if that’s something you’re okay with… this is your spot. 2* for the selection, unfortunately everything I saw was priced well above standard retail price.

Solid liquor store. They are small but they have a pretty curated selection of whiskey, including scotch, vodka, rum, tequila, etc. The employees are pretty knowledgeable and will happily help you out. My only small issue is that the employees can be a little overly helpful at times.

The selection of verity was crazy good, must of been the reason I didn't feel the employee knew his different types of fine wine. The service was pretty good and the young man was very enthused about helping, he just didn't know what I was looking for. Or where to locate it.

Premier Fine Wine & Spirit is by far one of the best stories in Houston. A comprehensive selection of all wines & liquors. The staff is tremendously knowledge & friendly. If you are in Houston planning party or own a store do yourself a favor and check them out.

The price mark-up I've seen on a whisky I'm interested in is insane. It's about 2x the retail I've seen on other states. Is this a Texas thing? Houston issue? Or is it because I've looked at Drizly? Are prices different in-store? Because this is wild.

Only place in town I was able to find some unique bottles of wine from the russian river valley. Very knowledgeable and great to do business with. This place is awesome and the only place I go now for fine wines and bourbons.

I just stated shopping here. They have a nice selection of liquor and actually wine. I like this place. My concern is that not all staff and customers wear a mask. I will need to find another place to shop, regrettably.

Just about the only place to get liquor in the heights, at least around where we live. It is a small store, so options may be limited. The parking is limited but if there is a spot then you can get in and out quickly.

Helpful staff, good selection. Not as large of selections as Specs. Different prices, some cheap and awesome, some much more expensive than anywhere else. Overall great store and I enjoy going here.

Greedy store owners: a that should be Tequila line up that it’s MSRP should be $60, $70, $80 is marked up $159, $249, and $349. I hope the distributor cuts them off and not in on the price gouging.

It appears to be under new ownership which sales bottles at 7x or more retail value. Asked about a bottle that retails for around $100 and they said it's $699 with a straight face.

Small store, have most of the basics but if you're looking for a large variety and special or specific brands you may not find them here.
