I haven't been to the Dentist in years and after much urging from my wife, I decided I need to get back into the healthy teeth game. A esteemed colleague referred me to Premier Valley Dental and I can say; without a doubt, it was the best Dentist experience I've ever had. From scheduling the appointment to the initial exam itself, the process was painless (honestly) and seamless. Melissa and Victoria in the Front Office made the scheduling easy, professional, and efficient, and even kept me in the loop as my appointment got closer. I was greeted with smiles and a bottle of water. It was more like checking into a spa than a dental appointment. Kellie, the Hygienist, knows her stuff and possesses a unique degree of bedside manner. She explained each step of the exam and executed with perfection. The technology is the latest and greatest even the X-Rays technology makes my last visit (to another Dentist years ago) seem like the Stone Age. Dr. Schwei, the Dentist, was able to utilize their Space-Age technology before she walked into the room and she was ready to go over the hi-res tooth-by-tooth images and issues in detail once she arrived. She alerted me to the issues (gums mostly), potential issues (future root canal resulting from an old bar scuffle...ugh), and even the non-issues (no cavities!) with a unique degree of knowledge, expertise, friendliness, and professionalism. Once my exam and cleaning was finished, I was greeted with more smiles, a swag bag of valuable dental items, and my follow-up appointment reminder. I highly recommend dumping your old crotchety dental practice and starting fresh (no pun intended) with the unique professionals at Premier Valley Dental.

Dr. Alexandria Schwei and her assistant Sylvi are amazing. I brought my 4 year old son here to have 2 very bad cavaties filled in his back teeth. When I took him to a different dentist he was very anxious and didn't do well at all. I decided to give Premier Valley Dental a try because they are so close to our house. As soon as we walked in the girl at the front desk was so nice and inviting. She answered all of my questions and was just wonderful. Sylvi came and got us to take us back and she was wonderful. She kept asking my son if he was ok and explaining everything she was doing. When Dr. Schwei came in she talked about recommendations for his teeth and started the procedure. She was so calm and made both my son and I feel very comfortable. She was very calm and genuine and answered all of my questions. She did the procedure quickly. Because he had a cavity on either side she did not want to do them on the same because she didn't want his whole mouth to be numb. I was worried it would be a fight to get him to come back for the other tooth but he had no problem going back and we had the same great experience. I have made appointments for annual exams for my other two children. I highly recommend Dr. Schwei and her great staff!

First off, I am one of those people that typically hate the dentist! I always delay putting off the dentist because of previous bad experiences. However, I just visited Dr. Schwei and her team for the first time and they were PHENOMENAL. I was warmly welcomed right after I entered the office. The office is stylish, calming, and well decorated. The sign-in process was simply and I was immediately brought back for my tooth cleaning. No wait time! :) The hygienist was kind and genuinely cared about creating a good dental experience for me. She informed me of what she was doing before she did anything (which I really appreciate), she made sure I was comfortable, and was very gentle with the cleaning. At the end, my teeth have never been cleaner! Dr. Schwei came in to evaluate my X-rays and oral health, and she was incredibly professional, compassionate, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She took time to answer my questions, I never felt rushed, and she gave an honest evaluation of my oral health. I am thrilled to have found my new dentist here in Phoenix and I could not recommend Dr. Schwei and her team more highly!

I love, love, love Dr. Kethcart and her staff. Dr. Kethcart and her staff are all very calming, informative and easy to talk to. My last cleaning was during the winter months, and Dr. Kethcart's staff offered to put a nice, cozy blanket over me during the dental exam and it was a little slice of Heaven! I referred my son to Dr. Kethcart to fix a chipped tooth he had. He chipped it several years ago and has had it fixed twice by other dentists. Dr. Kethcart fixed it again and it looks beautiful and has held! He's been very happy with the outcome. Also, I was having a serious problem with grinding my teeth in my sleep to the point that I had fractured my back teeth. Dr. Kethcart worked very closely with me to get a night guard that was a perfect fit for me! Due to my "extreme grinding," I cracked the night guard in my sleep, and Dr. Kethcart worked to get me a free replacement and again worked closely with the lab to make sure that it wouldn't crack again. They also provide financing and provide a written cost estimate before work is begun. I would strongly recommend Dr. Kethcart to anyone seeking dental work!

My experiences at Dr. Kethcart's office have been outstanding! I am greeted in a friendly, prompt manner and I was provided a tour of the office during my first appointment as a new patient. I was introduced to all the staff as well to make the experience more comfortable and inviting. I really apprciate the extra steps that are taken to ensure my comfort and understanding of the procedures that are preformed. I was offered a blanket, music, etc. which is something that I have NEVER been offered by any other dentist's office. My x-rays were reviewed thoroughly with me, as well as payment options, to assist in making a wellness plan that would fit within my budget and current circumstances. I will continue to spread the word to my friends, family, and colleagues looking for a reliable, professional dental provider. You definitely can not find this level of customer service and quality of care in any other dental office in the central Phoenix area. Thank you Dr. Kethcart & team for all that you do!

So yesterday was my first visit to this office. I left one of the known "dental chains" because the service was bad and everytime I went in I always felt like they were just trying to take my money. I chose Premier Valley Dental because of the great reviews on here and also because it's very close to where I live. As soon as I walked into Premier Valley Dental the service was great from the get go and after I checked in I didn't wait too long like I usually expect when I go to to the dentist. The whole time in the chair the dental hygienist, Kerrie made sure I was comfortable and informed on everything she was doing. The dentist, Alexandria Schwei was awesome as well! I met and talked with her briefly about my teeth. She was very informative and easy to talk to. She suggested a few things to me that my previous dentist never offered (even though one of those things was their mistake) and I didn't feel rushed like I had to spend my money right away. I recommend this place 1000%!!

The cleanliness and extensive steps taken to ensure the utmost comfort are a given, as far as premium quality goes for Stephanie K Dentistry. What I really love, though, is how nurturing this crew is with their patients AND with one another. The level of respect within and between everyone in this office is clearly apparent. I love how friendly everyone at SKD is. I feel like they truly care about me and my needs; they genuinely take the time to connect with me, ask about my life, and share theirs with me. This warms my heart and gives me hope for humanity. They aren't just "going through the motions" like robots. They are real humans! Lol. After moving to Phoenix, I needed a new dentist and I am thrilled that I found Dr. Schwei and Premier Valley Dental. From the moment I checked in, I was overwhelmed by the care and attentiveness of the staff. The office is pristine and comforting. They use extremely modern dental equipment to ensure the best and most thorough exam possible. Dr. Schwei is a wonderful dentist. She is knowledgeable, intelligent and detailed. She showed me pictures and x-rays of every tooth and was able to point out any areas of concern. The exam also included a detailed account of gum health around each tooth, followed by a comprehensive cleaning. I returned to Dr. Schwei to repair some old, damaged fillings done by a previous dentist. I was again impressed by her work. She led me through a completely painless procedure and left me with new, perfect teeth. I am so grateful and actual look forward to returning to the dentist for once!

I had been searching for a good dentist ever since moving to Phoenix and I am so happy I found Dr. Alex Schwei! The office itself is modern and updated. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with all genuine smiles from the others on Dr. Schwei's team. I first had my cleaning with Kellie, who was also amazing! Kellie got me a blanket to make sure I was comfy, and as she was cleaning, she made sure to talk me through everything she was doing. When Dr. Schwei came in, she was so friendly, relaxed, and made me feel extremely comfortable as a patient! She thoroughly explained everything so I could truly understand. Could not be happier I found this place! I have a tooth filling that broke and I needed to find a dentist in Arizona as I just moved here; so I decided to give this place a try as it had good reviews. (I never had the best experience in the past going to dentists in California as I always felt like they rushed me out or tried to up sell me into doing something I did not need.) I am thoroughly impressed with Dr K and her team. While I am a newer patient I have had nothing but excellent experiences. From the scheduling process (super easy), cleaning (thorough and hygienist really took her time to explain what she was doing), additional dentistry work (Dr K is so caring and takes the time to explain everything and answer questions), and Greta (awesome office manager who has helped me immensely with my dental insurance woes) and Sara (who is so friendly and patient) I feel like I have found my new dentist here in Phoenix! I was a little lost after relocating here but these folks really care. I would recommend Dr K and her team to anyone looking for caring and quality care!

I can't say enough good things about this dental office. I have done Groupons and other recommended dentists but none of them have matched Stephanie K Dentistry. In some offices, they tell you what's wrong or going on with your teeth. At Stephanie K, its a comprehensive exam of your mouth (They check for oral cancer too!) Here, they show you and explain why it is happening and what can be done to correct it. I have never been pressured into buying any additional services (like a deeper cleaning, or a fluoride paste) and if I choose to go with their recomendation, they always detail pricing out first. I highly recommend this office!! You won't find a better oral health center.

I live in Colorado and travel for a living. While I was on a trip I had a crown come loose that I’ve had since I was a 18. After calling around with no luck I found premier valley dental and explained my situation. They got me right in took impressions, fitted a temporary crown and got me into the lab for color match all in the same day. When the new crown came in I was able to get into have the new crown put in with less than 24hr notice. The lab didn’t make the new crown to her expectations and she had the lab make a new. For my inconvenience without even saying anything she made it rite. I will bring my family down from Colorado to have all there dental work done here.

Amazing dentist office and staff! This was our first time visiting the office as we just relocated to Arizona. Celeste was extremely kind, thoroughly explained the cost breakdowns of future appointments, and went above and beyond with interacting with my kids (7 & 8.5 years old.) Dr. Schwei was great and I appreciated her taking the time to get to know myself and my kids in our appointment. My kids never felt nervous with the appointments. The office was extremely clean, organized, and I love the stylish decor which made the environment very inviting from the moment you opened the door. I had a wonderful experience during my first visit. Everyone was very professional and thorough. The staff took the time to explain in detail their processes during the examination. I felt everyone was knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions, and very personable. This made me feel very calm and comfortable. I believe they truly cared about my oral needs and health. The facility is equipped with unbelievable technology, which allows them to take the quality of your examination and procedures to the next level. The waiting room was very clean, modern, and elegant. I will definitely keep them as my dentist and refer them to all my friends and family.

Both Dr. Kethcart and Kellie Saam (and of course the rest of the staff) provide the best of care when it comes to oral hygiene. It's a very safe, and soothing environment. Both Kellie, and Dr. Kethcart take their time, so I never feel rushed in or out. I've been seeing Dr. Kethcart and Kellie for over 5 years now, and I would recommend everyone I know to come here. The front office is very nice as well, and is filed with snacks and drinks. Greta, and the other receptionists are extremely helpful, and will always try to book you in the first possible opening. Dr. Kethcart truly goes above and beyond when providing care.

UPDATE: The practice is now Premier Valley Dental with Dr. Schwei as dentist. This remains a first-class practice with caring, professional specialists as dentist, hygienist, and front office staff. I am always happy to have an appointment! FORMER REVIEW: It's always a pleasure to visit Dr. Kethcart's office. I know that probably seems odd, a pleasant visit to the dentist (!), but she and her office staff are so friendly, warm, yet highly professional. I look forward to going to the practice every 6 months to have my teeth taken care of, and to catch up with people who feel like friends.

Dr Stephanie and her team are awesome! Super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The use of technology is great and makes it so easy to schedule appointments or to get a question answered. I also enjoy the social media updates as it keeps things personal & you feel involved with the office even though you might not visit except for regular cleaning appts. Stephanie K Dentistry is a wonderful place with wonderful employees. I had Kelly work with me and she was professional and kind and made me feel at ease with the services I had. I've spent hours with Dr Stephanie and her crew at this point getting several long-needed repairs. I'm a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist, however, Dr. Stephanie has made it way easier than I could have ever imagined. Maria and Kellie have been very helpful assistants, and Sonia was really awesome at calming my nerves through a long procedure with her very gentle handling. I was in the office earlier this month, and i'd like to do a shout out to Mirissa, the doctor's assistant, for being so kind and caring when I was in the dental chair. Everything was done very timely and I was out of there in no time, she was very accommodating when I told her I had to get back to work. Everyone else is really amazing and patient and I really like the environment they have going on here. I brag about this place all the time, in a mature way of course. If you ever have a tooth in need, you should give 'em a call! Haha

All the work I have had done here has been excellent. My teeth feel great and I have absolutely no issues after I leave. Everyone there, including Greta, Judy, Kelli, and Mirissa are not only very professional but they are truly good people. Even after just meeting me, they all treat me like I am their best patient. I am always told exactly what to expect and the work is exceptional. I admire everyone who works for the incredibly talented Dr. Stephanie. I would highly recommend her and Dr. Schneider. I called today, they were able to get me in a pull my tooth within 2 hours of calling. Everyone in the office was so kind. The receptionist Celeste knew my name when I walked in. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. I had an overall great experience. My tooth was tough to get out but they were able to do it and were not at all rude. I have a lot of shame when it comes to my smile and I feel like go to this office they will help me to feel better about my overall dental health. Thank you for a good experience.

My eight-year-old son and I started going to Stephanie K. Dentistry a couple of months and we've had nothing but great things to say about them. From Mackenzie at the front desk to their hygienists, dentists themselves and the other office staff everyone is such a pleasure. They are all well spoken, polite, precise and ready to serve you as soon as you walk in. I have been going to premier valley dental for a couple of years and now my wife switched from her dentist of many years. It starts with Celeste who is always very pleasant and helpful with switching appointments when needed and of course handling all the insurance filings. Then Kellie is always kind and her attention to detail in cleanings is second to none. Last but not least DDS Schwei is a great dentist with thorough exams and great work when needed. I would highly recommend this practice.

Great staff, explained everything. Good client intake, I felt very welcomed and they remembered how to pronounce my name!! Something that bothers me all the time, it's the little things. The hygienist was great tried to make me comfortable and Dr. K was great too very informative and helpful. Afterwards they explained to me what additional work needed to be done and how my insurance would pay for it and what portion was mine....completely helpful and friendly from start to finish.

We have never had really dramatic dentistry needs, so when our old dentist declined to accept our new dental insurance, we went looking for another dentist that would. We found Stephanie Kethcart. We had been satisfied with our previous dental care, so it came as big a surprise to us just much we had been missing. The level of a care, the more sophisticated procedures, and greater attention to detail was really noticeable. Not only would we recommend her to others. we have.

Being new to the Phoenix area, I don't really know anyone to get referrals for dental services so I picked Stephanie K Dentistry from the list of in-network providers posted on my insurance carrier website that were located close to where I live. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Everyone in the office has been super nice and helpful so far. They really explain things in detail, don't mind answering questions and make sure you're comfortable. So far I love it!!

I am really pleased with the experiences I have had with Dr. Schwei and her staff. About a month ago, I had a minor dental crisis and she was so reassuring and accommodating. She was very concerned about my comfort and was very clear about my options; giving me the opportunity to make an informed choice about my treatment. Dr. Schwei is one of the best dentists I've ever had! She is so gentle, patient and explains everything so thoroughly. I have had quite a bit of work done by her and there is nothing in my mouth that feels out of place. She makes sure you are completely happy with any adjustments she makes. Kelly has been doing my cleanings for several years now and she is awesome too! She has a very caring group of people working there.

I am so happy to have found this dental practice and Dr. Schwei! She is kind, thorough, and quick but takes time to explain what she’s doing and answer any questions. I have had dental anxiety in the past, and also get nervous when seeing a new dentist but today was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist! Her assistant, Edith if I’m remembering correctly, was also so sweet and did a great job. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr Schwei since she took over from Dr Kethcart. She is an excellent dentist. In the past I dreaded going to the dentist - now I really enjoy it! Very hi-tech and she cares for each one of my teeth!! Her office staff is also delightful and dependable. If you are afraid of going to the dentist - make at appointment with Dr Schwei - you will be surprised how effortless and painless dentistry can be.

Dr. Tran and staff are awesome. I’m a new patient and my first appointment was a minor emergency requiring a tooth extraction. The anxiousness of getting a tooth pulled was eased by Dr. Tran’s wonderful bedside manner. I hope never to have another tooth extracted and hope you don’t either, but I’m sure that my future visits will be met with the same wonderful service. Thanks everyone at Premier Valley Dental!

Dr. K and staff are fantastic! I've been a patient for several years and have never been disappointed. Any questions or concerns you may have are listened to. Arriving at the office you enter a calm, relaxing environment which lasts throughout the appointment (even if major work is happening) thanks to the patience and friendliness of all the staff. I also have to smile at the jokes or quotes on the ceiling!

Friendly & helpful staff, calm atmosphere, understanding of my needs and completely willing to work with my finances to get me on to a new smile! Currently glad I made the switch. The ladies here are awesome Update: after a decade of not being able to smile and a year and a half of waiting, I can now proudly smile thanks to the great work done by the care of these amazing dentists! Steer clear!! Stefanie K was bought out by Premier Valley and unfortunately has gone way down hill with this change. Service is not what it was prior and because of this I have moved on to another dentist. I have to believe that they are either struggling with maintaining clients or are having financial difficulties with the recent experience I encountered. Either way, be warned! DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!

When it comes to anything beyond a routine cleaning, I am a very nervous dental patient. But the staff at Stephanie K Dentistry have always taken excellent care of me, put me at ease, and made me very comfortable. Greta has been so patient in getting referrals, estimates, and additional information for me. I highly recommend Stephanie K Dentistry, and I look forward to many more years with them myself!

Dr. Kethcart was so thorough and her staff are so nice. I feel they all went out of their way to distract me with stories that's were relevant to me so I could focus on the stories instead of the procedure. They also listened to me with my concerns and ensured I was comfortable with the finished experience before I went home. I have never felt so comfortable or in such knowledgeable hands as I do here.

Everyone was so welcoming and her staff made me feel like home. Dr tran was amazing, not only she was so gentle and beautiful! Her voice was so soothing and sweet. The most comfortable I’ve been at a dentist office her staff professionalism is outstanding. The cleanliness and organization of the facility was great. This was my first visit and I was made very comfortable. Everything was explained before anything was done and during the process. Everyone there makes you feel like they care about you and your health. They were serious about their work but fun also.

I went for my first visit today and was impressed by how kind and informative the entire staff was. Going to the dentist can be scary for some, fortunately I did not feel any of that anxiety- and if I did the ladies would’ve put me at ease for sure. The office is beautiful and a very calm setting. I am grateful my friend referred me and do not dread having to return for future treatment.

In my younger days I had several bad experiences with dentists so finding a new one who is understanding and patient has been a struggle. Until I had an emergency I kept putting off looking. I was so lucky to find Dr. Kethcart ad her staff. Everyone in the office are great. They listened to my concerns and have been patient, understanding and have helped me get back to regular checkups.

I never been to a dentist office before, my girlfriend refer me here, I was always very scared to go to a dentist, but they made me feel comfortable, secure and very patient with me, I don’t speak well English but they have always someone to translate if I have any questions, everybody is very nice I been coming to this office a year already, thank you so much to everyone at SKD.

I can't say enough about this dentist office. During my first visit with Stephanie she was so friendly and nice. When she introduced herself she placed her hand on my shoulder which made me feel secure and happy. They have become my dentist office, and I see them twice a year! They are so professional and my dental hygienist is a miracle worker! She's the best!

I, like many others, am usually afraid of the dentist. This is the first dentist's office I have been to in the Phoenix area that has explained to me what the process was going to be like. They always take extra measures to ensure I am comfortable. Also, if you like oldies or Christmas music, maybe you can hum along with the Dr. like I did :) I love this place!

Great service! I called them to see if they were accepting new patients and how quickly they could see me due to a new problem I was experiencing. They got me in the following morning at 10AM! The staff and Dr. Tran were so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Looking forward to my next appointment, I will be using them as my regular dentist from now on!

First, you’re greeted with a wonderful welcome and then proceed to X-rays with another wonderful hygienist/staff member. Then you see Dr. Tran. She is compassionate and kind. She goes over X-rays implicitly and develops a short term as well as a long term dental plan. Premier is the best thing that has happened in a long time.

This is the best dentist office I've ever been to. Everyone on staff is incredibly nice and professional. They really do everything they can to make appointments as easy as possible. They are extremely attentive to patient needs. They are willing to do so much to put patients at ease and appointments never feel rushed.

Still receiving calls from debt collectors who want me to pay a bill for service I never requested. This dentist office told me I would only receive cleanings that are covered under my insurance policy. Then this office changes management without communicating to me and now I have a bill for services I never wanted.

Today was my second visit and I am very pleased with how my appointment went. My teeth feel squeaky clean! I did a lot of research before choosing this office, and Dr Schwei lived up to her reputation. She is great, you can definitely tell she cares about her patients and goes the extra mile. It's nice to go to a business and have the staff understand customer service. Everyone is helpful and honest enough to admit they have to research an answer! They don't make up one. The dentist and dental staff are as gentle as possible and I highly recommend them.

SKD is the least painful and most comfortable dentistry I have ever been to. I have always tried to avoid going to the dentist until now. I have been trying to get my girlfriend to take her kids there as she fears and doesn't like her dentist.
