This is strange for me, not only do I never take the time to write reviews, no matter who makes the request, but don't really believe in their importance assuming that what reviews are showed are generally favoured or forged opinions of whatever topic is displayed. But from my first encounter with prestige I thought after just 5mins that these guys seem to operate a little differently. After a poor and miss-lead experience with Europcar where I just wanted to drive a nice European vehicle. After making a selection then heading in to the airport to pick up & begin my next few days. From the 1st, rude & disinterested interaction with their staff, I was told the vehicle I requested was no longer available and the best they could offer was an Isuzu MUX! A damn basic, boring, white 4wd that I couldn't imagine wanting to drive less. As I had taken a cab to the airport took the Isuzu anyway but immediately thought I would try to find a specifically Luxury vehicle hire company. This was already late on a Saturday approx 7pm. I thought I would call but given the time, didn't expect to get through but would at least leave a msg & get the ball rolling. Now, not only did they call back within a few minutes time, they understood what I was looking for & professionally carried out my request, locking in a Porsche Carrera S as I requested. Now, almost a week later, I've had myself a minor accident & hurt my hand. Realising this would restrict my ability to drive any car comfortably I was certainly worried about my upcoming reservation. I contacted the guys at Prestige & in no time, not only did they cater to my request of rescheduling my reservation for a week but maintained a professional & friendly approach. Somewhat unique to any encounter I had experienced prior. So much so that hours later after still pondering the difference I noted compared to Europcar it has driven me to visit their site & search out the option to write this review. Still before even driving the rented vehicle. So with this I choose to end my review, still before the drive date has arrived but will update after my drive, hopefully with the same positive experience to write of as I have so far encountered. But to end with the recommendation to try Prestige rentals for yourself rather than the run of the mill regulars we all deal with, if only for their long existence and ability of business name to persist in our memory. Having never hired a high-end sports/super car previously I discovered very quickly it's not the same process as your standard rental car. Many of the places I called were unprofessional in their phone manner, never actually had the cars they listed, generally vague and ambiguos answering any questions I had re insurances, breakdowns/accidents, bond payments etc. I was left feeling very unsure where I stood, hearing more than once "she'll be right" . That was until I called PRESTIGE, Matt was  professional, patient and understanding in answering my questions, was able to offer good advice in choosing a car to suit the experience I sought and required (rear passenger seating) . He explained the hiring process clearly ,followed up with confirmations and explanations when needed .Being from country W.A Matt even arranged for for the car to be delivered to me (at short notice, on the day, after sensing my anxiety at navigating my way in inner city Melbourne). Andreas delivered the BMW M3 Competition to my hotel and gave me a run down on what I needed to know on how to drive it ( buttons , modes, navigation, features and functions) a truely polite and professional service. In short Matt and Andreas gave an outstanding level of service , going above and beyond to provide a seamless and reassuring experience. Thanks Gentlemen ! Oh ! And the car , what can I say but.. After reading many of the horror stories about luxury car rental companies unscrupulous actions and mistreatment of their customers who are sometimes giving themselves a once in a lifetime indulgence to only find they are victims in one or more ways ,so you could say I had my hesitations in transferring large sums of money as a holding deposit . BUT thankfully after doing my homework to source the best company Prestige Rentals sports car hire we had an absolute fantastic experience and can’t wait until next time . A special thank you to Mathew (one of the directors ) who made the whole process seamless and was a pleasure to deal with ,and as promised supplied us with a beautiful supercar to live the dream for a couple of days . The worst thing about renting the Ferrari 488 super car was “ giving it back “ but all good things must come to an end ! Unfortunately....

My friend and I called Prestige Car Rentals Melbourne at 4pm asking for a supercar hire. Most of their luxury rental cars were booked out, but Prestige Rentals went above and beyond to catch an Uber all the way to Geelong to retrieve the Ferrari early from a previous customer who had finished with it. They made it back by 630pm exactly as they said which allowed us to still make it to our special event in time. We just want to say thanks very much for going out of your way and the quick last minute turn around on a Saturday evening. The Ferrari hire has already left a lasting memory with us and 100% we will be back to hire a supercar again. It has always been a dream of mine to hire a Ferrari and thanks for making it happen. I have rented the Ferrari 488. This car looks amazing and the sound is absolutely mint. For power, the Ferrari gains speed so quick that you don't even realise, it's surreal. As for Prestige Rentals. They have been very easy to deal with. They might take time for them to reply to questions as I assume they are busy (you might need to send another one later in the day) , but when they do it's quick and poilte. The transferring of money is definitely daunting because of the huge cost but I took the plunge and so far it has worked out very well. When I picked up the car (Yan was the driver) he was very good at explaining and showing how to drive the 488. After the rental, I did have to remind them about the refund. But that processed all fine and I received it back. I would happily rent from Prestige Rentals again.

Recently I have been dealing with team at Prestige Rentals - Melbourne and I would have to say that the customer service I have received has been second to NONE! A very friendly bunch of committed staff members who all maintain a brilliant professional standard. I was most impressed by the way these guys were able to share their knowledge on the massive fleet of vechiles this allowed my choice to lease very easy. The team here focus on helping taylor a personal financial budget for every customer which allows every customer to have a fair go at leasing their dream vechiles. Also a Massie thanks guys for the refund in regards to our cancellation. Really appreciated especially during these hard times with COVID situation. I will 100% be using these blokes again! Had a car booked and was over charged $200. This money has not been refunded. 4 days before our event, I find out the car we booked was having mechanical issues and shouldn’t have been booked. I wanted to cancel. Prestige wanted to provide another car. I didn’t want other car and received an abusive call sighting no refund policies. (Illegal under Consumer Law) They offered 50% refund. Still no 50% refund and no $200 refund for over charging. No car was ever used. They have kept our money. Reported to police who called from interstate. They hang up on Police and have refused to speak with them Not exactly professional. Avoid at all costs.

I chartered a Yacht recently and I couldn't recommend Prestige Rentals any higher. From the first interaction they were professional, informative and very accomodating. Andreas was always always on call to answer any questions I had and very supportive throughout the whole process. Matthew the captain was such a vibe and kept everyone partying the whole time never told us to turn down the music unlike other captains I've encountered in the past. If you are thinking of having a bucks, hens, engagement, birthday or yacht party of any kind I would highly recommend going with Prestige Rentals the team will look after you.

I have dealt with Prestige Rentals now on a few occasions going through more than one employee between those occasions and I can say their customer service is top notch. They are understanding of the customers needs and cater the experience to what you need. I found their pricing more than reasonable when compared to other similar companies. I have hired the Rolls Royce Ghost as well as the Ferrari 488 and will update this review after the date however based on the customer service and flexibility when dealing with Prestige Rentals I would feel confident recommending them over other companies.

From the first contact with Prestige Rental I recieved personal service and this continued trough the entire rental duration. Even with the best care and intentions problems may arise that are outside of everybodies control and unfortunately It happened to me. This problem could been much worse than turned out had it not been for the wonderfully quick response and resolution. I have hired super cars from prestige rentals on several occasions now, I must say the service and quality of there cars is un beatable. Matt and Andreas have supplied me with cars on the Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne and as I never plan anything each time I have called late at night they have managed to deliver me a car first thing in the morning, on 1 occasion even made sure there was a baby seat in the car for my youngest daughter in short notice. Absolute pleasure dealing with the prestige rentals team.

I did a trip to Melbourne that was just under two weeks and rented a car with Prestige for my stay. Pick-up and drop-off was easy (a simple handover, and Marios even made drop-off more convenient for me by giving the option of a location closer to the address I was staying). The car I rented was as advertised - I'd recommend the Range Rover Sport - and I had no issues with it at all. Will definitely use Prestige Rentals in the future.
