Always polite and efficient. If the goods aren't in pretty much can have them for you the next day. Whilst maybe not as affordable as big chains it's supporting the small business who adds a personal touch and even meets me outside for purchases as I often have my dig with me.

The owner and assistant are incredibly helpful. He works with my doctor to provide what I need. They are always polite and accurate. You are not made to feel uncomfortable. I still attempt to go to them as often as possible despite moving some distance away.

Very very understanding and helpful. Goes beyond their duty to make sure you are looked after. Friendly and service you would not get at the big chain stores. Personalised service. Definitely recommend this place.

The owner was very unkind when my concession card was declined. Said that I was "wasting his time". Would not recommend if you don't want to come out of your local chemist feeling worse than when you went in.
