I have to agree with the other reviews. The staff there (not all) are not welcoming nor helpful. I think it may be the manager I had an interaction with today, she is extremely condescending and not helpful. There is a way you communicate with customers especially if they are asking for assistance, you work in retail which involves interacting with customers and providing a friendly helpful service. I appreciate and respect retail staff as they have to deal with some challenging customers, but this doesn’t mean you then treat the polite customers rudely. I love Priceline but the last few times going into the Noarlunga branch has actually made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed, I think you really need to look at the reviews and have a chat with the managers at this site and get these issued ironed out. I’m only providing this feedback as it’s not just happened once it’s multiple times.

It is only 5.35pm Saturday 21 December and your website advertises you open until 6pm....yeah right amongst several disgruntled customers turing up to find you couldn't last til Centro or your own opening hours. Just go to Chemist warehouse or Terry White, they respect their times and customers. Bad form Priceline...no excuses this time of year.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff at this shop. Usually I get no assistance find what I want and leave, never approached and if you ask for help you feel as though you are putting the staff out but today the lady was actually outright rude! Last time at this shop.

Really disappointing. Nobody acknowledged me, no assistance offered. People entering without scanning the QR Code. It wasn’t busy, staff just aren’t that interested. I walked out and went to Chemist Warehouse.

Girls are always lovely and helpful. Was a young girl helping me at about 10 am, didn't get her name but she went that extra mile and I really appreciated it.

Appallingly condescending treatment by Sunday manager when I asked a simple question. I certainly won't be back.

It is smaller than the old store. Could go there and get everything in the one store, now I can't.
