Doctor is great but the front desk is impossible to get through on the phone at all business hours and they don't take messages. They say "we're experiencing a technical problem" after three menu loops and dump your call. Great service. They also say all our agents are busy but only have 0-1 people available for the phone.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received at Prime Health Care Medical Centre. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism.
