it was my first visit to this restaurant with my friend we ordered chicken wings and pizza and a beer . waitress was good at her job we got wings to start but wings were tasting like fish and smelling bad after eating 3 wings out of 12 we called the waitress and shared our experience she admit that wings are gross she offered replacement of wings we said no just bring the pizza and pizza was amazing after eating one medium pizza we ordered another medium pizza after finishing our supper we asked for the bill we were shocked to see that wings were added to our bill waitress said kitchen said there is nothing wrong with the wings so we have to pay for the wings . Seriously Mr kitchen manager you charged me and my friend for rotten wings after my first experience with your restaurant i do not think that i will ever visit your restaurant . You are surely not a good kitchen manager . I paid full amount of my bill and 5 Dollar tip . At the end it was a bad experience in total especially paying 12 Dollars and tax for eating 3 rotten chicken wings . keep up doing what you doing but Mr kitchen manager i wont be coming back to your restaurant . We had the best experience when we came here for supper tonight. We are from out of town and wanted to try somewhere new, and were not disappointed what so ever. The service was incredible, I wish I had got the ladies name who served us because she was fantastic! We were chatting throughout our meal and she was so friendly, after we ordered and she found out it was our anniversary tomorrow. When she came back out and gave us our meal she told us they upgraded both of our steaks to the next size up for the same price, then also gave us a free homemade cheesecake afterwards. Not once did we expect anything of the sort, we were just carrying on normal conversations and were absolutely shocked by the hospitality and kindness of the owner and server for doing that for us. Thank you all so very much for treating us so well, we will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

Food is great. Its an older style menu, like the Keg in the 80's But, that's the best part. Its not trying to be anything trendy or pretentious, just good! Prices are great, fed three of us plus a couple drinks under $100. Its a family operation, which seems rare these days. I always do my best to seek and support this style of business. However, I'm a little confused as to why there's rarely delivery available? These are really minor gripes: the atmosphere feels awkward. No decor whatsoever, that I could see. And the music is always cringy, like, some sort of 90's college station. Most evenings, there's a loud, obnoxious regular sitting at the bar who's been waaay overserved, apparently unaware that its a family restaurant when I have my kids with me. Yet, I keep going back for the great food and service so don't let any of my negative-nancy deter you! Its still 99% all good!

So this restaurant came highly recommended from a friend of mine so I thought I would come and check it out for lunch today. I ordered the steak and mushroom dinner, and my friend had a caesar salad. I ordered the steak medium well done, with a baked potato and it came exactly as I had ordered it. Steak was really juicy and the mushrooms were not the ordinary kind that you get but they were full mushrooms as you can see in the picture. The restaurant was dim inside, with most lights turned off and is kind of dark but don't let the dim ambiance detract from the quality of the food which is amazing. We came during lunch and it's family owned, so just one person serving 5 tables. There was a bit of a wait to be greeted and for the food after ordering, so you might need to be patient. Both meals with soda drinks came to just over $40 all in. Very reasonable prices and would highly recommend.

My spouse and I just moved to Calgary and our kitchen isn't unpacked yet, and after deciding to come to Prime Time, we are so happy. Excellent food quality, made-in-house down to the sour cream served for the beautiful stuffed potato, and the salad dressing. Excellent service, very friendly and welcoming people. Great, clean, and solid interior which might be missed from the outside. Excellent prices, definitely leaves room to tip well, they all deserve it! The steak is cooked perfectly to our preference, the potato is gorgeous and obviously made with passion, care, and skill. And the cheese on the pizza doesn't pull off when you bite in because it's actually made properly. This restaurant is hands down one of the best I've ever been to. Compliments to the chef, and the service staff.

After reading how they have great pizza and having mived far from the BEST pizza joint ATLAS, I figured I'd give Prime Time a try. Checked the website menu - open until 11, called @ 9:50. Ordered off the menu asked to sub one veg for another - cost of $3 as they 'don't do substitutes' ?? Wow. Ok. Gal takes my name, I ask for delivery as I live 3kms to their 5km free delivery range. Gal has to ask if they are still delivering. ?? Aren't you open till 11? Comes back to say they only deliver until 10, and it's close enough. Whoever's running that place is running it into the ground. The menu normally says if delivery ends earlier than close. Theirs doesn't. With strike 2 with my first call - I'll never call back.

A fun safe family space for eats or a great place to meet up with friends and neighbors for drinks and/or great food.

Kids and adults co-mingle well. While it is also a drinking establishment, they manage expectations well. The staff are attentive to the true, almost "European" concept of a family restaurant. The food is great and there is something for everyone.

We stopped here on a road trip on a whim based on a Google search and were very happy with our experience. There was enough variety on the menu for everyone on our party to find something they liked and the food was all so good. Our server was really nice and was happy to have a bit of conversation. Some locals were also there having a drink and gave us some great tips on places to check out while in town!

My brother & I have come to this restaurant on 2 different occasions and both times we not only had great tasting food, we also had amazing service. The atmosphere is really terrific as well. There is nothing bad about this family owned business. We ordered great tasting menu items and they came out exactly the way we asked for. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is wanting to enjoy an evening out. Thank you to the owners & staff for everything. We are definitely now considering ourselves as regular patrons.

A great little neighborhood restaurant where people get to know your name quite quickly. Don, the main waiter has been the stalwart figure here for over 18 years! He truly cares about ensuring that all customers have an enjoyable experience. The food is tasty with the fries being made fresh at the restaurant. The prices are extremely reasonable and there is always a different meal special each day for your enjoyment. The decor is fresh and modern. All in all a great little neighborhood gem in Ramsay.

From the big bright smile that greets you to the excellant food, this is a hidden gem of Ramsey. Very popular with the locals as the foot traffic and phone did not stop while I waited for anamazing Bifana sandwich that is supringly filling for its size, well worth it! Their "Claim to Fame" has got to be the made in house Artichoke Dip. Never had anything like it before as it is so powwerful & flavorful you will not want any other ever again!!! Highly, Highly Recomend the drive to Prime Time

Prime Time is a neat little pizza joint nestled in Ramsay. I tried the pizza here a while back and it reminded me of the pizza joint we used to own a while back. I ordered the meat lovers pizza here and after taking a bite you could taste pepperoni, salami, mozzarella cheese with the sweet and tangy tomato sauce. The pizza dough here is fresh where I even ate the crust. Prices here are around $15 per pizza. They seems to serve steaks here as well but definitely try their pizza out.

Amazing place to dine at! Great food at a cheap price and gigantic portion sizes! I personally ordered the steak and mushrooms and they absolutely left me flabbergasted! The fries were scrumptious and the steak was super tender. It came out a perfect medium rare too! Amazing job!

This is my absolute favourite restaurant in all of Calgary!! This is a beautiful family owned business that will welcome you as one of their own. Prime Time's homemade pizza is exceptionally delicious and my personal favourite is the Louis Special. If you are looking to try something new and different, try the traditional Portuguese 'Bitoque' steak-you won't regret this choice!!

This Portuguese restaurant was the best I’ve ever been. The food here is very delicious, fresh and homemade. I would highly recommend the chicken platters as they’re so good that you’ll even lick your fingers. Good for friends and family. You won’t regret being here and the prices are good as well.

Hard to find home cooked meals these days, and this place does just that. I once ordered two meals in one sitting, due to some great food. Will always come back.

Great place. Food is great - mainstay for them is really tasty pizza, but they have also added some new Portuguese items to their menu - again worth having! The staff are super friendly and are always there for whatever you need. An amazing place to eat for a good price, you should try it! Of course it is family run.

A little off the beaten path, but a regular spot for the locals - with good reason! When you walk in you are welcomed by a bright and open space with TV's in all the right places to catch the game. There are specials now that hockey's back on! You have to try the Natas dessert.

It's my neighbourhood restaurant so I'm a bit biased. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is a wide range of offerings. I usually go for pizza. Both the thick and thin crust are awesome. The lasagna is very good and at lunch the Ruben sandwich is yummy.

Went for dinner before a flames game food was great service was great will come back.

Cheap and tasty. Steak with mushrooms 8 oz is 19$. Comes with a starter (soup/salad), a side (fries/stuffed potatoes). The service was really good and the guy there always checked we're good and refilled our water.

Good food, good value. Waitress Stephanie was amazing and had a sparkling personality. They were short staffed and she did great! The Nata dessert was awesome! Order two of them, you'll love them.

Very friendly staff. I ordered a Chicken Skewer to go. There was neither fork nor napkin. As for the food the salad was good but the chicken was not fully cooked and the rice was just ok.
