Worst company ever please do don't use. Use Avis or Enterprise.They will also give you free upgrade so you will use them again.There is also no hidden fees when you use them.We booked on line and Camilo wanted to charge extra for his personal fee for his serivce of doing his job at FOX. Our company that we used called them and made sure everything was correct and the price before we got to him. We did not rent a cheap vehicle we got an SUV. After we get to our location we try to reverse the vechical and the reverse on it does not work. Then after we started driving the oil light turns on. I cant believe they would let anyone drive that out of the parking lot. Especially if he saw us with our 2 year old son. Avis and Enterprise are great and you will not be disappoint with them and they are also fast on all the paper work.

La señora Mappy Ávila, una de las dueñas de esta empresa, chocó mi carro en la carretera y no aceptó la responsabilidad y no puso a disposición su póliza de SURA para que me respondiera. Les recomiendo NO RENTAR carros con esta empresa pues no son serios con la normatividad y ajustan todo a su conveniencia. En las fotos es claro que ella invadió el carril por el que yo iba y aún así dijo que no ponía la póliza a disposición y que ella prefería poner un abogado para que determinara la culpa y que yo pusiera el mío, valiéndose del hecho que ella tenía los recursos para pagarlo y yo no. Esas fueron afirmaciones que hizo en las comunicaciones que entabló conmigo. POR FAVOR NO SIGAN APOYANDO A EMPRESARIOS CON DUDOSA REPUTACIÓN Y NADA DE ETICA.

Buena atención al momento de rental el carro y recibirlo seguimos lo indicado, rentamos el carro en marzo 12 de 2021 pagamos un seguro adicional que no estaba previsto en la cotización inicial firmamos un voucher en blanco que tenia validez por 30 días después de entregar el carro por pago de peajes multas o algo así, debían devolverlo anulado y no lo hicieron en septiembre 6 meses después me cobraron 500.000 de una foto multa cosa que no probaron, no anexaron fotos o pago al tránsito, tengo entendido que el cobro de un comparando llega una semana máximo después de ocurrido el incidente, no me devolvieron el dinero. No los recomiendo para nada; deshonestos en su actuar

Warning even if you buy their insurance they will find something wrong with the car when you come back . When I rented the car they were minor scratches all over the car. I made as many notes as possible . When I return the car the attendant found an obscure out-of-the-way scratch that was not noted on the checkout . Bingo it cost me even though I had insurance you still have to pay deductible . The people in line in front of me also had the same issue . A stain in the seat . There cars are good but kind of beat up and well used . My recommendation is stay away from FOX CAR RENTAL even though they are inexpensive in the end you will pay $

The worse experience renting a car ever... They charged $829 to my credit card on top of the renting fee wich it was $294 dollars just for guaranty instead of placing a hold. It was a process to have my money back and they didn't credit the full amount. Don't use this company La pero experiencia que he tenido... pusieron un cargo extra en mi tarjeta por $829 ademas del cargo por rentar el carro que fue de $294 solo por garantia en vez de congelar el monto. Cuando finalmente me devolvieron mi dinero procesaron el credito por menos valor. No use esta compañia

El servicio es bueno pero si haces una reserva por expedía o booking tienes que tener en cuenta que no te vuelvan a cobrar también recomiendo tomarle un video al vehículo antes de empezarlo a usar yo lo hice y ahora lo recomiendo por que de no haber sido así me iban a cobrar un rayón que el carro ya tenía y mostré el video al personal y de lógica no me podían cobrar por que era evidente. Así que pilas!

We booked a car 6 weeks in advance. Arrived at the airport to get it and were told the manager was not in yet, but would be there in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, the manager was not there and he said they didn't have a car for us after all. My wife told him it was unacceptable, and he was rude and condescending to her on the phone. Never again - terrible company.

its the worst experience I ever had with a company, the people on the desk are pushing you to buy insurance that you dont need and even if you dont want to they charge to your credit card, saying that you will get the money back..which is not true! So the first price you had when you reserve it doubles when you go to pick up the car. WORSTTTTTTT BECAREFUL!!

No la recomiendo para nada. Tenía una reserva hecha con 15 días de anticipación, al momento de llegar al mostrador la respuesta fue que no tenían información de reservas y que no era responsabilidad de ellos. Tenía un viaje planeado y todo se vio afectado por la irresponsabilidad de esta empresa; además, fueron muy groseros en su atención. Nada confiable

The worst experiencie ever. Had to pay a taxi cause they are not clear about where to take the shuttle. We paid for the rental but when we finally got to the pick up center we had to pay an extra 50% of the initial price. Better to go with a company that already includes the price. Dont recommend this place at all!

Horrible experience. They will tell you they do not have the car category you booked just so you upgrade at a hefty cost to the same category. They play the trick over and over cheating customers. I have heard horrible stories of overcharging as well as not handling properly of your credit card data. AVOID!!!

Charged us for damage that was marked when the car was picked up. Said that the damage was larger than the original Mark which was only done in pen. Car had no further damage and the man at the desk was unhelpful and rude. Even if they offer the cheapest price they will rip you off in the end.

La peor experiencia, rentamos un carro en noviembre del 2021 y aun estamos esperando los 200 dolares del depósito, no contestan llamadas ni correos, aparte hicieron un caro extra a la tarjeta un mes después de entregado el carro sin justificación alguna, sigo sin esperando mis 200 dolares

Fatal. Cuando lldgue a recoger el carro mw salieron con unos nuevos cobros por 120 dolares mas por tres dias. Pagie en total 258 por tres dias. Increible . Unonhace la reserva por internet y cuando llegua a recoger le salen con otro cuento

Great service. Our flight was delayed and arrived at Bogota at 10.45pm… 45 minutes after they were supposed to close. They left someone to meet us, meaning we didn't have to find a hotel at the airport for the night. Thank you.

Hace una semana rente con la organización encontré un excelente precio, la atención fue muy buena y el carro que se me entregó estaba en excelentes condiciones. Volveré a rentar en está compañía se las recomiendo.

Pésima calidad de carros. No dieron un carro sin mantenimiento, las balatas pegaban con el tambor, lo cual es sumamente peligroso. También nos quisieron cobrar por servicios inútiles. Utilice como último recurso.

Do not rent from them. I had a reservation with a total charge detailed out and someone who said his name was Juan Carlos wouldn't give us the car for that price. He kept adding fees so we walked away.
