I have had a very positive experience with this dentist office and Dr. Page. There is never any wait and the procedures are done quickly and efficiently. My favorite thing about this dentist is his use of the latest dentistry technology. Prior to coming to this office I hated going the dentist. I couldn't imagine how the crude instruments they used hadn't progressed in the last 30+ years. Where was the innovation in this field? I knew it had to be somewhere and was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Page introduced me to their teeth cleaning process which didn't include any sharp poking/scraping instruments. What a relief! The teeth cleaning was a breeze and I felt no pain like I usually do from all the poking around. I also got a filling and they used a diamond drillbit which was much faster and efficient than the alternative at most dentists' offices. Again, the technology allowed me to be in and out in no time. Recently, I worked with Dr. Page to replace my old nightguard for teeth grinding. He told me that there was a newer model that wasn't just a teeth grinding deterrent but eliminated it altogether by placing the jaw in a neutral position so that the muscles didn't need to move at all at night. I've been using it over a week now and it's amazing. I no longer wake up with a tired jaw or feeling like I wrestled a bear. Complete ease in my temples and jaw. I can't say that I like going to the dentist much more than I used to, but I will say that Dr. Page has made it a lot less anxious of an event for me. If you have felt like I did at any point in your life about going to the dentist I highly recommend you give this office a try!

As a kid, I always hated going to the dentist because my dentist was always pretty rough with his patients. I felt a lot of pain because the novocane never full worked. I could feel the drill drilling into my teeth. As an adult, those experiences always haunted me, so I rarely went to the dentist. Only teeth cleanings. A friend had recommended me to Printers Row Dentistry and she gave glowing reviews so I thought I would give it a try. Let me tell you, I was extremely nervous at first but Dr. Ema and her team were top notch professionals, friendly, explained the processes and they really took the time to explain how to care better for your teeth. Last week, I had two fillings replaced by Printers Row dentistry and, it was the most amazing dental experiences I had ever had. I thought I was gonna be in so much pain. I was totally wrong. Dr. Ema took the time to make sure I wouldn’t feel anything and made sure I was comfortable. The entire process was really painless and effortless. I was looking for a new dentist and my friend recommended this place. She used to shadow Dr. Ema before getting into a dental school. As particular as my friend is, she said that Dr. Ema is very detail and thorough as no one she has even seen before. When I came to my first appointment, it was definitely the way she said. Besides, I learned so much information that no other dentist has ever provided. She recommended to change some habits to prevent the shift in the upper jaw (no going into too many details). In a few months, I have decided to place my first crown with her. Results are incredible! I am in a process of getting an implant now. Before I began coming to Dr. Page's practice, I hadn't smiled widely in over 30 years, and I have countless professional and casual photos from over those years to prove it. I also suffered through decades of constant pain, and sensitivity to foods and beverages that were either too hot, or too cold for me to endure. Four other dentists I went to in downtown Chicago -- obviously experimenting with the technologies and techniques that Dr. Page wields so well -- charged me thousands of dollars (of course tapping all of the insurance funding possible), but usually only made matters worse. It feels pretty good to be able to smile again, to drink ice-water, eat cold fruit or enjoy hot cocoa without grimacing in pain. All of that and more I owe to the ethics, skills and abilities of Dr. Page, and Printer's Row Dentistry.

Dr. Ema at Printer's Row Dentistry offered exceptionally high quality dental services! Not only did Dr. Ema perform my routine dental cleaning herself, but she spent a lot of time with me answering my questions and providing information. I never felt rushed, even though I had scheduled the last appointment of the day on a Friday. When she found a cavity, she also offered to fill it on the spot. She even called afterwards to ensure that I had not had any issues with the filling over the weekend! The office also had so many thoughtful touches-- from the lovely selection of teas and coffees in the waiting area to a charging station for phones in the exam rooms. If you're in the market for a new dentist I highly suggest Dr. Ema!

I have been to Dr. Ema multiple times now for cleanings and to have some fillings changed out. This was an experience for me as up until this point I had only gone to one other dentist my whole life (he recently retired). You can imagine my apprehensiveness, however, Dr. Ema is very professional and kind and does a very good job of explaining what work she will/has done and what may need to be done in the future. The support staff at the office are so nice and helpful and the hygienist I had provided me with the most gentle cleaning I have ever had! Bonus - they’ve really improved the office to make it a comfortable and stylish space. I have already recommended Dr. Ema to multiple friends and co-workers.

I am no fan of going to the dentist but the friendly welcoming staff/environment def make it not so bad. I received a cleaning/whitening and satisfied. Dr Kaori is super friendly and informative, my hygienist was thorough and considerate of my thoughts about going to the dentist. She made every effort to make sure it was as pain free as possible. The assistant that does the whitening was also very thorough and I couldn’t have asked for a better visit. Also great music to listen to which helps distract from the fact you’re at the dentist ;). I highly recommend them and doubt you will be disappointed!! I guess my only complaint is that they don’t send an Uber to pick me up for my visits lol

The entire experience was wonderful; yes I said wonderful, referring to a dental appointment!! The entire staff is warm and friendly. They make you feel as though you’ve been going there all along. Dr. Emma, hands down is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! I even had to get a “surprise filling” and that went great! Dr. Emma took extra time to create an amazing temp while I’m waiting for my teeth. She also worked longer to make it, so I had 2 appts rather than 3. Not a regular dentist-going type. SO… very fortunate to have found a friendly and professional dentist who honestly cares about his patients. Dr Page is very knowledgeable, forthcoming and has a great personality. He explained his process and my treatments thoroughly. His staff is great. The office has a nice modern but warm feel with some really nice original oil paintings and it makes you feel like you're not at a typical dentist office. I know I’ve found a dentist I can have confidence in and stick with.

I have been seeing Dr. Kaori Ema for about two years now and have actually sat with this root canal for about 8 months now, so I'm reasonably well-qualified to review her work. Her personal treatment of her patients is excellent and while her services do not come cheap, she provides great value in a comfortable environment. Although I have moved away and I'm taking much better care of my teeth and need her less these days, I will be returning for my cleaning in a couple weeks and I'm looking forward to it.

A wonderful experience from start to finish! I went to see Dr Kaori Ema for a teeth whitening session before my sister's wedding so I could look wedding day photo ready! Dr Ema did a quick exam and her assistant did a quick polish and then sat through 3 rounds of whitening. I was there for about an hour or so and was super happy with the results. The before and after photos were so easy to see the change in my teeth. I was getting so many compliments on them. Thank you for making me feel my best!

I've tried to make an appointment multiple times, both through the website and over the phone, and haven't gotten anyone to pick up or respond to my voicemail/online appointment request. When I called on friday at 2pm, it said it was outside of their working hours (which is listed at 5pm) so i'm really confused how they get busy with such poor responsiveness.

I had my first cleaning here yesterday and I have never been more impressed with a dental office. I get anxiety while going to the dentist but everyone here is super educational and helped me understand things that a previous dentist has never done. They were also incredibly thorough while cleaning my teeth. I can’t say enough good things about this office!

I've been going to Printers Row for 2 years, I got invisalign and had two teeth bonded to fix discolorations, and also will be getting fitted with a retainer. I am VERY happy with the results.
