First, I do not know how they have 4 stars when they have deleted or labeled reviews not recommended. Secondly, they are contracted with Arpin Van Lines. *There is a lack of communication *Lie about delivery window (please see other reviews, mostly those not recommended) *No one know how to get a hold of the driver and cannot call dispatch directly. Can't they radio him? *It takes days for them to relay information after customer initial contact. *The lack of accountability of the driver is why customer things end up missing. *They take on other contracts after customer pick up which is why they do not make there delivery window. Unfortunately, I did not do my homework as I usually do prior to signing a contract. That was the biggest mistake and has cause much headache and stress. I had someone come out and do a home estimate. The person was friendly and professional. The gentleman Don Carlson was eager to get our business. They even lowered the price by applying a bunch of discounts. Because this was a personal move without the military, we were looking for something cheap, but *remember* you get what you pay for. Prior to pick up, I notified Priority I needed an extra stop and was told to talk to the driver. On the day of pick up, a driver arrived (I never received prior notification as to when they would be coming) and took inventory and loaded our things. He was not friendly at all. I notified him of the extra stop and I was told I would be contacted by the driver who would be actually handling our furniture. I never received the weight of the furniture until the 3rd day. I actually had to call Ms. Christina D. She said she had to get back to me (which is a way too common phrase. My items were picked up on April 11th and I was given a delivery time frame of April 13 and April 21. In between that I had not heard from anyone and called Christina to find out about delivery. She has no clue where the driver was. It took a day or two to get back to me about our shipment. I was told the driver was a week behind schedule and my things would not be delivered until April 28th. No one bothered to contact me about the delay and no one had information when I kept calling. I got tired of going through the middle man and asked for Arpin Van Lines contact. I talked to Chris Kumkin out of headquarters and he was not able to get information. On April 22nd I was contacted to say my things would be delivered on the 26th. On the 25th I called to confirm things were still on schedule and Arpin had no clue where the driver is and she would have to get back to me. I have only move with one other company (United Van Lines). I had a couple things missing, but I ALWAYS had communication with the drive via his cell phone and things were always delivered within 2-3 days. For the people that work at Priority and Arpin Van Line, you should be ashamed to work for such a poor and irresponsible company

I am updating my review. Having noticed the response from the owner on this site I contacted the number given. In the end, they did nothing to make up for their negligence. I submitted a claim and they paid the minimum .60/lb. Please DO NOT use this company unless you buy FULL REPLACEMENT INSURANCE. I thought we were getting a good deal, and after all, what could go wrong in a point-to-point move 25 minutes away, right? WRONG. Our loss in terms of damages and missing items is valued at several times more than the total cost of the move. E.g., a wardrobe box full of clothing weights $70 lbs. At $.60/lb the insured value is only $42. I can't even replace a single item for $42. Lesson learned. Don't let this happen to you. _________________________ Original review: I am extremely disappointed with Priority Moving. We used them recently for an in-city move, point-to-point. Several items were damaged due to mishandling, and still others were lost somehow en route. The first problem was that they sent a smaller crew and truck than they promised. Their representative came out to look at our belongings and gave us a price based on a 4-person crew, and an eight-hour window within which to accomplish the move. They ended up sending a 3-person crew and a smaller truck, which we eventually discovered was not empty to start with, but contained items from another source. This meant they had to make two trips, and instead of taking eight hours it took twelve! They gave us a ‘not to exceed’ price so we didn’t have to pay extra, but it consumed much more of our time, and that of the crew, than any of us expected. Than, as we began settling in and unpacking we realized a number of big ticket items were missing (suitcases, a large standing mirror, a bicycle rack, a paper shredder, fireplace tools, etc.) We called the Priority, and the driver subsequently found some, but not all, of our missing items still in the truck. We know the other items were not left behind, because we went and cleaned the entire house the day after the move. We also checked with the new owners just in case they moved something, and they had not. So what happened to those items? I still do not know. We are still identifying things that didn’t arrive. For a short point-to-point move they do not create an itemized manifest. If I were to do this again, I would insist on an empty truck, and carefully supervise the loading and unloading, and not sign off on the move until I had inspected the truck to make sure everything was unloaded. Lesson learned the hard way.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I am NOT happy with Priority Moving. Over the past week I learned that myself and my husband were lied to about our pack dates. I was told in person while my husband was told in person, on the phone, and in an email that our pack dates were to be June 19th and 20th. When no one showed up on the 19th, I called about 8:45 to find out what happened. My husband's contact, Donald, told me that even though the military does not work on the weekends they do. He said that our pack dates were actually on the 21st and 22nd. Well no one showed up that morning! So my husband called and after a few attempts he was finally able to get in touch with someone. They looked up our information in their computer and said our pack date is on the 22nd with a truck date of the 23rd. I have been through 3 moves with the military and even when we had a small house they needed 2 days to pack our stuff up. Because of the lies I was told, I do not believe that any packers are coming to my house on June 22nd. And if that is the case, then one of three things will happen; the truck comes on Monday with nothing packed; the truck comes on Monday with half the house packed, or the truck doesn't come at all. If I went by the fact that we were told the 19th & 20th for our pack dates and they didn't happen, your company has shown me that you cannot be trusted. And as of 9:00am there are no packers to be seen. My husband was told the packers would be here 8:00am sharp! Do not use this company!! They lie to you. They do not show up when you have scheduled dates. And if we ever get someone to come pack our house, I fully believe because of what I have posted on social media, they will break, destroy, or lose our things. The military will be informed first thing Monday morning and I will make sure that Priority Moving will no longer be used for any military moves.

A truly GREAT experience! Thank you Priority Moving for making the process of moving so easy. From the initial phone call I knew I was dealing with a different caliber of company - customer service was awesome. The representative asked a lot of questions in order to determine the size of the truck and suggest the number of men for the job. I chose to have a three man team for 4 hours for this move - I had one flight of stairs at the old place and two flights at the new. There were follow up phone calls to confirm the move and the driver even called me when he was on his way! The truck was right on time and the movers were clean, polite and personable. They laid down mats to protect the rugs and floor. The door jams were also fitted with protective coverings. The three man team worked well together and they never stopped - I was moved out of my old place quickly and efficiently. I knew the new place would have some obstacles - parking would be difficult (I moved near downtown San Diego), a longer walk to the stairs, two narrow staircases! Amazingly, I never heard one complaint from any of the three young men. They spoke quietly, joked appropriately with each other (no foul language or inappropriate comments) and seemed to enjoy their hard work. Nothing was broken, scratched or dropped - I am still amazed at the speed at which they moved but the care taken with my personal belongings. They presented me with a box of cookies when they were all done! I even received a call from their office to make sure I was satisfied with the service that was provided. I was and I will highly recommend Priority Moving to everyone!!

Moving is always hard, and there is probably no such thing as a perfect move. Something always gets scratched or bumped, something often gets broken. If all of that is smalls stuff, I consider it a great move. My husband and I both would say this was a great move. There are two general categories of success from Priority Moving, we think. One is the people and one is your processes. The two work together very successfully. Andre, Goeffery, and Michael helped us both days (packing and moving), and there were two others who helped one day each (John and Joel). They introduced themselves when they arrived, and Andre who was in the supervisory role began to joke lightly with us, which set the mood. These guys worked hard, kept us informed of what they were doing all the time, finished more quickly than expected, and were fun and interesting to work with. We somehow chose the hottest day of the year to move and yet they kept their senses of humor and hard work ethic going the entire time. The processes you have in place are followed by everyone, it seems. From receiving a phone call at the front end to confirm times and places and keep us informed, to the way the guys parked the trucks with caution cones, to announcing their breaks, to carefully reviewing paperwork and getting signatures, to receiving mid-afternoon calls to ensure all was going well, you guys clearly care about following tried and true processes for success. And they worked. We will use Priority Movers again and we will recommend you to others. Thank you for helping us through an exciting and challenging time!

If I could give zero stars I would. The packers missed several drawers and a cabinet, bu ut luckily left a box that was half full. Movers showed up early to load the truck, and all was great until about 3pm. I fed them, provided drinks through the day, and my father even tipped them all. At 3 I overheard them talking about how they couldnt wait to be done. At 5 they cornered me by the truck asking if I knew the weight, and that it was up to 14,000lbs. We are only alloted 10,500 military move, husband overseas. They told me I was looking at paying 3,000 to 5,000 easy upon delivery and said I needed to leave my stuff behind. I trusted them, and agreed to leave my childrens 4 mattress sets, an expensive rug, my expensive samsung laundry pedestals, and other furniture and tool box. They left in such a hurry that they left tools, and moving blankets, along with my paperwork for the driver. I then realized they packed lincoln military housings closet doors, and wood. They were working on our unit from a flooded hit water heater. I called and emailed the company and got NO response. A week later I finally was helped by Brandi, who tried to help, but because I said ok out of fear, the company doesn't see anything wrong with my children no longer having a bed to sleep in. We moved do to money issues, so the fear of having to come up with another 5,000 just to get our furniture made me stupid. Stay far away from this company, they don't care about military families at all.

I was very disappointed with the overall experience. They moved us rom San Diego to San Francisco area on July 19 to July 26. The pre-move process was very nice. Office people and Don in particular (the agent I worked with) acted very professionally (I would give them B+). But the actual move was very unsatisfactory. The packers did not do a good job. The packed many unrelated things together and lost many of our assembly pieces. Electronic equipments wires and accessaries were packed together and some were lost, (I would give them a D). and delivery people were awful. They damaged and broke few things in front of our eyes. The truck driver was not responsive after the move when we were missing a few boxes and one box in particular that had all the assembly parts. We had several items damaged , broken or missing (I would give them an F). Overall this was the worst moving experience for us and I have moved 8 times from US to Europe, east coast to west cost twice and Chicago to San Diego twice. I would not recommend this truck driver and his crew. But the office people and operation people are very good. I wonder why they never tried to fix the problem we had with the driver unresponsiveness. We are still waiting for claims to be handled by their claim office. and truthfully we are not done with them. I also waited 3 months to write this review hoping that something would turn better, but it has not.

Today my wife and I executed a new step in our life moving to our first place that we were able to choose together. After several months of careful consideration of where to go, choices made, and papers signed we had our things ready to go with one final step. Who to pick for the big move? We both had to take several days of leave to be able to move out from our downtown apartment to complexes by Kearny Mesa. The Padres stadium is right across the street so the parking and work is more challenging as well as the several flights of stairs at the new apartment. Our crew consisted of Eric P, David B, and Geoff. They were downright phenomenal. A few descriptive words I would choose for them as a group would be: Professional, respectful, efficient, courteous, conditioned, and adaptable. I highly recommend that the management recognize them as being far above average and promote them as the example of the organization. This group was the staple of customer service. I've moved a total of nine times in the last six and a half years and by far they were the best movers I've ever had help. From the details of asking how things were packed to being downright cheerful even given the heat and the heavy boxes up three flights of stairs. The time it took to get everything done was impressive and I'm glad that we chose Priority moving.

The delivery crew (Leonardo, Rey, Cristopher, Angel, and Armando) from Priority showed up, some who were unfortunately unable to communicate with my fiancé or I, due to not speaking any English. Anytime I was out of the room, the team leader, Leonardo, was making repeated advances towards and borderline sexually harassing my fiancé. They were in an extreme rush to get the job done the entire time they were at our home. They unpacked all of the boxes as requested but were not able to reassemble any of the furniture that the loading crew had disassembled, due to “not having directions”. They were in such a rush that they missed small pieces in the packing paper, dumped boxes onto the floors and into closets, and then stole my Nintendo Wii and some of it’s accessories. They did not end up unpacking all of the boxes, as they were rushed. Leonardo was noticeably exasperated that I was taking my time filling out the loss/damage notification form, and explained his boss was unhappy that he and his team were still at my residence.

Ohmygosh, our movers were absolutely SENSATIONAL! They arrived 15 minutes early (early, 6:45am – yawn!) and were all smiles. Cristian, Jeremy, and Anthony were nicely dressed, clean, and ready to work. And WORK they did! LOVED how the entry door way at both locations were wrapped with a huge pad. I even took a photo! We were stunned that even our Target lamp shades (haaa!) were handled with as much care as our high-end furniture. Everything was wrapped and protected professionally. Cristian had to disassemble and assemble my huge heavy over 100-yr old dining room table and did it as if it was his own. Gently and with extreme care. Only two things were broken when we got to our new house..........and I did it! I have already told people about PRIORITY and will continue to do so. If you are on Facebook, I’d be happy to post a testimonial and on Yelp (where I found you.) Please tell Cristian, Jeremy and Anthony that Big Glenn, Jill, and dogs Harry and Jack send them a HUGE THANKS!!!! JILL HAMMONS

My father passed away somewhat unexpectedly and that forced the quick sale of my parents' home and a subsequent move. We went with Wheaton /Priority Moving because of a friend's recommendation. Thank goodness! Priority helped coordinate a Las Vegas to San Diego move and worked with their affiliate in Vegas. I had to coordinate from San Diego and then Las Vegas and they helped every step of the way. From Whitney in San Diego to Stephanie in Las Vegas to Steve and Patty (our drivers/movers) everyone we dealt with was kind, compassionate and professional. The cost was VERY reasonable and the organization and coordination of everything went smoothly and without problems. The moving crews in both Las Vegas and San Diego were very good, very courteous and professional... despite the fact we had 11 tons (yes, tons) of stuff (60 years' worth) and the move occurred in Las Vegas when it was 116 degrees. I would, without hesitation, recommend Priority Moving.

  • Mosetta Forrest

Mosetta Crosby Palmer The moving process can be very stressful and especially when you have a 6bedroom/6bath home completely furnished to breakdown, pack, transport and set up. "How do I call? Are they credible? Will they try to upsell me or misrepresent their services?" I called several companies to secure appointments for someone to come out and provide a quote. A representative from Priority Moving called me back immediately. Someone was at my home the very next day to provide a detailed walk through and get an understanding of my moving needs/requests. A week out from the move, I had a snag in the date and called Priority Moving immediately to see if they could modify the agreed upon move date. They did so without hesitation. The crew [Mickey (crew leader), George, Ray and Tony] arrived on time. They were swift, polite, and very careful not to damage any of my belongings or structure of the exiting home. I HIGHLY recommend Priority Moving!

In 1967 I was an owner-operator leased to Mayflower and then Atlas Van Lines. With this experience I am often asked to help move relatives. Recently I was asked to assist family moving from San Diego back to the Midwest using rental equipment. Priority had been engaged to load the truck. The loading situation was one of the worst I've seen. Inadequate preparation, trash everywhere, and packing incomplete. The priority crew was unphased and treated their customer as if they were a full service corporate move. It requires more work to move all the pack by owner cartons of different sizes, but they were loaded into the truck in tight tiers. The few pieces of furniture were well wrapped. protected and stowed. Although these family members could have found slightly cheaper pricing, the service they got was more worthwhile than the few extra dollars spent to have a job done right.

  • Ramez Faza

I'll keep this review short and to the point. * The sales person lied to me about the entire move and then disappeared after I tried to contact him on multiple occasions to find out what happened to my items. * The items were not sent to me for almost three weeks after I arrived into my new home. * The entire shipment was moved from one truck to another and mixed with other household goods for other customers. * I have so many missing and broken items and I am getting the run around form both priority and their moving company Arpin Van line. * Arpin Van line called me an hour before they wanted to drop my shipment when was late in the afternoon, when they should have given me 24 hours. I asked them to postpone until the next morning. * When the van arrived, they had no one to unload the goods and the drive had to call around looking for contractor to unload the goods.

Priority Moving has been found by the CPUC (California Public Utilities Commision) to have been illegally overcharging a 5% consumable fee on all their contracts, including overcharges on our unloading time, and overcharging for services not performed. All Priority Moving customers, past, current, and hopefully NOT FUTURE customers, should review their contracts, and send in a formal complaint to the CPUC and request a review of their contract and bill of lading for a refund due to them. We don't even want to get into the horrible crew they sub-contracted for our packing; resulting in over tens thousands of dollars worth of damage paid out by their insurance company, which was well under what the repairs and replacements actually cost. We hope Priority Moving has their license revoked due to their illegal, fraudulent actions

  • Margaret Zamora

As a senior move manager who has a business moving Seniors, I chose Priority Moving Company after having poor experiences with three other San Diego moving companies. My move days must go perfectly for my clients. The most recent move was with the crew of Derrick, Felix, Anthony C. and Donnie, Jr. These guys came earlier than usual to accommodate my schedule. They hustled from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., never once giving me any attitude about my requests. The crew was very friendly and professional throughout the very hot day. All the furniture was protected and handled with care…no breakage or damage to anything. Because of their fast work, they saved my client money and enabled my team to begin unpacking and setting up my client's new home, which I really appreciate! Will definitely use again.

  • April Berger

We were very happy with the services provided by Priority Movers. From the initial visit to the home for the quote with Carlos, to the time they drove off after the move, everything was great! The prices were fair and they contacted me before the move to ensure we were all set for the big day. They brought along several wardrobe boxes for our clothes as well. On the day of the move they arrived on time as scheduled. They did a great job at the house loading everything in the truck. They protected our doors, flooring, and our belongings to a much higher standard than the movers we have used in the past. The workers were clean, you could communicate with them, they were friendly, professional, and hard working. If we move again in the future they will definitely be the ones we hire!

  • Rick Smith

I had my mother who is 85 ask to have them pack for her and had it setup the day before the move. Priority called and canceled the day before packing and said they would do it all the next day. The movers showed up and had no idea they also had to pack. It is late afternoon and they are still packing. It will be late this evening before we can even get the house setup for my mother who is naturally stressed about how long it is taking. I have no problems with the movers very hard working. Priority did not estimate this job correctly and hired out another firm with horrible information! I would never use this company after my mother's experience. Again, the movers were great but Priority set them up for failure. Tried to call Priority to complain but their mailbox is full!

  • Vanessa Miller

If I could give 0 stars, I would! They lost a table! A whole dinning room with the cool cafeteria stole chairs that swivel out (Galvin Cafeteria Table from Cost World Market). The thing is 60"W x 44.1"D x 31.7"H, 214.3 lbs. My new Dyson MCU, a real wood bookshelf, a stool, a desk chair, a recliner, a 4x6 rug. But the kicker is two of my diplomas in their lithograph frames and my professional certificate, my husband’s commissioning paper in a frame, a case with all his challenge coins, a terra-cotta soldier from China, a plate from our wedding all our guests signed, our kids baby pictures framed with signatures from friends and family. They also busted the leg on my piano. If you want ALL your stuff and in one piece, don’t use them!

  • Carol Osman

We were moved from Spokane Wa to Las Vegas. Our pick up was split between two addresses. Jamie and his crew were on time, worked hard and did an excellent job. They wrapped all of our items in blankets and shrink wrap. When arriving in Las Vegas they un wrapped everything, picked up after themselves and put together everything I asked them to. They placed all of our furniture where I requested. This is one very hard working crew. We have moved 28 times and I will never shop for a moving company again. Not only were they the most cost effective they did a great job communicating with us throughout the process. I would give this company my highest recommendation. Thank you to Guy, Whitney, Jamie and his crew for a job well done.

  • Lacy Veltmann

Ernesto and Brian helped us move last week. My boyfriend was moving from 4S Ranch, I was coming from Mira Mesa, and we were moving to Point Loma. They started around 8:00am and I believe we finished up right around 1:00pm. They were great--they carried all of the big furniture that we couldn't life ourselves (including my unnecessarily heavy dresser) and they moved pretty quickly. When you're paying by the hour, you want your movers to not mess around and work efficiently, which they did for the most part. I would definitely recommend this company to help you move--all of our things came off of the moving truck just the way they went on. I appreciate the care taken to provide us a pleasant experience.

  • Jonathan Kawi

To start off the customer service was great, however, when I received my furniture I had a couple of damages. It was bought from Jerome's furniture (so it wasn't cheap like Ikea), they manage to destroy it through carelessness. It takes a lot of force to destroy the type of furniture that I have, but managed to do it. I did go through claims and contacted the representative who were both gave me excellent service and apologized for the damages. I just wish the workers weren't as rough they are on the furniture I had moved. I recommend getting there insurance coverage, it's a lot more extra but, given the type of people who were moving my stuff, they seem to not have cared one bit.

Happy to write this review. This was our first long distance move and We were very skeptic as we have no idea of how to react to reviews. But we did go ahead with Priority and glad we did. We had a very small window to get things moving, also had a specific date to move. The staff was Very friendly and moved everything fast and efficiently. Right from the On site estimate to confirming final delivery of stuff at destination, we were always kept informed. The best was yet to come. We were pleasantly surprised to get the delivery within 3 days of pickup and everything intact. That was indeed awesome. I Would happily recommend them to anyone.

  • Doris Sites

The team for Priority moving was excellent, headed by Mark who was an excellent leader. He knew exactly what needed to done and instructed his team to start with efficiency and promptness. The team was very courteous and wrapped all the furniture with covers and tape, treating every thing with care. My cherished curio cabinet is very precious to me and it was delivered to my new apartment in one piece and no broken glass, even though it was only 2 miles to destination. I would recommend this company to anyone, I went blindly into this because the were organized & friendly on top of it. Found them on the internet.

  • Alexandra Trumbick

I worked for Priority Moving back in 2007, and would never hire another moving company, because I know Priority actually cares about the customer (and their things). My fiance and I were moving from Mission Valley to Carmel Valley, and had more things that we anticipated (rookie move on our end). The guys, Rene and Leo, were extremely accommodating, and handled the move with grace and style, with zero complaints! If you're looking for a company that will take care of your belongings, in addition to your family, look no further than Priority!

  • Caryn Altman

I couldn't resisit writing a review for Priority Moving. What a uniquely positive expereince our family had with this San Diego based moving company. They moved our daughters belongings from San Diego to Los Angeles. Derrick and Matt were our movers. They arrived on time, worked tirelessly and efficiently, and never seemed to take a break. They were polite and professional and truly made the moving experience run without a hitch. I wouldn't hesitate to use Priority Moving in the future. I would rate them a 10 on a scale of 1-10!

  • zach mayorga

They moved me from San Diego to Houston and it was the best and most inexpensive move I personally have ever had! They arrived as scheduled and two men moved my 928 sq/ft house in about 3 hours and packed it all with moving blankets and wraped that in plastic. Literally not a scratch or dent in anything. On the unload they put everything in place and again everthing was in prestine condition. I will use these guys if they ever move to Houston. The best movers in SD! Thank you Cornelius for the amazing moving experience.

  • Lori Phillips

We were very pleased with the service provided by all the people we had interaction with at Priority Moving. We especially appreciated the movers Brio, Isaac and James. They were courteous, and helpful. They worked really hard and even finished earlier than was estimated. We will probably need to move my Dad again in another year or so, and we will definitely be using your services! Thank you to everyone at Priority Moving for making a difficult task less stressful.

  • Anne Miller-Andersen

These guys,Antonio and Chris, were the bomb when it came to my move. They totally rocked it. They came early, everyone before has been late, they were jovial and actually pleasant , insteads of grumbling or bumbling....they did the work of 3 other movers, took extreme care, with my goods, pointed out damage caused be other movers....they were a pleasure and de-stressed me in a big way. They manged my armoire set-up like a house of cards....GREAT JOB !!!!!!

Have used Priority Moving for 2 moves, one local, one long distance. This last move was really well done. We worked with Guy who helped us put together the move and then Trevor who was the lead guy did a really great job and I am so glad he was part of our move. If we move again, we will definately use Priority Moving again. Everyone at Priority Moving has been good to work with. Definately recommend the company.

  • Lorraine Sheldon

Used them as movers, showed up a day late which they notified 1 hour before the scheduled time of when they were supposed to be there which cost me a day of cleaning with my apartments and couldn’t get my deposit back. They told me they would give me a discount on my cost of move since I paid almost $1900 and now I received nothing and they are ignoring my calls. Do not recommend

  • Wayne VanOosten

My wife, my three kids AND my mother-in law sincerely appreciate all the hard work Priority took on our move. It was not an easy task to say the least. From packing up to transporting and unpacking these guys never stopped until it was all done...and they had smiles through the entire experience. I will be recommending them to all of my family, friends for their moves!

  • Scott Hamlin

Total bait and switch. Was quoted 4 hours for three ‘men’ to move a one bedroom apartment. Ended up with some teenagers that took almost 9 hours, broke and scratched up our furniture and lost a few items as well. Customer service was polite and had some flexibility but overall was left with a hefty bill and damaged furniture. Wouldn’t recommend.

  • Karen Orosz

They came out to my house and gave me a quote. When I told them the reviews were 50/50 good and bad they had nothing to say. I asked them for long distance moving reviews and I never heard back from them again. I emailed again requesting reviews for a long distance review and I got nothing, nada, no response what so ever. Cautionary tale.

  • Tony Henkins

I loved them! Steve got there early and went to work with a crew of three. Three hours later, truck packed and heading for my new digs in Santa Barbara. The truck arrived next day at 7am and was expertly offloaded by friendly and very careful movers. Great experience and Im delighted. Tony Henkins Carlsbad, CA 11/4/2016

the most amazing experience while doing this moving with priorty moving even though moving is so stressful. Mike, Travis, and Ernesto ( make sure to ask for this crew) made it look easy and were so hardworking and proffessional. I would highly reccomend this company if anyone is planning to move. Worth every penny

Absolutely fantastic. Quick, efficient, very careful with the packing (although there were just a few things that got crumpled, minor though) and really fun. Enjoyed them and would highly recommend them again when we move next time. Thank you all London, Helen, Maurice, Karl and Eric

We have had a fair share of international & domestic moves. Priority Moving team performance was above excellent; great attitudes, each man carried his own weight, nothing was damaged, worked at a good pace and their rates were very fair. With confidence, we highly recommend.

I would highly recommend theses guys to anyone. The packers (Israel, Jorge, and Ray) were great to work with. They receive extensive training on how to properly pack house hold goods to be made ready for pick up by the driver. All around best moving experience yet!

  • Luke Lyons

These guys took care of me from start to finish. Very professional and very polite people. The even help set up my furniture and made sure they took their time to get everything right. Would recommend to anyone looking for a trust worthy moving service.

  • Peter Feller

The moving crew was outstanding - made the move fun by continously joking with each other. I can highly recommend them. They were very professional and courteous. They were even really good with my kids. Far exceeded my expectations.

We have used Priority Moving for 2 recent moves and they did a fabulous job! All of the movers were very curtious with us, and extremely careful moving our belongings. We will definetly use them again in the future.

London and Rob did a great job in helping us move. They were very polite, efficient, and careful with our things. The quote was very close to the final bill. Overall a great job.

  • Edward Gangi

Do not ever use them. Worst customer service ever and they contracted out to a company that destroyed all of our stuff. Absolutely atrocious experience even for a moving company.

  • Julie Campos

Ryan and Manny worked well together to get the job done. They both were very pleasant and courteous. Eric and Lacy worked to meet my time frame for the job. Thank you to all.

Anthony and Knoble showed up and did a great job of moving my house. My wife is pregnant so we wanted a moving crew to get it all done, and they delivered. Thanks guys
