Kyle was great. Efficiently worked on the malfunctioning drainage pipe in laundry room in my basement located right next to my massage studio. He made the total cost even more reasonable for me by doing some favor at his level which was a plus to me because in the first place I had no clue that the drainage pipe repairing fees could be over $1000 the minimum. Overall, he had a great insight into the issue the drainage pipe had and didn't miss the potential risks/recurrence prevention by taking the water discharge exit of the pipe a bit further out. The receipt had the same detailed explanation of the matter, repair plans, and costs that I was fully explained by him verbally during our meeting. He even gladly allowed me to record the video (for my family's reference) of his explanations during the service when I asked him if that was okay. I liked the service done by Kyle overall. The pure duration of the service took about an hour or even less I think - replacing the pump and pulling the exterior discharge pipe further. One thing I noticed and was a bit disappointed after the service was in the receipt. I noticed that there are sections that the customer needs to read and sign. They were actually not even mentioned during our meeting nor signed by me but I realized they were just roughly marked by him and presented to me later in the online receipt. I think it's very important that customer needs to be able to be reminded to read and sign all required sections on any forms before, during and after service, not taken for granted, whether or not they are overall satisfied with the service. Great company and employees. Used them for the first time today. Dispatch was friendly and pleasant. Time estimations were spot on. Greg arrived when expected; he was friendly, respectful, and very up front about what the plan was. He also kept me updated throughout the entire process. There were no surprises in the bill. I hope I never need them again, but when I inevitably do, I’ll be calling them.
