Update: The Manager, Jesse, personally reached out and convinced me to go back and give them another shot. I showed up Sunday morning right when they opened at 11am, and while it did take awhile (over 2 hours) my car looked great afterwards. Jesse’s professionalism and the teams attention to detail can’t be beat! Thanks for convincing me to come back. I was really excited to try this place. I’ve been looking for a good car detailing place since I got my new car so I made an appointment to come in after work at 515 on a Friday afternoon. I dropped it off around 510 and am told it’ll take about an hour or so which was fine because I wanted to go shopping in the mall next door anyways. 1hour and 40 minutes later I call to check in and am told they never even got to my car. Didn’t touch it. I was told it could be cleaned right then if I wanted to wait but at this point it’s 7pm on a Friday night and I can’t wait around by myself at this mall any longer. Cherry on top is that they offered me 20% off if I decide to go back... 2 hours of my time wasted is only worth 20% off I just don’t get it. I wanted to love this place and recommend it to all my friends but I was severely disappointed. If I ever go back and have a positive experience I’ll update my review but I will be looking for other places to go before that happens.

Very dissapointed in the work done on my daughter's newly purchased used car. First she was quoted $60 over the phone after discussing in detail the condition of the car and what was needed and when she got there was told it would be an extra $30 to wash and wax the exterior. She left the car for 3 hours and all they did in that time was vacuum and shampoo. The rest of the interior hardware was still coated in dirt, gunk and dust. The exterior had not been touched. He told her to bring it back another day to have it finished meanwhile collecting full payment of $90. I took the car back yesterday and pointed out how filthy the hardware in the car still was and was told that it would be cleaned. When we returned after another 2 1/2 hours the basic exterior was washed but we were told that small black sap spots were baked into the clear coat and wouldn't come out. I've scraped several off with my fingernail. There is still a bumper sticker that they failed to remove and the interior hardware is still caked in grime. This place is probably great for doing regular maintenance cleaning but not real detail work. There was no "detail" whatsoever. We are very dissapointed and would not use them again.

very very very disappointed with this service pulled up to the mall to grab lunch and i saw a hand car was place i drive an M5 and been dying to find a full on hand on only spot to wash my car (sometimes twice a week) car wasnt even much dirty but since i commute to work and it we had little sprinkle of rain i said let me try this guys i asked how much for exterior only he said $59 look up their pricing on they have listed and it was $29 so maybe the guy didnt understand i only wanted out side ok now hes good. i go to get food i come back and the car was literally just wiped with a towel i pin pointed about 8 different spots he missed and then he tryin to tell me i am being very specific on details and yes i might be but if you are a car enthusiast you know your car my car wasnt washed it was wiped and he still tried to charge me $72 with tax and tip when i said something now he said oh your car is big (its a regular size sedan) to be honest i dont even know how much he charged me as none spoke English. i sorry to leave a bad a review to a business but dont try to scam ppl next time.

Horrible experience. I went to the Westshore location because it had the best ratings but they turned out to be the worst. My car was the only one there that day and I was greeted by an associate on the phone with his friend and wouldn't even look at me in the eye. I was told I would receive a call or text when my car was complete and I never did. So I went back 4 hours later to find that my car was ready and clean with 3 associates sitting down, with no other cars to work, on their phone doing nothing, but I couldn't receive a call or a notification? It got worse when I noticed that they removed my Honda Cup holders and one was now missing. They didn't even try to look and they still charged me full price and wrote down my number so that the owner named Dante would call me and I still have not received a call. I would not recommend this location, and if corporate is reading this, check your cameras and you will see all this is true. very disappointed.

This is a complete scam, unfortunately. I was charged $200 for a wash and barely an interior wipe down that I could’ve gotten at Mister Car Wash for $30. I should have inspected on site, but I had a child with me so we were trying to leave. It wasn’t until I got home that I saw they didn’t even vacuum my trunk, left chocolate residue on the interior of a door, numerous bugs still stuck to my grill, dirt and dust everywhere inside. My husband was furious that I got taken advantage of and said for that price, my vehicle should’ve been show room ready! This operation is using its fancy name to charge exorbitant prices for subpar work. Do not recommend and will not be using them again.

I went to Pronto for the first time on Sunday Feb 4 around 2:30 pm. Took my wife's Prius. It was $45 for wash, spray wax, and cleaning the interior. Junior was the one who did the work, he did a great job, my wife and myself are very pleased with the results. Junior was surprisingly quick. I dropped the car off, walked over to the mall and got an ice coffee at Starbucks, made a couple of calls and then got the text that my car was done. Unfortunately I don't remember the gentleman's name who checked me in, but he, Junior, and another tech there were all very professional, friendly, and easy going. I will definitely be going back.

Wow! Just wow. I just moved down here from upstate New York and my car was absolutely disgusting with salt and sand from two New York winters, spilled coffee, food and more. I’m turning in my lease this weekend, so I brought it to Pronto for a full detail to try to get it better. The reviews recently were sort of a mixed bag, so I wasn’t sure what I’d get, but ProntoWash exceeded my wildest expectations. The car was REALLY dirty and now it looks like the day I brought it home from the dealership. I’m so impressed. The next time I need my new car detailed, I’ll definitely be coming back. I wish I’d taken before and after photos!

These guys are awesome! I have two kids under two and two large dogs. To say the least, it's a handful to keep my car clean. Tonight (Sunday) I removed both car seats and headed out to get my car washed. Unfortunately I showed up at my usual go-to a couple minutes before closing and was turned away. Spare time is precious these days and I was pretty bummed. Luckily, I happened upon ProntoWash at Westshore Mall. They were open until 6, were super friendly and did a great job on my car. Today was one of those days where it really meant a lot. I highly recommend them!! Thank you!

I made an appt here for interior/exterior clean (pronto and shine) and there was only one person working. He had another car going so said it would be an hour to hour and a half and would call when ready. An hour and 45 minutes later and no I call I return and ask if the car is ready. I get the keys and was disappointed with the interior clean. It looked like it had just been vacuumed. The dash hadn’t even been touched, still dusty. For over $100 I expected a little better job. Not sure if it was short-staffed or what, but was not a good experience.

Joke of a company First attempt to use a gift card, no call no show for home appointment. Second attempt, guy showed up hours late then decided he didn’t want to complete the job. I called the company many times, left voicemails, etc. no one has been able to provide any assistance. Kept saying the manager will call back. I tried email, I tried social media. Nothing. I gave in and tried to make an appointment in person. Now they say they do not accept gift cards here. It is old management. No customer service to send me to, nothing. DO NOT USE THEM.

Moved to Tampa recently and have been searching for a good hand car wash. Happy to report that I found it! My car was caked with road grime and pollen and now it's so clean I can see my reflection in it. The folks at ProntoWash were friendly and professional and did an excellent job inside and out. The location is convenient too: right next to the Westshore Mall (on the same side of Westshore Blvd) so you can hang out at the mall while they work on your car. I will definitely be back!

Did a good job outside except left wheels dirty in a couple spots. Interior looked fine except drivers side floor mat wasn’t cleaned well - some wet goop in it. I can overlook these things but being questioned as to why I wasn’t leaving a tip is a no no in my book, and then continuing to question me about it after I stated why is even worse. Please don’t ever place a customer in such an awkward situation again. $32 is plenty for a car wash. Probably won’t be returning to this place.

Just got my car fully detailed and I have never been more impressed in my life!! Q, Kyle, and Virgil all did an amazing job! My car literally looks brand new and feels like I just bought a brand new car! I would recommend them to anyone. They were also really awesome people to talk to and enjoyed my whole experience. Shoutout to Asia and Reggie for doing a great job cleaning up my dirty 2019 Honda Accord. They forgot to vaccum the inside of my trunk and the middle comparment of my vehicle. My trunk was very sandy from the beach so that was a bummer. I paid for the package that included the cleaning of my trunk. We are all human, anyone could forget. I appreciate the hard work they put in anyways. Thank you for your service.

I give them 2 stars for finishing my car within the 2-hour window but the job they did is terrible. Multiple spots on the out ide were clearly not washed. I have a ceramic coated car. All you have to do is run water over it and wipe it off. The inside of the car looks average but they did not clean the cracks or corners and they completely ignored the trunk. For $100, this is terrible.

To hangout in the mall, and get your car clean while to have fun is the best. I have one car cleaned one day, and the second car cleaned the second day. Expect to pay from $20 power Exterior hand wash, both my choices were $80 for Ultimate Interior and exterior which include buffer, to all the way $550 for AutoSpa Showroom. Overall great survice, great people, and prices.

Left my car under a tree for a week and it was covered In sap that would not come off, even when I hand washed. Edwin, Reggie and Peaches took 2 1/2 hours to take off as many individual pieces of sap as they could. Car came back looking better than I could've hoped for. This place is great & take the time to take care of your car as if it were their own

Talk about a car wash and detail. I was sooo happy when I went to pick up my car - I may not have done full detailing. But for what I paided. I was a very SATISFIED CUSTOMER. Best car wash in the bay! These guys REALLY KNOW cars, paint jobs, wheels and detailing! They're courteous, professional and they'll work with your schedule to suit your needs. I was very happy! They even gifted me some of the service when I wasn't happy with 1 spot, which deserves commendation because they own up to their work outstandingly!

I got my Honda Accord washed around the Christmas holidays of 2018, and even though this business was packed at the time they still did an amazing job. Jessie hooked me up! I was late getting there and it was close to close. I got the autospa express package and he cleaned for 2 hours. My car looked like Stormy Daniels going in and came out like Mia Khalifa lol. Seriously I can't say enough about the customer service and the job that was done bringing my car back to life.

We just moved down from up north with a salt covered car. The staff and management here were so helpful with detailing my truck it looks brand new. Everything from A/C vents to door molding turned out great. Even floor mats look like new. I will most definitely be back once the pollen season hits.

The car wash was hand washed so that’s 3 stars for hand washing and gave another for the time it took them to wash; took away a star because the back near the trunk area was still dirty like untouched weird! Still a good place to get it washed prices are avg.

Amazing job. I took my 2008 Ford Escape to be deep cleaned and disinfected because it had prior mildew damage and it was a completely new car when they returned it. They were prompt, honest, and worked hard to get my car back into shape. Highly recommend.

Will and Maritza did the Auto Spa Supreme on my car and did an amazing job. They went out of their way to do all the details. Their manager, Jessie, was extemely helpful with a great personality. I will definitely be back and make this my go-to place.

Tried prontowash Westshore for the first time today and I would give it them 6 stars if I could. When I came by to pick up my car it looked brand new. It was obvious that Jesse is very thorough in his work. I would recommend this place to anyone!

DO NOT GO HERE. After doing a bunch of upgrades I said no to due to time as I pulled away I noticed that the had damaged my interior door handle and refused to take any responsibility with the owners wife yelling at me. Total scam, rip off.
