Death trap , 60 %of customers are not wearing masks .pick n pay was great they sanitise and without a mask you are not allowed in the store. Social distancing when pay its well monitored.the hair saloon in the mall excellent because even the stylist that was doing my hair had a mask on and they even have a sanitising machine at the door.otherwise in the mall its scary no masks at all and the management does not care .

For coffee lovers - if you are into coffee café and delicious delicacies this is definitely your low budget favorite local coffe café! With a very good wide range of coffee options as well as delicious pastries KFC Protea Point is a wonderful gem that one should keep in mind whilst shopping at Protea Point . I loved their custard denish as well as their cappuccino. The stuff was very efficient and friendly.

I visited Pick n Pay store in this centre. The bakery is great! However, management need to improve on customer service. You queue for a long time unnecessarily, because they open few teller machines, which causes a lot of backlog on the teller machines, and in turn the shop appears packed, when in reality it is not.

I went to pnp to buy grocery. I bought a vegetable combo with carrots on it. It was on the 31st January, on the 3rd, the carrots packet was rotten I didn't use even one carrot. Unfortunately I did take a picture. We have the best pnp in protea glen. I don't know why I went to that store. I will never ever buy there

Shopping at pick n pay was ok. They were busy with repainting the parking. However they have put concrete bricks on some parking areas apparently to prevent parking in those areas. I nearly drove over one of these because they're not easy to see. Why can't they put 1 metre poles instead?

Today at around 18h45, I rushed to PnP and the service was good, and less than 10 minutes later going back to my car and I discovered that they broke into my car and stole my Car Radio and took some of the things they were in. I looked around and there were no security guards around.

Situated in the heart of Protea North. Easy to get to, public transport just a walk away. Food stores available & KFC, dry cleaning, Post office, private clinic, etc & All the big 5 bank ATMs present. Kofifi Café to relax, enjoy music, wash your car & have drinks. Plenty of parking.

  • Mahlasela Mkhombo

I was at shoprite and the till point service was so poor as one till point was allocated more than 20 people to serve at any given point in time, ie. the queues were too long and slow moving, one could be in a queue for 45 mins. and beyond, that's bad try to improve your services.

  • queen makeleni

There's pick and pay, KFC and there's a shop that sells the best load of chips. They recently opened a car wash which is fully equipped. There's a waiting area while your car is being washed and you can sit there, get drinks while chilling. No rain or sunshine can disturb you

  • Tshisimani gebenga

Not a lot of options of you wanna do your groceries, eat, have fun or anything else really. The wifi is great though. Retains its purpose as a small shopping square since no two stores offer the same services. I

  • Mamachina Zimba

My experience was just what I was expecting nothing extra. I see they have revamped the area after the looting. I feel bad about the behavior of the looters but nothing could be done. I hope for the best?

  • Ronzaar Tshabalala

Another local shopping centre that is playing a good role in this community. Good thing is they close so late thus affording everyone a chance to grab some meals particularly the KFC. Big up!

  • Dimakatso Lebusha

The service received was warm and friendly. The COVID-19 protocols are followed to the T The queue was a bit long and rather slow, nonetheless a great service for a government organization

  • Justice Molahlehi

  • Nompi Motloung

There isn't much to do here the two stars are simply for the incredible service the staff at pick n pay always gives and the amazing staff at the new convenient car wash.

  • Cliff Matshatsha

Adequate parking in relation to the mall size. However, the public ablutions are not clearly labelled. The centre's overall aesthetic needs a revamp/modernization.
