Bought a ring with my wife so she had a plain one she could wear to work, left for 10 minutes and she realised she didn’t like it, and found a better one which she bought. I went straight back with the receipt and was told company policy stipulates they can’t do a refund, they can only swap the item; but if they’re happy to take the item back there’s no reason why they can’t give me the money that I just paid them minutes before. It’s a shocking and outdated policy that is a far cry from caring about the customer, and focuses only on keeping a tight grip on your hard earned money once they’ve got it. I would urge everyone to look elsewhere for their jewellery needs, as we will be from now on.

I discovered this store and it’s staff at the beginning of the year. The girls are all very welcoming, helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to find something if they don’t have it in stock. Highly recommend the bayside store and staff to anyone looking for jewellery!!

Went in to have a ring recently purchased resized, initially staff were very helpful and then when I returned another lady served me and was right away heightened, defensive and spoke in a loud manner. It was so bad I actually cried when I got to my car.

I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Appalling customer service. They're happy to take your money and offer no support thereafter for faulty goods. The salesperson was very rude and so unprofessional. This store doesn’t provide refunds.

Was just getting a ring resized,2 months later can't even leave a msg cos they've shut.they need to get in touch with there customers b4 they start ringing the police for theft!!!

The lady who served me to try help find a ring was very honest and helpful. Although i didn't find what i was after i was very happy with her customer service!

Its a shame that no one bothers answering the phone at this Jewellers shop, especially when you're trying to buy something. Just poor customer service
