Brought my wife a bracelet for Xmas from prouds greensborough , wore it the following day a few hours and a charm fell off, she took it back to prouds epping the next day and they said they'd refund it no problem, they just needed my bank card it was purchased off, so 2 days later went back to greensborough as that's where it was purchased from, when we went there we were denied a refund even though we had purchased it less than a week earlier and told by the manager it had to be sent off and examined by an expert to see if it was faulty or we were at fault they couldn't examine it themselves, after exchanging heated words and getting no where we left and called the epping store they told us it was fine the same person was there my wife dealt with 2 days earlier was there and remembered her, so we went there and got a full refund, absolutely pathetic we've spent around 10 thousand here in the last 3 years on wedding and engagement rings, and refuse to refund a flimsy fault product, we will never shop here again after this experience

The necklace that I purchased from here broke (which was my fault) so I went back and asked if they could send it off to get fixed at their jeweller, Isabella was the person who my mum and I have been dealing with and she told us everything that was wrong with it and agreed on a price with us to get fixed, we then had problems for a month about this situation as there was no communication, changes of price without notification, rude customer service from Isabella and the necklace being sent back and forth 3 times. I went to go pick it up today after the 3rd time being back there and Isabella told the jeweller to cut it 10 cm short when there was no need for that. On the other hand today I dealt with Kathy and she was lovely and understanding.

Prouds the jewellers are brilliant there jewellery is magnificent the staff are friendly and will greet you with a warm smile and a friendly hello so come on down and buy the ring or any peice of jewellery there prices are reasonable

Allison looked after us well. She have good knowledge of jewellery and helped us measuring pros and cons of different rings. Would definitely be shopping our jewellery from here.

This store has expanded so more room to move and more products to view. Good sales for Christmas available. Friendly staff most if the time.
