Very rude manager on Saturday 30/11/2019. Bought dital watch 2 weeks ago, showing date 00 today, went in shop and showed the faulty watch, still not exchanging, telling has to be assessed by manufacturer and will take 5-6 weeks to get back. When asked for refund blant answer u already used it so can't get refund or exchange. Just have to wait until manufacturer says its faulty. Never buy anything from you Prouds..

The shop was busy the young woman who served me was helpful and polite. I needed to have links removed from the watch I just purchased, older lady was rude informing me it would be an hour for this to be done, when then realising I had just purchased the watch then it would be 20 minutes, no apology. When I then requested that the time and date was made correct eye brows were raised.

Everytime I have been in no matter the staff member it's always welcoming and the staff are very helpful and will do everything they can to get what you need in our case a nose stud unfortunately only available through head office as no stores stocked it. But they were able to order it direct through head office.. Highly recommend

Zero customer service , the old lady was very rude very bushy sales person, she did not want to give us the time to try and check which option is better , for 100$ sale on Mother’s Day she pushed for an extra 2$ to get a proper case, do not recommend to go there …

The staff were so helpful, professional and lovely. Helped me select beautiful heart locket and bracelet for my granddaughter and then recommended the Mr Minit for engraving. I'll be heading back to purchase my diamond earrings for sure.

Went in there on Thursday, older women was complaining about staff members to another colleague. She was so rude, completely ignored me and didn’t ask me if I needed help until I started walking out of the store.

Have bought a number of items here including helping my son chose his wedding set he purchased to propose to his now wife. Also buy a lot for my beautiful granddaughter. My first stop when jewelry shopping.

Fountain Gate Prouds (disgraceful) could learn alot from this store, the young lady who served me was so helpful, went out of her way to help me. Great demeanor and pleasant nature.

Was very happy with my purchase. Staff member understood what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing more than I had planned but we'll worth it.

The staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful in this store. Their attitude could be used as an example for new employees to learn from.
