I rang the store one afternoon and inquired whether they had a particular watch in stock. There was only one. I couldn't get to the shop that day but they said they would hold it till the next day if I could get there. Went the next day and picked it up. Great service and I will be back.

Prouds Jewellers is small but good. They often have sale jewellery but generally only have one size. The staff are friendly and helpful and the jewellery is well priced. It's a quaint little Prouds Jewellers and I give it three stars.

Jessica and Samantha were incredible at assisting us with the purchase of an anniversary band - they made the whole process smooth and enjoyable and we were lucky enough to enjoy the Valentine’s Day sales.

Sincere thanks to Samantha for replacing my silver chain. She was so kind, polite and extremely helpful. Prouds are very lucky to have such a fantastic staff member. Give her a pay rise.
