I had a great experience with Public Storage this week! I reserved a unit on Monday night after finding out that the location I had planned on storing my things was no longer available. After reserving the unit using the online system I received a call from Kim within minutes confirming the information I had provided and asking what time the next day would be best for me to come in. She was very friendly on the phone and answered all of the questions I had, making me feel confident that I had made a good choice even before arriving at the facility. When I got to the location I met Kim in person, and, together with Martin, she walked me through the whole rental process. Martin asked me a series of questions to make sure I had selected an appropriate-sized unit and then he took me upstairs to view the space. I had originally selected a 5'x10' unit, but once I saw the space I wasn't sure all of my belongings would fit. Once I got back down to the office Kim walked me through all of the other options available for larger units, and I finally settled on a 10'x15' unit that was running a "$1 first month rent" special. Through the entire rental process Kim and Martin were both professional and friendly. After deciding on the larger unit Martin took me to see it and helped me to install the lock I rented. I told him I would be back later in the evening to begin moving, and so Martin offered to leave me a moving dolly to help make the move easier. When I returned later in the evening the dolly was where Martin said he would leave it, and I was able to move all of my belongings into the space in a very short amount of time. Overall I am very happy with my decision to rent from Public Storage, and the main reason I feel this way is because of the customer service provided by both Kim and Martin. There are many rental options available around the city, and I am very glad that I chose the one that I did. I would definitely recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for an affordable, spacious, convenient, and friendly location to store their belongings. Thanks again, Kim and Martin!

I had a excellent experience at public on wells I had walked in asking about storage spaces and I wanted to know how much about the units Cost? I had a wonderful sales men his named Martin Abdoh He gave me a tour and showed me the different space sizes and when I had more questions he answered all my questions It was a amazing experience. He asked me what was I going to store and I answered him and he kindly tell me what spaces is best for me. He was very kind and seemed like he was trying to get me the best deal. He also recommend me the need for boxes and wrap and etc to make the move in easier. He was very courteous when talking to me. He was very professional and educated me a lot on the importance of the storage space and what boxes needed for my things that I had no idea about. It was great, the store was great, and he was great. Thank you for all your help. Definitely recommend this storage location to anyone in need for one. Walked past public storage and was wondering if my two bedroom can be store there. I came in the store and Martin smiled and ask me how can I help him. He was very friendly. He ask me what I was storing, I explained to him I want to store 2 bedroom temporarily and he than showed me a space that would be perfect for me. On the way to the space, he explained what public storage means and what benefits it had storing here. When we went back to the office, he ask if I needed boxes or Any supplies and show me the deals they have. The office was clean and beautiful, Martin was very friendly and helpful. The visit to this store was worth it. I'm glad I came in to this facility. Definitely recommend!!!

Just wanted to start out saying this is the first storage place that has a clean parking lot and office. Martin the manager that works there was great. He was very friendly and helpful. I came in the office having questions about storage and he was so nice asking me what I wanted to store and than show me the spot that I could be storing. He went out of his way to help me out. Today I went to ask for information on renting a storage place since I'm remodeling my home and need some space to put my things away for a couple of months. Ivan helped me find the perfect size storage for my things, and was very kind and profesional. He also offered storage boxes at a great discounted price, which I bought since they give you your $ back if you don't end up using all of them. I will highly recommend this location to friends/family/neighbors & reviewers. Great job Ivan and Thanks again!

I needed a storage unit fast as I was moving last minute and this location really came through for me! Brittany was beyond kind and you could tell she knew exactly what she was talking about. She allowed me to check out the unit before committing to it and made sure I had everything I needed to not only be ready to store stuff in the unit but also for my actual move. I cannot say enough good things about her and this location. I highly recommend this location!

I just used Public Storage today to prepare for a move. I arrived about one minute before close and Marie was extremely accommodating and made sure I was able to secure my unit before they closed for the day. It was especially helpful because I had a full moving van outside. I'm very pleased with my experience based on today and Marie was really great to work with and very pleasant overall. Highly recommend checking them out and working with Marie :)

A few months ago I came to P.S. and Manny was very helpful. A few months later, I purchased, with Manny's help different size boxes, bubble wrap and tape. Manny helped me pick the perfect boxes without complaining. That is the kind of customer service that every business should have. You are lucky to have him. An honorable mention goes out to Yvette. I met her today and look forward to have her help me with my needs. She is very personable.

When I went there I was just trying to see how much the boxes cost but Martin educated me on saving money on buy the bundle. He is so nice and helpful. Super nice and super helpful. We needed a bigger unit and the woman who helped us took care of the change very quickly. We then needed a bit more room and she helped us get another small unit for the rest of the stuff. They call you the day before to confirm your arrival time and greet you by name when you arrive. Place is very very secure and kept nice and clean. The loading dock fits a large moving truck instead. Highly recommend.

Google public storage and saw this facilty has good review so i came and gave this place a try. Ive been storing at storage facility for years and see if Public Storage was any good. Martin was the person was the one that helped me out. He had great customer service. He showed me the space, explained storing here. He was nice and very detailed. One of the best service i had was here.

I had an excellent experience at Public Storage. The young woman who helped me was Marie! She is very professional, witty and a delightful person! My experience at a previous storage facility made me weary about trying another one. Marie's tone of voice spoke volumes to me, in which it expressed confidence in her knowing her job. I got a storage unit here and was so happy with the service. Brittany, who was working at the time, was extremely accommodating and kind! Martin was a great help when I went to inquire about where I can move and store my belongings. I recently finished up a semester in school and needed to store and move my things. Martin helped me find everything I needed and the process went very smooth. He even gave me his name and how to contact him if I had anymore questions or concerns.

This place should be the standard for every public storage facility. Brittany genuinely says hello every time and was a big help when I first got my unit and it’s so close to home :) This one time I was leaving and she just so happened to be coming back from a showing and she opened the gates for me. That was my start to a beautiful day.

I had to move my apartment into storage very last minute, and was able to do so painlessly with the help of Brittany and Manny. They found me the lowest rate, the biggest unit and all of the supplies I needed essentially the same day I needed them. With moving being so stressful, their help and support was invaluable! Tiffany W. was so helpful and nice. I booked a 7.5x10 online but ended up needing a larger unit when I went to see the units in person. She took me around the facility to see multiple units and was so nice and professional. If you need a storage unit in the city this Public Storage is your answer.

Brittany is great at customer service (July 5 2022). She helped me get the correct size unit for my stuff, and assured me I could upgrade if it all didn't fit. Brittany knew the answers to all of my questions. She turned my task into a pleasant event, which is tough to do on a hot and humid day.

Just rented a unit from 1129 N Wells. I was not familiar with the process and needed to call the manager, Brittany, several times for questions and clarification. Brittany was very professional, friendly and kind when responding to my queries.

Was supposed to move out on Memorial Day but was not going to be in town. Brittany made it incredible easy to create a different plan for us while not charging me any extra for another month. Was quite worried but a quick fix! Would recommend.
