I called and spoke with a young lady named Tiffany to thank her for returning my call regarding my unit. She then asked if there was anything else that she could assist me with and I explained to her my situation and to my surprise she acted on it and called me back immediately with results that I must say that I was very pleased ... She's so amazing and made me very happy. Thanks Tiffany and Public Storage for hiring such a caring employee... ❤️❤️

Been using this site for years. But I have been gone for a number of years. The management that was there years ago were no longer there. I expected a different treatment from prior management. But when I came back. Cora who was new to me and I to her treated me with the same cordiality as I was treated with before. Cora is a plus for the management at the Lane ave. site in Jacksonville, Fl. She is a great person . She will go far with this company I'm sure.

The woman who was working during my visit ( i wish I remembered her name) was the sweetest and most helpful person ever! She was pulling double duty, doing desk work for 2 locations. The girl at the other location we visited was on vacation. But our CSR was very positive, had great cust. service skills, and was very helpful (even as she was a bit exhausted from her loaded 4 day work week. Props to her, and she deserves a raise with a bonus!!

Customer service was excellent I came in just asking prices Bonnie provided information and her business card once I explained the price was just out my range. I left and by the time I made it up the road I decided to turn around because I want to be somewhere I know I will be treated with respect and that young lady is awesome. I rented and it’s a pleasure to have met her and doing business with public storage.

I never thought renting a storage unit would be an enjoyable experience, but Bonnie changed that immediately. Her knowledge and experience made the process quick and easy and her genuine and cheerful personality made us so happy we decided to rent through this store. We will recommend this store to everyone, mostly because of Bonnie. She is an incredible asset to your company!

Tiffany greeted me as I entered and she made me feel like family the entire time I was there. She assisted me in accessing the app and showed me how to use it properly. I'm not good with the now technology but Tiffany showed me how to do it myself making me feel like a pro. I left with all smiles thanks to Tiffany's going above and beyond to make my experience pleasant.

Tammy made my time at Public Storage very pleasant. She was always positive and helpful. She took time to show me how to open the gate from my phone. I am old school and I have a love hate relationship with modern technology. I made multiple trips to my storage space without any problems. I would definitely consider using Public Storage again, should the need arise.

Wonderful Customer service I received from Latrease. I came in needed a unit at the last minute and she was awesome. I have never rented a storage unit before so I wasn't aware of how easy it was. Thanks Latrease again for everything and I will let my friends ,family,etc know where to store if they are looking for a storage.

I came in the other day in a rush case needing some direction. Ms. Melinda gave me her full attention and help put me on the right track to making sure my stuff was properly handled. Renting with them was ebreeze and Cara was very helpful, even though it was raining she took me on the tour of unit without any hesitation. She was exception and professional. Customer service makes or breaks a business and the crew at this Public Storage location definitely makes the difference.

I had my things in the lane avenue public storage in Jacksonville less than a month, not only did they charge me for an extra month 3 weeks in but I've been killing roaches all day. I've never had roaches in my life but thanks to public storage I'm having to fumigate my new house.
