I want to thank Coleman for all his help in assisting me with this urgent situation I was facing and how promptly he made sure all bases were covered before even discussing money. This is how customer service should be at all times. Everyone is so quick to discuss and collect money these days and leaving room for error, Coleman made sure all questions were fully resolved before we took care of the rental agreement. Even on my move in date he was making sure all was well and offered to assist but luckily I was able to manage. The location itself is very well kept and very very secured. I'm happy that my property will be safe and secured for the time I have to leave Florida and know that everything is in good hands. Thanks Coleman and I hope the company appreciates you as I do. UPDATE: Two months away from everything I own thousand plus miles away, I still wish to thank Coleman and his staff for keeping everything safe and always up to date with my account. Above and beyond even when staff is short. Cannot wait to get home in a year and personally thank you. Update: I arrived to find everything intact and the process of turning in and closing my unit was painless. This team here really does make sure you're taken care of from the moment of inquiry to termination. Thank you Coleman and the rest of your team for absolutely superb service! 5 STARS always!

Currently scoping out local convenient storage units. Thought it would be helpful to actually visit a few prior to securing one. Important features such as manuevering a trailer in/out of facility, access hours, security, cleanliness and to view different units in person verses renting strictly off size to ensure I secure one with adequate space. I haven't secured a unit yet but needed to take the time to comment on the Manager, Ms. Trena. I am horrible at remembering names but I will not forget hers because she made that big of an impression on me. She was professional, friendly, helpful and kept me smiling from the moment I walked in to the time I left. The prices are competitive. This facility is very secure to where I will safe going by myself and it is super clean, I mean it's spotless. I am glad I took the time to visit different facilities. I will be securing a unit here and I am looking forward to seeing Ms. Trena again. Don't come across good customer service anymore so when I do I make sure I take the time to recognize them and Ms. Trena, well, Ms. Trena was top notch. I'm happy knowing she is a manager. Hopefully, she will train her staff to follow her lead!!

Having been a customer of this location now for over a year since they opened the doors - extremely satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the location. The staff is excellent and always addresses by name and remembers name and unit of mine. The units, elevators and hallways are always clean and tidy which is great to prevent pest problems for the entire complex. The location of this CubeSmart is great for anyone at the beach or just off the beaches at the Northeast corner of San Pablo and Beach Blvd across the stree from the Starbucks next to the BBVA bank branch directly on corner. Easy to enter using two driveways and of course during weekends during the day time it can be busy early morning but suggest later in the day or during the week for no issues. Pretty typical at all self storage places. Highly recommended

I just wanted to reach out and say what a pleasant surprise it was to have such great customer service. I called and spoke to the manger, Coleman about renting a storage unit. I wasn't sure what size I would need, so he explained every detail in diffrence in size as well as cost for me. He went well in above to help me select a unit. It's very rare these days to find such upbeat and pleasurable customer survice anymore. What a great experience it was to come across a true gem. Keep up the great work Coleman!!! I showed up 20 minutes before they opened needing a box the size that only they carried (true story!!). Trena treated me so well when I showed up. She graciously let me in, helped me find the box, and went out of her way to treat me so well!! It was funny because as I walked up and noticed that they weren’t open yet, she walked to the door from the inside with a smile on her face and I could read her mind. It said, I’m full of love so I’m going to help you today! And that’s exactly what she did!! I’m the thankful! And it was clean in there. Clean matters to me. It was clean there. Thank you, Trena!!

The staff was vave helpful and knowledgeable. The have me a full range of options to suit my needs and we're vary upfront and honest about all pricing and all applicable fees. What's more the security is top notch far above and beyond what you would expect from a self storage building. It's a little bit of a hassle to get use to but absolutely worth it to know that both me and my thing are completely safe. And an amazing customer service experience to top it all off no pressure and they answered every question I could have possibly asked often without me have to. Grate place to store your belongings

I would not recommend using this company. They increased rent by 25% without any notice. After talking to the local rep she said she was having to forward all calls to customer service because she did not know what to tell everyone calling about the increases. When I called customer service they said they had the right to increase rent without a cap. Would be nice to know in advance if your rent is going up by $100 a month so you can make arrangements to find another location or downsize etc. Very unprofessional and will never do business with this company again. Too bad they bought out Cube Smart.

Lakeisha Reed went far beyond the normal expectation of a great person to help me on my move in, she stayed over normal closing time on a Sunday afternoon by more than a half an hour to allow me to finish my move. She did everything to make my move happen smoothly from doing paperwork to the day I finished moving in. Lakeisha is sooo friendly and professional in person and on the telephone. CubeSmart is extremely lucky to have her as their front office manager. This is the only self storage location to use in Jacksonville. Ample parking. 5 stars and two thumbs up!!!. AAA+++

Was blindsided by renters insurance and purchasing a lock, upon arrival. Not a huge deal, but when I was shopping online, other companies listed their fees on an itemized sheet. Cubesmart did not and now I know why. The staff was more than helpful, no complaints there. I got a 5x7 and requires $12 a month renters insurance for clothing. That $12 a month only covers $1000 to boot! Thankfully there will not be $1000 worth of clothes in there, in case I need to exercise my insurance policy. Haha. Transparency goes a long way, cubesmart...

My experience at that location was great. Brenda and Rain were very knowledgeable about the policies and procedures. Two very friendly ladies who are professional. They were able to walk me through the process as I have never rented at a storage before. I feel comfortable renting from Public Storage as they made it seem very easy and stress-free to get all set up. They even helped me with my mobile app to make my payments. Thanks ladies I will tell my friends and family to come see you if they are in need of a storage space...

This is our second use of a Cube Smart facility to rent storage space, the other being in Boynton Beach, FL. And like the first, the friendly staff, clean storage unit, no hidden charges, and top notch customer service left us very impressed with the Cube Smart operation. They are worth using a the no hassle month to month contract is perfect for our needs. I highly recommend Cube Smart if you every need a good place to store personal items. They are great!

I’ve never used a storage unit prior to this experience and Rosa helped me thoroughly through the process. Though it was generally simple, Rosa made me feel very comfortable when answering all my questions and I felt she always had a smile on her face. She was the only employee I had a chance to interact with, but as far as everything else, everything was super smooth! 24hr access to the unit with your pin, online auto-pay, very helpful staff!

Mr. Coleman is a wonderful manager here at the Public Storage on San Pablo Road! He operates a clean, well-organized, and secure facility. He is very personable with his customers based on my boyfriend and I's experience. Mr. Coleman portrays great customer service and genuine hospitality. He made a stressful task seamlessly manageable by breaking down all notable details in our first time storage unit rental process. We are grateful for him!

Brenda works the front desk operations. She is amazing. She helped me when my storage key was accidentally donated inside a purse and we were locked out of the unit on moving day with the truck outside. While the situation should have been a nightmare, Brenda’s calm, collected, and kind nature helped us find a solution, get into our unit, and get on the road! Highly recommend because of the customer service!

What gave this a 5 ***** was the manager, Coleman. He is professional, friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. The units here are like every other inside climate controlled storage building. Their prices are high, IMO, but so are everyone else’s in the area. Also, there doesn’t seem to be any consistency - up and up every month it seems. If you need a unit and live near San Pablo - this will work.

Mr. Coleman is a Angel he helped me with issues I was having as far as storing my stuff. I never stored my stuff outside in a unit I was scared my stuff would be destroyed due to the inclimate weather. Mr. Coleman put my heart @ ease he said my stuff will be okay not to worry. Very clean facility and excellent staff. The General Manager Rosa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Manager Lakeisha went out of her way to help during my move in. When foreseen circumstances dictated that I move after only being there a month, they both helped me get out as smoothly as possible and ensured that I would get my refund (I had paid for a year in advance).

Coleman was the best! He made my move in soooooo amazing! It was so easy and he was so patient and nice to us! He helped us so much not to mention my 12 year loss his phone in the mens bathroom and the next day we arrived and omg Coleman had the phone he got it and kept it secured! I am so thankful for him his honesty and courtesy makes renting here so much more pleasant!

Jose is the best professional I have encountered in the storage and moving industry and one of the best in customer relations. Lakeisha is also equally sharp, professional, and a natural leader. Her customer service skills are impeccable. I have worked with over 1,000 vendors and I don't know how they get these amazing people. I would refer Jose and Lakeisha to anyone!

This place is luxury storage at a reasonable rate. I got my first month free and always had great service. If you stop in, ask for Rosa. She is so sweet and extremely helpful. My unit was on the first floor and was very secure, with two code entry doors before even reaching my unit! They provide carts for easy moving and have late office hours and great access hours.

Such a simple and quick online process...reservation only needed. I received a follow up call to confirm. Went in during office hours and within minutes, I had my unit. Rosa was wonderful to work with--she was pleasant and was very sure to reiterate the important details. The place is clean and secure and I feel my monthly rate is very fair for the unit I a renting.

He ended up helping me find the right box for my things which took him all of two seconds, he helped me pack and helped me take my things to my car. This was one of the easiest transactions! The clerk, Ms. Brenda Brenda was personable and very full of assistance with helping me select the right size for my storage needs.I left knowing everything to make my selection. When I returned several days later, Ms. Brenda had me in and out efgortly.

Getting a storage unit was easily done online/phone, no contact. A few hours later, we showed up with a car load. Accessibility was easy, no problem with access codes. Hallways were easy to navigate, which enabled us to get in and out quickly. I like it when things work like you have been told.

My wife and I stored our household belonging at this facility since April, 2022 and loving it. This place is secure and spotless! The restroom is always nice and clean. Most of all, Trena the facility Mgr. is very very nice, friendly, and so helpful. THANK YOU so much Trena for all your help.

It's a bait and switch. They quote you a price to move your stuff in and quickly jack up the price after your in. Example: I was quoted $130 per mo initially for my unit then after 2mo it went up to $150 per mo., 4 weeks later it increased to $170 per mo. Be aware!!

Im in the military and moving is usually a poor experience, however here at the San Pablo unit the staff was amazing. Mr Coleman helped me all the way through the process and even assisted me when i lost my keys. Overall great staff and professionalism. Very happy.

Jose did a great job of explaining how the facility works to meet our storage needs and keep our belongings secure. The facility is VERY clean, cool and well lit. Access is easy and limited to just the portion of the facility where your cube is located.

Trina is awesome! It is the cleanest storage facility I have seen. I was in there for two days loading furniture, I saw always helping people and being friendly. Also, the bathrooms were very clean as well. I would certainly recommend this facility.
